U.S., Obituary Collection, 1930-Current

Lindberg, Andrew, 107, of Jamestown, died Feb. 14, 2000.
He was born June 3, 1892 in Sweden, the son of John and Kerstin Paulson Lindberg.
Surviving are three sons: Alton, Egon, and Alvin Lindberg.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther K. Lang Lindberg; one sister; and seven brothers.
Burial was in Sunset Hill Cemetery.

Kibler, Edna F., 65, of Lakewood, died Feb. 15, 2000.
She was born Oct. 30, 1934, the daughter of the late Jesse and Mary J. Vaughan McDugald.
Surviving are three sons: Jeffrey W., Randall L., and Stephen V. Kibler; a daughter, Dianne F. Nasiadka; and a brother, Jesse McDugald.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick W. Kibler; two sons: Bradley J.K. Kibler and Joseph Kibler; and a brother, Vaughan McDougald.
Burial was in Sunset Hill Cemetery.

Gorton, Jody Michael, 40, of Warren, died Feb. 12, 2000.
He was born Oct. 17, 1959, the son of the late Gilbert and Beverly Babcock Gorton.
Surviving are four sisters: Fawn Fabiano, Vicky Rees, Terry Gorton, and Bonnie Miller.
Burial was in Sheffield Cemetery.

Brown, Hazel, 62, of Brocton, formerly of Little Valley, died Feb. 15, 2000 in Dunkirk.
She was born Jan. 27, 1938, the daughter of Sarah Hatch Phillips and the late Guye Phillips.
Besides her mother, she is survived by three sons: Randy, William, and Steve Brown; a daughter, Shari Marsh; two sisters: Irene Reed and Dorothy Stoll; and a brother, Harold Phillips.
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a son, Roy Brown; and a sister, Alice Brown.

Snavely, Lyle G., 74, of Warren, died Feb. 12, 2000 in Merritt Island, FL.
He was born May 15, 1925, the son of Roy and Addie Mae Kitelinger Snaveley.
Surviving are a son, Larry Snaveley; two daughters: Brenda Shealy and Susan Budukiewicz; and two sisters: Dodie Peterson and Lois Highhouse.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Ristau Snavely.
Burial was in Oakland Cemetery.

Lewis, Trent, 90, of Florala, AL., died Feb. 13, 2000 in Cantonment, FL.
Surviving are his wife, Maudie Gau Johnson Lewis; two daughters: Lois Lewis Sharpless; and Debbie Lewis May; and three sons: Charles, Scotty, and Ray Lewis.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Ristau Snavely.
Burial was in Oakland Cemetery.

Connely, Jeannette Eldred, 85, of Youngsville, died Feb. 8, 2000.
She was born Oct. 7, 1914, the daughter of Arthur Gordon and Marie Wheeler Eldred.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Leon Connely.
Interment was in Oakland Cemetery, Warren.

Moyle, Florence L., 87, died Feb. 15, 2000.
She was born May 14, 1912, a daughter of Carl and Clara Anderson.
Surviving is a son, Warren Moyle.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Kenneth Mayle; and a son, Ford Moyle; two sisters; and two brothers.
Burial was in Sunset Hill Cemetery.

Bellitto, Rose M., 84, died Feb. 16, 2000.
She was born Sept. 20, 1915, the daughter of Frank and Carmella Menzola.
Surviving are her husband, Sebastian Bellitto; a son, Joseph A. Bellitta; two sisters: Mary Ricca and Andres.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Ricca.
Burial was in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Berg, Neoma J., 79, died Feb. 14, 2000.
She was born June 30, 1920, the daughter of Charles and Cora Petrie Johnson.
Surviving are her husband, David Berg; a daughter, Siri Lawson; a son, Dr. D. Christian Berg; and two brothers: Duane and Dr. Kenneth Johnson.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Miller.

Bellardo, Nicholas P., 84, of Jamestown, died Feb. 15, 2000 in his home.
He was born Oct. 7, 1915, the son of Dominic and Teresa Ferrara Bellardo.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Corio Bellardo; two daughters: Theresa Klein and Marilyn Buffone; a son, Nicholas P. Bellardo, Jr.; and a brother, Michael Bellardo.
He was preceded in death by a son, Dominic Bellardo; and four brothers: John, Samuel, Anthony and Francis Bellardo.
Burial was in Sunset Hill Cemetery.

Shawley, Wayne D., 69, of Kane, PA, died Feb. 15, 2000.
He was born July 12, 1930, the son of Norman W. and Leona G. Palmer Shawley.
Surviving are a son, Wayne E. Shawley; a brother: Norman Shawley; and five sisters: Wilma Kostjal, Freida Kuntz, Jane Klinestiver, Norma Dilick, and Ruth Hitchcock.

Lawson, Dorothy M., 76, of Fredonia, died Feb. 12, 2000 in Brooks Memorial Hospital.
She was born Jan. 21, 1924, the daughter of Rexford and Florence Comstock Lawson.
She is survived by an aunt; two nieces; and cousins.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Clinton Lawson.

Sutton, Stephen W., 41, of Phoenix, AZ, died Feb. 11, 2000.
He was born Dec. 19, 1958 in Titusville, PA, the son of William Hugh and Nancy L’Huillier Sutton.
Surviving are two daughters: Brenda and Corrine Sutton; his mother; three brothers: Jeffrey A., Leon A. Sutton, Jr., and Mark Zimpelman; a sister, Cheryl Ann Korcyl.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Burial was in Lake View Cemetery.

Olson, J. Vivian, 80, died Feb. 15, 2000 in her home.
She was born Aug. 9, 1919, the daughter of David and Jennie Peterson McGee.
Surviving are three daughters: Barbara J. Cransdale, Carol A. Webb, and Kay R. Schreck.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Olson; and a brother, Raymond McGee.

Vincent, Joanne, 63, of Bemus Point, died Feb. 17, 2000.
She was born Feb. 1, 1937 in Jamestown, the daughter of the late Vern and Bessie Todd Kelly.
Surviving are her husband, Jack Vincent; a daughter: Melanie Klasing; two sons: Mark D. and Eric D. Vincent; and two brothers: James and Dan Kelly.
Burial was in Bemus Point Cemetery.
