Maximillian James Zygaj, age eight months 11 days, of East Concord, suddenly, January 5, 2004. Most beloved son of Edward L. and Pamela C. (Maussner) Zygaj; dear brother of Jeffrey and Katherine; cherished grandson of Dr. Eugene (Gertrude) Zygaj and Richard (late Maria) Maussner; great-grandson of Marie Maus-sner; also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Francis Kohn
Francis Kohn, age 77, died March 4, 2004, at his home in Orange City, Fla., following a three-month illness. He was 77.
He was born in Lawtons and attended North Collins High School. He owned and operated K Acres Dairy Farm until his retirement in 1990, and was a director of the Upstate Dairy Co-op.
Mr. Kohn was a eucharistic minister at St. Martin's Church in Langford, and was a lifetime member of the Langford and New Oregon Fire Company.
He enjoyed deer hunting and fishing, and had been a winter resident of Orange City since 1976.
He was the husband of Rose Marie (Spengler); father of Joanne (Clyde) Hoffman, Francis (Donna), Ronald (Karen), David (Cindy) and the late Norma Jean and Marcia; brother of Ethel Duncan, Margaret Stoddard and the late Marcella Mertle; grandfather of 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial mass will be held on May 1 at noon from St. Martin's Catholic Church, 10893 Sisson Highway Langford. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Timothy W. Green
Timothy W. Green of Ellicottville, age 40, died March 19, 2004 at his home.
He was born Oct. 31, 1963, in Salamanca, the son of Charles "Emmett" and Marabelle (Seeley) Green Sr. who reside in Versailles. On May 5, 1984, in Delevan he married the former Sharon Belscher who survives.
Mr. Green was a self-employed logger and loved spending time in the woods.
Besides his parents and wife of 19 years, he is survived by three sons Ethan, Justin and Jeremy Green who all live at home. Also surviving are three brothers Charles (Becky) Green Jr., David (Sue) Green and Daniel (Cheryl) Green all of Ellicottville; a sister Virginia (Ted) Baker of Great Valley; and several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services were arranged by O'Rourke Funeral Home, 411 Rock City Street, Little Valley.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

Jerome A. Braymiller of Lawtons, formerly of Springville, April 4, 2004, after a long illness. He was the son of the late Alton H. and Ardell L. (nee Federspiel); husband of Recharda (nee Boies) Braymiller of Lawtons; father of Ronald of Florida and Jennifer of Gowanda; brother of Genevieve (Michael) Walker of Crescent City, Fla., Viva (Charles) Miess of East Otto; Linda (Bruce) Petrie of Crescent City, Fla and Judy Kowalski of Greeneville, Tenn.; grandfather of several grandchildren. A memorial service will be held later in May.
