He was a Korean Conflict veteran, an avid hunter and fisherman and for 35 years he owned and operated the McDougal Construction Co. Beloved husband of Ruth (nee Lindquist) McDougal, father of Sandra (Frank) Banks of North Tonawanda, Cindy (Philip) Alejandro of Tonawanda, Donna (James) Broadley of Wheatfield, Lisa (Mark) Norton of Lancaster, Julie (David) Raff of Lockport and Marcie (Shawn) Domroes of Tonawanda; grandfather of 13 grandchildren, brother of Dilly (Sterling) Bagley of Maine, Harvey (Barbara) McDougall of Syracuse and Delbert McDougall of Connecticut, uncle of many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the FRETTHOLD FUNERAL HOME INC., 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd. in North Tonawanda on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday at 9:00 AM from St. Ameila R.C. Church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Roswell Memorial Park Hospital.
