Vogt; grandfather of Anneliese R. Vogt; son of the late Regina J. and Leonard C. Vogt; brother of Lucille (late James) Bacon of Dansville, NY. The family will be present to receive friends Thursday and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the (Tonawanda Chapel), AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 2600 Sheridan Dr. (at Parker Blvd.), where funeral services will be held Saturday at 8:30 AM and from St. Amelia Church at 9 AM. Westervelt; mother of Amelia and Joshua Westervelt; daughter of Raymond Barto and Genevieve Mahoney; sister of Brian (Sherrie) Barto and Brigette (John) Reynolds; also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 AM Monday at St. Francis Chapel on Adam St. in Tonawanda. Friends invited. If desired, memorials for the Westervelt Children are preferred.

Age 70 of North Tonawanda; September 12, 2002 at his home. Beloved husband of Dolores (nee Wurl) Ackerman; father of Nancy (Timothy) Green and Richard E. (Michele) Ackerman both of North Tonawanda and the late William D. Ackerman; active and loving grandfather of Stacy, Jamie and Allison Green, Madison and Taylor Ackerman; brother of Betty (Pete) Huss of Penfield, NY; uncle of many nieces and nephews. Mr. Ackerman served in the U.S. Navy from 1950 to 1954, and retired from Durez in 1986. He is a member of the American Legion Post #1451, Rescue Fire Co # 5 and St. Paul's Lutheran Church. No prior visitation. Friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Monday at 10 AM from St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 453 Old Falls Blvd. in North Tonawanda, the Rev. Karl Haeussler will officiate. Interment in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery. If so desired, memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
