(Diane), Judy (Joseph) Todaro and Larry (Laura) Dietrich; cherished grandfather of Brian (Anne) Dietrich, Jeffrey (Jacqueline) Dietrich, Jenifer (Marc) Tuzzalo, Joseph, Jr. and Jaclyn Todaro; dear great-grandfather of Blake and Griffin Dietrich; dear brother of the late Jerome Devinger; brother-in-law of Donna Devinger; also survived by nieces and nephews. The family will be present Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Urban-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, 3645 Genesee St., where a memorial service will be held Saturday at 9 AM. Of Orchard Park, NY, on September 30, 2003. Husband of the late Beatrice Huff; step-father of Shirley Lapre of South Carolina, and Betty Fricks of South Carolina. Richard was born in Smithfield, PA, and retired from the Ford Stamping Plant. He was a member and past commander of the Orchard Park American Legion #567, a former Orchard Park post office employee and Orchard Park dog catcher.
