KWITEK - Robert S. Sr. 4/12/01 April 11, 2001, of Sloan, NY; beloved husband of Lynne M. Kwitek (Schoenthaler); dearest father of Robert S. Kwitek Jr.; dearest son of the late Stanley J. and Emily Kwitek; brother of Richard (Lynda) Kwitek and Judith Ann (John) Semanczyk; also survived by nieces. Services at St. Andrews Church, Sloan, NY, Saturday at 10:00 AM. Please assemble at church. Interment in St. Adalbert's Cemetery, Lancaster. Mr. Kwitek was a Coastguard Veteran, past Commander of the Koszuta #1639 American Legion Post, former Sgt. At Arms of the Erie County 40 & 8 and active member of the Allegany State Park Historical Society. Arrangements by the DANIEL R. SMOLAREK FUNERAL HOME. Flowers gratefully declined.

LAWRENCE - Bryan M. 4/12/01
April 11, 2001, beloved son of Brian J. and Donna L. (nee Wagner) Lawrence; dearest brother of Shannon R. Lawrence; grandson of Andrew (Frances) Lawrence; Janice Wagner and the late Bernard Wagner; dearest nephew of Andrew M. (Marilyn) Lawrence, David and Kevin Lawrence, Debbie (Gary) Chmielowiec, Robert (Michelle) Wagner and Robin (Kevin) Kalinowski; also survived by several cousins. The family will be present Thursday evening 7-9 and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the (Tonawanda Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 2600 Sheridan Dr, at Parker, where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 8:45 AM and a solemn blessing from St. Florian Church at 9:30 AM. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Monday from St. Florian Church at 9:30 AM. Friends invited. Flowers gratefully declined. If desired, contributions may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation.

LOBBETT - Edward J. 4/12/01 April 11, 2001, beloved fiance of Edna Pavel; dear brother of Melvin (Marion) Lobbett; son of the late Howard and Emilie. Friends may call at the JAMES E. GRACE FUNERAL HOME INC., 335 Ontario St. Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 9:30 AM. Ed was a retiree of Hooker Chemical and a veteran of WW II.

McMANUS - Raymond 4/12/01 April 11, 2001; beloved husband of Suzanne (nee Hens) and the late Audrey; beloved father of Sandra Crawford; dear stepfather of Thomas, Scott, Matthew, Sarah and the late Patrick; dear grandfather of two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; dear brother of the late Shirley. The family will be present to receive friends Friday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the (Tonawanda Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 2600 Sheridan Dr., corner of Parker, where services will be held at 8:00 PM; Mr. McManus was a member of Master Builder's Lodge #911 Free & Accepted Masons, under whose auspices a Mesonic Service will be held Friday at 7:30 PM. Friends invited. Mr. McManus was also a WW II Veteran with the United States Navy.

Of Hamburg, NY, April 11, 2001, wife of the late John Meier; mother of Ann Drozdowski (Mick) Harmon, Fred (Lori), Thomas and the late Conrad and George Meier; sister of John, Catherine Kingsland, George, Fritz, Otto and the late Michael and Edwin Weichmann and Elizabeth Tidd; also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. SKRETNY - John F. 4/13/01 April 11, 2001 beloved husband of Irene (nee Tokarski); son of the late John P. and Sophie Klein; brother of the late Raymond; brother-in-law of Chester Tokarski and the late Stanley, late Walter (Genevieve), late Frank (Florence) and the late Stephen Brzezinski. Family and friends may call Saturday and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 at ORLOWSKI-PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (897-2400), where services will be held Monday 9:30 and at 10:00 at St. Stanislaus Church. John was a veteran of WWII.
