Of Town of Ashford, NY formerly of Arcade; December 13, 1997; husband of late Grace Butler; fiance of Maude Casey; father of Arthur (Joanie) and Deb (Ken) Neamon; stepfather of Donald and Neil Bridenbaker, Joe Sorrentino, Linda Rockwell and Sandy Patton; brother of Sylvia Sherlock, Jayne Zoulko and late Bud, Bernice and Keith Cornell; also survived by 25 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; predeceased by stepdaughters Bonnie Donavan and Grace Cornell. Friends may call Tuesday and Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 at the FUNERAL HOME of W.S. DAVIS INC., Arcade, where funeral services will be Thursday 11 AM.

December 12, 1997; beloved wife of the late Joseph Czajka; devoted mother of Joseph F. (Sylvia) Czajka, Mary (Paul) Galas, Lorraine (John) Williams, Norman (Patricia) and Thomas (Lucia) Czajka; loving grandmother of 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; dear sister of Emily (Arthur) Szczublewski; predeceased by two sisters and one brother. Funeral services were private. Interment was in St. Matthew's Cemetery. Arrangements by BUSZKA FUNERAL HOME, INC.

December 13, 1997, beloved wife of John 'Jack' DeGroat; dear mother of Michelle (Brian) Wolniewicz, Denise (Scott) Petro and Renee (Jim) Smigielski; grandmother of Sarah, Jimmy, Simon and Riley; sister of Barbara (Richard) Przybylak and Paul Cupples. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 20, 1997 at the First Church of Evans, Sturgeon Point Rd., near Rt. 5, Derby, NY at 11 AM. Mrs. DeGroat was a life member and Past Secretary of Highland Hose Ladies Auxiliary. Flowers declined. Memorials may be made to the Highland Hose Volunteer Fire Co. Arrangements by SCHIAVONE FUNERAL HOME, INC.

Funeral Tuesday 9:45 AM from the ORLOWSKI SUCHOCKI FUNERAL HOME, 173 Stanislaus, corner Sobieski St. with Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM at St. Adalbert Basilica. Flowers gratefully declined. Of Lackawanna, NY; entered into rest December 14, 1997; beloved husband of Mildred (nee Covelli) Marinelli; devoted father of Sandra R. Marinelli, Elaine R. (Alex) Poulsen and John P. Marinelli Jr.; cherished grandfather of James E. and Julie N.; loving son of the late Dominic and Margaret (nee Genetti) Marinelli; dear brother of the late Cecilia Borzilleri, Concetta Cipriano, Ralph, Frank and Louis Marinelli; also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Road near Lake Ave. on Monday from 4-9 PM and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral will be held on Wednesday morning at 8:15 o'clock and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church at 9 o'clock. Flowers gratefully declined. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Mr. Marinelli was an Army veteran of WWII.
