Palmer; grandfather of Adam K. and Cydney L. Palmer. Wood officiating. Dr. Palmer was World War II veteran as a Lieut. Commander from the US Navy. He retired in 1990 from a teaching career that spanned forty-five years, the last 25 years at Buffalo State College.
