Palmer; grandfather of Adam K. and Cydney L. Palmer. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Thursday, December 18 at 7:30 PM at the HILLIARD-CREASEY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 147 Delaware St., Tonawanda, with the Rev. Kenneth D. Wood officiating. Dr. Palmer was World War II veteran as a Lieut. Commander from the US Navy. He retired in 1990 from a teaching career that spanned forty-five years, the last 25 years at Buffalo State College.
