History: Walter was a WWII Veteran. He Served on the USS Hale as a gunners mate. Walter was a retiree of Eastman Kodak where he worked as a Service Operator.
Accomplishments: Walter was a very family oriented person. He was a father to his siblings and a loving grandfather. Walter enjoyed sports, especially soccer & baseball. He was a fan of the Rochester Red Wings and he boxed while he was in the service. Before Walter became ill he enjoyed working in his garden. Walter was truly a person who helped others in need.

History: John retired from the RPD after 28 years of service as a Sargeant. John was instrumental in setting up the TAC Unit where he served as the Commanding Officer. He was also very active in the Police Retirees group Arpaler. John was a member of the IACC and the Liederkranz Club.
Accomplishments: John was a very friendly man who was very active. He enjoyed golf, card playing, travel & trips to Atlantic City. John was very handy, in his retirement years he enjoyed rehabilitating different properties.

History: Janet will be missed by all who knew her. She was a retiree from Rochester Products. Janet was a very active volunteer for Strong Children`s Hospital, Cure Childhood Cancer Association and at WXXI. Janet was also a counselor at Camp Open Arms. She was very proud to earn Volunteer of the Year Award at both Strong and WXXI.
Accomplishments: Janet loved volunteering and giving back to the community especially when children were involved. She was fun loving with a great sense of humor. She was truly a kid at heart.
