MICHAEL SHAFFRON
Michael Shaffron, of Honeoye Falls, died on January 17, 2000.
He is survived by his wife, Helen; two daughters, Judith (Henry) Conklin, Patricia Shaffron (Jerry Mielke); two sons, Michael (Laraine) Shaffron, Jack (Wendy) Haravitch; grandchildren, Heidi, Damian, Megan, Lucas, Andy, Ben and Richard; great-granddaughter, Kya; daughter-in-law, Judith Haravitch; nieces and nephews.
His first wife, Ann, and son, Michael, predeceased him.
Calling hours were held at the Merton Kays Funeral Home in Honeoye Falls on Wednesday, January 17, 2000.
Funeral services were held at St. John the Baptist Russian Orthodox Church in Rochester, on Thursday, January 18, 2000
ROBERT HENNESSEY McCARTHY
Robert Hennessey McCarthy, of Honeoye Falls, and Geneseo, died on Tuesday, January 11, 2000, at the age of 18.
He is survived by his parents, John and Jann McCarthy of Honeoye Falls; brother, Sean Patrick McCarthy of Rochester; sister, Mara Kathleen McCarthy of Honeoye Falls; maternal grandmother, Mary Frances Dunning of Hornell; paternal grandmother, Anne Haley McCarthy of Geneseo; and a host of loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 14, 2000, at St. Mary’s Church in Geneseo.
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

CATHERINE E. HEUER (BARTLE)
Catherine E. Heuer, of Scottsville, died on Tuesday, January 4, 2000.
She is survived by her husband, William; sons, Dr. Gary and Dr. Karl (Debra) Heuer; daughter-in-law, Nancy Heuer; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Whiteside; and several nieces and nephews.
Her grandson, Gary Heuer, Jr., predeceased her.
A Funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 8 at St. Mary’s Church in Scottsville.
Interment was at Holy Angels Cemetery.

DOLORES B. MEATH (BARBER)
Mrs. Dolores B. Meath, 74, of Avon, died suddenly on Sunday, January 2, 2000 at her home.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Susan (Herbert) Harman of Sterling, Virginia; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael (Lori) Meath of Avon, Thomas (Lindy) Meath of Gold Coast, Australia; two sisters and brother-in-law, Rita Stevenson of Avon, Elizabeth (William) Remaley of Avon; twelve grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert E. Meath, in 1997 and a son, James E. Meath, in 1990.
Mrs. Meath was born on September 19, 1925 in Rochester, the daughter of Charles Barber and Agnes (Dooley) Barber.
Mrs. Meath was a retired secretary from the Avon Central School District.
She was a member of St. Agnes Church, XYZ Club of Avon, and Avon Historical Society.
Calling hours were held at the Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home of Avon.
Her Funeral Mass was held at St. Agnes Church, Avon.
Rev. Ronald Harley officiated.
Interment was at St. Agnes Cemetery in Avon.
