He was professor Emeritus of History at Roberts Wesleyan College and was a former Republican Committee Member in the Town of Chili.
A Memorial Service was held February 27 at Pearce Memorial Free Methodist Church, North Chili. Interment at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to the Memorial Fund of Roberts Wesleyan College, Wycliffe Bible Translators or the Memorial Fund of Houghton College in his memory.
McGurrin, J. Harper, On February 21, 2001 at age 85. He was predeceased by his wives, Edna (Drown) McGurrin and Emily (Monahan) McGurrin. He is survived by three sons, Gene, Donald and Paul; two daughters-in-law, Marcia and Randie; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers-in-law, Roger Monahan and Dan Casey; his sister-in-law, Irene McGurrin; his step-father, Steve Lenox; several nieces and nephews. He was a retiree of Delco Products and was a member of Etolian Lodge #479 F. & A.M.

Rohr, Robert J. Jr., Age 92, of Fort Myers on February 19, 2001. He was a member of the Kraft Masonic Lodge, #943, F.&A.M. for over 70 years. He retired in 1973 as the Director of Engineering after 25 years of service with the Eastman Kodak Company. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Harriett Rohr; son, Robert J. III (Mary) of New Hampshire; daughter, Bonita (Brenon) Caton of Spencerport; four grand-children; seven great grandchildren.

Biggar, Clifton Arthur, at age 70, died March 11, 2001. Survived by daughters, Sharon (David) Pontes of Lakeland, Florida and Shelly (Martin) Skiles of Polk City, Florida; grandchildren, Christopher and Abigail Skiles; step-brothers, Merle and Harold Hazel, both of Albion and step-daughter, Debbie Bourke of Waterport; several cousins. Predeceased by mother Belle Hazel in 2000.

Survived by her sisters, Edna Tessina of Webster, Vivian (Charles) Roman; sister-in-law, Marilyn Rhodes of Ohio; nieces and nephews. She was a dental hygienist for 46 years with Dr. George Bott and Dr. Harold Craw of Brockport.
