Survived by his wife of 55 years Janice (Gotham) Hicks; his children, Gary (Dawn) Hicks of Canandaigua, David (Jeanette) Hicks Sr. of Albion, Lisa (Tim) Decker of Apex, North Carolina and Carol Hicks of Naples; his grandchildren Shannon Hicks, David Hicks Jr., Matt, Drew and Daniel Decker, Canadice Hart; three great grandchildren; stepmother Marie Hicks; brother Greg (Nancy) Hicks; sister Roberta (Gilbert) Delph; several nieces and nephews. Bill was an Army Veteran of WWII, a member of the Combat Infantry, the Golden Acorn Division of General Patton's Eighth Army, the Veterans of the Battle of the Bulge and he was a retiree of General Electric Co. and Black and Decker Co.

Hills, Dorothy R. (Meyn), December 31, 2004 at age 93. She was predeceased by her husband George A. Hills. She is survived by her son George F. Hills; her niece Sue (Scott) Daniels; her nephew Peter (Trudy) Meyn. She was a member of Charlotte Chapter #507 O.E.S.

Dainty, Stanley George, age 64, on February 15, 2005. Stan lived most of his life in Rochester and Hamlin, and then moved to Oregon and California, finally settling in Oregon. He owned several businesses in Brockport in the 60s and 70s including the Robin Hood Room and Brockport Discount Liquors. He is survived by his brother Harry Bud Edward Dainty; sister Sheila Marie Miller; sons Eric Dainty and Bryan Dainty; nieces, nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father Harry Thomas Dainty, mother Helendore Marie Espey, sister Ann Reynolds and beloved wife Dorene Lambiase.
