History: Carol was employed by McCurdy's where she worked as a Human Resource Manager.
Accomplishments: Carol was a very devoted Grandmother. She enjoyed shopping especially at the dollar store. All of the rooms in Carol's home were very well lit. Her children stated "it was not uncommon for there to be 6 or 7 lights in a room." She enjoyed the cheerfulness the light brought to her home.

History: Lavern retired as a supervisor from Eastman Kodak.
Accomplishments: Lavern was a recipient of a Purple Heart. He served in WWII from 1944-1947, as a corporal in the US Marine Corps. He was a member the VFW Post 8495, American Legion Post 893. He fought at Iwo Jima.
