NORWICH - George G. Anderson Jr., 44, of Hoag Childs Road, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Feb. 21, 1999 in the Chenango Memorial Hospital of Norwich. LONG LAKE - Patrick T. Vartuli, 56, of Long Lake died Saturday, Feb. 13, 1999 at his home on Deerland Road. There will be no calling hours. Burial will be in Long Lake Cemetery at the convenience of the family. A memorial service was held on Saturday, Feb. 20 at 1 p.m. at the Wesleyan Methodist Church in Long Lake with the Rev. Harold Austin officiating. Barnes, 87, formerly of Handsome Brook Estates, Sherburne died Thursday at the home of her niece, Mrs. Robert (Linda) Sholette, Black River, with whom she had resided since November.
