Brunswick - Marlene J. Bulson Phillips, 62, of Farm To Market Road, died
Friday, March 30, 2001, at her residence after a long illness.
Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Paul Bulson and Wilma Rifenburg
Bulson Littlefield and wife of the late Kenneth E. Phillips. She was a lifelong
resident of Brunswick and was educated at Troy schools.
Mrs. Phillips was a waitress for several years for area restaurants and was a
grandchild sitter for many years.
She was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church in Speigletown and many years
ago was active in Brunswick Pop Warner, Little League, Babe Ruth and Blue
Birds.
Survivors include four daughters Janis Coonradt of Gainesville, FL, Kim M.
Erickson of Melrose, Kelly R. Phillips and Dana M. Cerrone both of Brunswick;
four sons Paul K. Phillips, Ernest D. Phillips, Jerry S. Phillips and Mark K.
Phillips all of Brunswick; two sisters and two brothers Sandra Bulson Brown of
Pittstown, Ellery Bulson of Gainesville, FL, Harold Bulson of Pittstown and Debra
Munger of Rensselaer; 19 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and several nieces,
nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a son Kenneth R. Phillips.
Funeral service will be held Monday at 10:00am from Faith Lutheran Church
Leversee Road Speigletown with Rev. Stephen L. Cordes, Pastor, officiating.
Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home Inc. corner of Pawling
at Maple Avenues Troy on Sunday from 4-8PM.
Interment Eagle Mills Cemetery in Eagle Mills.

Suran Edward Mooradian, 87
North Greenbush - Suran Edward Mooradian, 87, died Wednesday at Julie Blair Rehabilitation Center Albany, after a long illness.
Born in Troy, he was son of the late Garabed and Miriam Kazanjian Mooradian and husband of Lois. He had resided in North Greenbush for many years and was educated at Troy High School.
Mr. Mooradian was a machinist for Behr-Manning Company in Watervliet for several years retiring 20 years ago and for several years was a self employed appliance repairman.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman and an Army Air Corp veteran of World War II serving in the Pacific Theatre.
Survivors include a brother Aram Mooradian of Nassau; several nieces and nephews and special friends Wilbur, Edward and Olga O'Meara of Troy. He was predeceased by a brother John Mooradian.
Funeral service will be held Saturday at 10:00am from Holy Cross Armenian Apostolic Church 101 Spring Avenue Troy with Rev. Arsen Kassabian, Pastor, officiating. Donald T. Monahan, 70
Troy - Donald T. Monahan, 70, of Heritage House Nursing Center, died Wednesday
at St. Mary's Hospital Troy after a long illness.
Born in Troy, he was son of the late Joseph W. and Mary F. Brown Monahan and
husband of the late Dawn Snyder Monahan. He had resided in Troy all his life and
attended Troy High School.
Mr. Monahan was a lineman and material handler for Niagara Mohawk for 36
years, retiring in 1989.
He was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in Troy.
Survivors include two daughters Shawn Monahan of Cohoes and Ellen Monahan of
Charlotte, NC; a brother Joseph W. Monahan Jr. of Troy; two sisters Anne Reinisch
of Chandler, AZ and M. Eileen Christopher of Clifton Park and several nieces and
nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers John and Edward Monahan.
Funeral service will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no
calling hours. Interment Elmwood Hill Cemetery in Troy.

Jane E. Prout Murphy, 84
Troy - Jane E. Prout Murphy, 84, of Burdett Avenue, died Tuesday at Eddy Memorial
Geriatric Center Troy, after a long illness.
Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Ray H. and Jane Elizabeth Ross Prout
and wife of the late William J. (Wally) Murphy. She had resided in Troy all her life
and was a graduate of Troy High School.
Mrs. Murphy worked with her father in Ray Prout Printers in Troy and later at
Behr-Manning in Watervliet.
She was a communicant of St. John's Episcopal Church in Troy and a member of
the Girls Friendly Society, the Women of St. John's and Christian Women.
Survivors include a daughter Carol A. Daggett and husband Clark of Albany and
two grandchildren Cori Elizabeth Daggett of Philadelphia, PA and Cristi Anne
Kovacs and husband Jule of Latham. She was predeceased by a sister Lois G.
Wehren.
Funeral service will be private.

William C. Long, 80
Albany - William C. Long, 80, of Northern Boulevard, died Tuesday at Samaritan Hospital, after a long illness.
Born in Troy, he was son of the late William A. and Ruth I. Penyluna Long. He had resided in Troy most of his life and was educated at Troy schools.
Survivors include his sister Ruth Mulholland and husband Frederic of North Greenbush; three nephews Mark F. Mulholland Lt. Col. USAF Ret. of Virginia, Rev. David W. Mulholland of Vermont and Bruce M. Mulholland of KY; a grand niece and two grand nephews Ashley Lynn and Michael Mulholland both of KY Liam Mulholland of Vermont and several cousins.

Old Town, FL - Edward L. Krus Sr., 69, of Old Town died July 5, 2002 at Old Town, FL.
Born in Gardiner, NY he was son of the late August and Lillis Zink Krus and husband of Mary L. Beaudoin Krus and the late Loraine C. Taylor Krus. He had resided in Poestenkill for 33 years and in Florida for the past 13 years.
Mr. Krus owned and operated Metal Buildings Specialist in Poestenkill for 20 years retiring 14 years ago. He was a retired ironworker.
He was a member of the Moose Lodge #325 in Fanning Spring, Florida and the Suwannee River Cruisers Boat Club in Florida.
Survivors in addition to his wife include two sons, Edward Krus Jr. of Old Town and Stephen E. Krus and wife Beverly of Kimball, MI; a daughter, Linda Farrell and husband Ed of Averill Park; two brothers, August Krus Jr. of Old Town, FL and Frederick O. Krus of West Sand Lake; a sister, Rose Grady of Clifton Park; 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Harry T. Kachadurian, Jr. (Papa), 80
West Sand Lake - Harry Thomas Kachadurian Jr. (Papa), 80, of Route 150, died
Thursday at the Samuel Stratton VA Medical Center Hospice Unit in Albany, after
a long brave battle with heart and lung disease.
Born in Fair Haven, VT he was son of the late Harry T. Kachadurian Sr. and Mary
Brown Kachadurian and husband of the late Marie Keji Heppinger Kachadurian.
He had resided in West Sand Lake for over 70 years and was educated at West
Sand Lake schools.
Mr. Kachadurian was a self employed carpenter and enjoyed making hand carved
walnut trinkets and restoring furniture.
He was the caretaker of Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in West Sand Lake for several
years. He enjoyed working on crosswords puzzles. Mr. Kachadurian was a Navy
veteran of World War II from 1942-45, stationed on oil tanker supply ships in the
North Atlantic.
Devoted father and father-in-law of Harry T. Kachadurian III and wife Donna of
Averill Park and Kathleen T. Evers and husband Mark of North Greenbush;
Brother of Hazel D. Baxter of North Greenbush, Viola Lafferty of North
Greenbush, Helen Freckleton of Troy and Marjorie Duell of Dayton, OH; Beloved
grandfather of Kimberly Kachadurian Baker and husband Brad of Orlando, FL,
Thomas Kachadurian of East Greenbush, Mark Sherwin Jr. and Fianc‚ Kim
Stamm of Albany, Gregory J. Sherwin of Latham, Jodi L. Sherwin of Brighton,
MA, Mark Evers Jr. of Troy and Danielle Evers of Troy and several nieces and
nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Robert Kachadurian.
