Troy - Tina Marie Blake, 41, of Fourteenth Street, died suddenly Tuesday at Samaritan Hospital Troy of natural causes.
Born in Plattsburgh, NY she was daughter of the late Lawrence and Alfreda Bushey Blake and the lifelong companion of Michael V. Archambeault Jr. of Troy . She had resided in Troy for many years and was educated at Plattsburgh schools and attended Troy High School.
Ms. Blake was formerly a baker at Dunkin Donuts on Hoosick Street in Troy.
She was an avid doll collector.
Survivors include her daughter, Katrina Rivera of Troy; three sons, Scott Archambeault of Troy, Robert Archambeault of Troy, Jeramie Archambeault of Troy; four brothers, Billy Blake and wife Diane of Troy, Wayne Blake of Plattsburgh, Gary Blake of Valley Falls and Larry Blake of Plattsburgh and two sisters, Charlotte Blake of Troy and Rose Blake of Plattsburgh. She was predeceased by a brother Terry Blake and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Saturday at 2:00pm from the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. corner of Pawling at Maple Avenues in Troy with Rev. Donald J. Ophals, Pastor of St. Francis de Sales Church, officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 12-2pm prior to the service.
Helena E. Roberge (Welch) Barkley 72
Troy - Helena E. Roberge (Welch) Barkley 72, died Friday July 18,2003 at Community Hospice at Samaritan Hospital after a long illness. Helena was born in South Hadley, MA. She was the daughter of the late Edmund and Ida Duprey Roberge and wife of the late Francis J. Welch and George F. Barkley.
She is the loving mother of Linda (Bruce) Kuhle of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Francis Welch San Diego, CA, Robert (Donna) Welch of Eagle Mills NY, John (Karen) Barkley of Glastonbury, CT, Judie (Ray) Metz of Orlando FL, Joyce (David) Hoffman of Troy, NY and was predeceased by her daughters Kathleen Welch and Willa Barkley O'Brien.
She is survived by her loving brothers and sisters Lorraine Roberge (Earl Lamica) of Saratoga Springs, Richard (Pearl) Roberge of Watseka IL, Claire Cesana of High Falls, Clarence (Jean) Roberge of Malta, Louis Roberge (Marge) of Clifton Park, Ida Peterson of Watervliet and predeceased by Florence Winters and Edmund Roberge. Helena was the cherished grandmother of Jeremy Welch of San Diego, Aaron and Eric Kuhle of Colorado Springs, Christopher and Matthew Welch of Eagle Mills, Callie and Justin Barkley of Glastonbury CT, Derrick, Darren, Danny and Dawn Galloway, April Rebhun of Santa Clarita, CA, Robert Rebhun of Houston TX, Ryan, Jason and Evan Hoffman of Troy and great Grandmother of Zachary and Arianna Rebhun. Also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
She enjoyed her family, friends and music.
Helena's final wish was to assist in medical research and in her loving way she achieved this by donating her body to the Anatomical Gifts Program at Albany Medical College. Mrs. Barkley and her family would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to Raymond, Leslie and the other care givers from Community Hospice of Rensselaer County.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service which will be held Friday, July 25 at 11:00 at Our Lady of Victory Church , North Lake Avenue Troy.

Anna M. Atchinson, 97
Troy - Anna M. Atchinson, 97, of Spring Avenue, died Sunday at her residence after a long illness.
Born in Albany, she was daughter of the late Mary McTague and wife of the late William Atchinson. She had resided in Nassau, NY for many years and since 1997 in Troy. She was educated at Albany schools and was a graduate of Albany High School.
Mrs. Atchinson was a candy maker for Paul Anast Candies in Albany for many years, retiring 30 years ago.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Nassau Fire Company.
Survivors include a daughter-in-law Virginia Watkins of Albany and a son-in-law Paul Laib of North Carolina and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Alfred Watkins and a daughter, Joyce Laib.
Funeral service private at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Interment Memory's Garden in Colonie.

Leo Ammian , 71
Latham - Leo Ammian, 71 ,of Crystal Lane Latham, died Thursday, February 10, 2005 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy after a long illness.
Born in Troy, he was the son of the late Dickran Ammian and Alice (Maksudian) Ammian and husband for 42 years of Winifred Kalmbach Ammian.
He was raised in Troy and resided the past 42 years in Latham and was a 1961 graduate of Siena College.
Mr. Ammian was the manager of Reliable Brands, a wholesale meat supplier in Albany for 37 years, retiring in 1997.
He was a member of St. Peter Armenian Apostolic Church in Watervliet and a member of the Parish Council and past president of the Mr. and Mrs. Club. He was a former member of the Simonian-Avakian Post VFW and recently was named to the Edward Picken Troy High School Hall of Fame. From 1976-1989 he owned and raced, race horses at Saratoga and was a member of the Harness Horse Racing Association. He was an avid golfer and Siena basketball and New York Yankee fan and was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors in addition to his wife include three daughters, Christine Egan (Michael) of Latham, Lisa Hansen (Peter) of Stamford, CT and Susan Quackenbush (Andrew) of Clifton Park; two brothers, Harry Ammian (Rosemary) of Troy and Richard Ammian (Joan) of Fort Orange, FL; seven grandchildren, Bryan and Sean Egan, Jacob, Grace, Audra and Anna Hansen and Samuel Quackenbush and several nieces and nephews including Alice and Harry Ammian and Donna Vallee.
Funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00 AM at St. Peter Armenian Apostolic Church 100 Troy - Schenectady Road Watervliet with Rev. Stepanos Doudoukjian, Pastor, officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the CHURCH on Sunday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Interment Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Niskayuna.

North Greenbush - Marie Ann Jean Allen, 84, formerly of Peck Road, died Saturday at Van Rensselaer Manor after a long illness.
Born in Springfield, MA she was daughter of the late Armand and Margaret Sosville Jean and wife of the late Edward C.A. Allen. She had resided in Springfield for 6 years, New Jersey for several years and North Greenbush for over 50 years and attended business college in New Jersey.
Mrs. Allen was a homemaker and many years ago worked for the New York State Department of Labor.
She was a member of the Eastern Star in Albany and a communicant of the Church of the Redeemer Episcopal in Rensselaer.
Survivors include a son, Stewart Colgrove Allen and wife Linda of West Sand Lake; a granddaughter, Rhoda Hale of West Sand Lake and two great-grandchildren, Ashley and Taylor Hale of West Sand Lake.
Funeral service will be held Monday at 1:00pm at the DeGraaf-Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 4392 Route 150 West Sand Lake with Rev. Peter Boyle, Rector of the Church of the Redeemer Episcopal, officiating. Kathryn Michele (Killay) Booker, 55
Averill Park - Kathryn Michele (Killay) Booker, 55, formerly of 124 Franklin Street Greenfield, MA , after a courageous two year battle with cancer, succumbed peacefully at home on March 23, 2003.
Born 9 November 1947 in Greenfield, MA, she was daughter of the late Robert W. and Barbara M. (McCaffrey) Killay and beloved wife of David E. Booker. Living most of her life in Greenfield, MA, she moved to Averill Park, NY in 1993. and was educated at Holy Trinity School and Greenfield (MA) High School she also attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
Mrs. Booker was a manager in the Client Relations Department of the Phoenix Life Insurance Company in Greenfield, MA and later East Greenbush, NY. In June of 2003 she retired after 25 years of employment.
In addition to her beloved husband, she was the loving mother of Michele Jarvis of Averill Park, Sharon E. Oates of Greenfield, MA and Stephen W. Oates of Stratham, NH and grandmother of Casey J. Jarvis of Averill Park. She is survived by a brother Robert T. Killay (Carol Drew) of Gilford, VT and two sisters Margaret Doran (Paul) and Mary B. Killay of Greenfield, MA and 13 nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister Barbara Lavin (James) of Greenfield, MA.

Calling hours in Massachusetts will be on Friday from 5-8pm from Kostanski Funeral Home, 220 Federal Street, Greenfield, MA. Funeral service on Saturday at 9:15am from Kostanski Funeral Home and at 10:00am from Blessed Sacrament Church in Greenfield where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.
Interment by the family at a future date.

Troy - Margaret A. Centrella Byra, 95, of Marvin Avenue, died Tuesday at Hallmark Nursing Centre Troy, after a long illness.
Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Anthony and Mary Carnavale Centrella and wife of the late Joseph F. Byra. She had resided in the Troy area all her life.
Mrs. Byra was a homemaker and many years ago worked in a shirt factory in Troy.
She was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church in Troy, a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Mothers Club of La Salle Institute.
Survivors include her son, Joseph T. Byra of Troy; a brother William Centrella of North Greenbush; three grandchildren, Wendy Ann Camilli of Malta, Tracey Marie Byra of Cary, NC and Jason Thomas Byra of Troy; two great-grandsons Mark Steven Camilli Jr. and Kyle Wade Camilli and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Michael A. Centrella Sr. and Joseph Centrella and six sisters, Katherine Maslott, Jen Viola, Mary Salerno, Vin Porcelli, Lucy Martire and Rose Centrella.
Funeral service will be held Friday at 9:00am from the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy, NY 12180 and at 9:30am from St. Patrick's Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.
