Konstantin Musijtschuk, a resident of Woodridge, died Thursday, July 26, 2007. He was 87.
Konstantin was born October 5, 1920 in Ukraine, the son of Jacob Jean Musijtschuk and Anna Teresa.
He was a remarkable, strong-willed and interesting individual. He spoke 12 languages, performed in 10 episodes of the 1950's television series of The Untouchables, designed and sewed gowns worn by his wife as she sang opera as a soloist at Carnegie Hall, wrote poetry, built his own home though having no formal training as a carpenter, survived 13 operations battling a heart condition and cancer, with not only traditional orthodox medicines, but also holistic medicines that he researched, documented, and prescribed himself. However, there was one illness he could not overcome, his broken heart. On October 7, 2006, he lost his only child Andrew, born March 24, 1965, who died unexpectedly at the age of 41, while in the care of Ulster County D.D.S.O's Shokan Residence. Then, six months later, he would lose his loving wife, Marta, April 16, 2007. May 3, 2007, would have marked 42 years of blessed marriage.
Konstantin is survived by his stepson and daughter-in-law, George and Nina Kobryn of Pomona; and his dear and trusted friend, Kevin Hornbeck of Woodridge.
The Holy Sacrifice of the Devine Liturgy was celebrated on Monday in Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, Kerhonkson. The Rev. Volodymyr Piso officiated.
Interment followed at Pine Bush Cemetery, Kerhonkson.
Rose M. Marshall
Homemaker, 85
Rose M. Marshall of Wurtsboro, a homemaker and longtime resident of the area, died on Sunday, July 29, 2007 at the St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center in Smithtown. She was 85.
The daughter of the late Natale and Catherine Sposato, she was born on January 14, 1922 in the Bronx. She was the widow of Douglas Marshall, who predeceased her on February 1, 2004.
Rose was also a retired public school aide for the NYC Board of Education and was a secretary for Dell Publications in New York City.
Survivors include her loving daughter, Donna R. Marshall of Hauppauge; two nephews; one grandniece; one grandnephew; several cousins; a goddaughter, Tracey, and her family; and many loving friends and several “furry” grandbabies.
The family would also like to thank her new friends at the Lake Shore Assisted Living for making her final days pleasant ones.
Funeral services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of one’s choice.

Jack A. Crum
Mason, Carpenter, 58
Jack A. Crum of Natural Bridge Station, Va., formerly of Callicoon, entered into rest on Friday, July 27, 2007. He was 58 years old.
Born June 29, 1949 in Paterson, N.J. he was the son of Chester and Frances Decker Crum of Beach Lake, Pa. He was raised in Milanville and was a graduate of Damascus High School Class of 1967. After graduating, he spent 4 years in the US Navy serving at Midway Island. Jack resided in the Beechwoods of Callicoon for most of his life where he ran his dairy farm. After selling his farm, Jack became a skilled mason and carpenter. He retired to Natural Bridge Station, Va. where he spent the last eight years of his life and became a stock market watcher, enjoyed river rock collecting and hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his sons, Quentin and wife, Tina of Honesdale, Pa. and Chad and wife, Keri of Charlottesville, Va.; his brothers, James and wife, Rosalie of Beach Lake, Pa., Earl and wife, Virginia of Milanville, Pa. and Gerald of Rileyville, Pa.; a sister Diana Daub and husband, Carl of Honesdale, Pa.; grandchildren, Jonathon and Desiree; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Dustin. His sister, Donna Gohl, died Monday, July 30, 2007.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 31 in the Hessling Funeral Home, 428 Main St., Honesdale, Pa. at 11 a.m. Pastor Lane Jones will officiate.
Interment will follow in Calkins Union Cemetery.

Frank Dellatore
Bowling Alley Supr., 65
Frank V. Dellatore of Yulan died Sunday, August 12, 2007 at Bon Secours Community Hospital. He was 65.
The son of the late Joseph and the late Catherine Volpi Reilly, he was born October 18, 1941 in Haverstraw.
Frank was a bowling alley supervisor at Letchworth Village in Rockland County. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
In a family statement, it was said: “Frank enjoyed cooking, camping, pets, sitting on the porch on nice days, and spending time with his family. He was gentle and compassionate and we will all miss him dearly.”
Surviving are one son: Frank Dellatore and his fiancée Virginia of Glen Spey; one daughter: Veronica Abato and her husband Mike of Glen Spey; one sister: Adele Wood of Garnerville; three grandchildren: Michael Abato, Anthony Abato, and Gideon Dellatore; also several nieces and nephews.
Visitation and funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Cremation will be made at H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg, Pa.

Roberta Calarino
Homemaker, 76
Roberta Calarino of Liberty, a homemaker and lifetime area resident, died at the Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris on Tuesday, August 14, 2007. She was 76.
She was born on March 19, 1931 in Pine Bush, N.Y.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Calarino, at home; five daughters, Rose Fleming and Maria Faitell, both of Liberty, Angela Schiber of North Carolina, and Marion DePace and Dawn Calarino, both of Obernburg and several grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Harriet Fleming; and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, August 17 at Ramsay’s Funeral Home in Liberty.
Burial was made in the Liberty Cemetery.
Adele A. Clark
Homemaker, 87
Adele A. Clark of Roscoe, a homemaker and a longtime area resident, died on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 in the Catskill Regional Medical Center, in Harris. She was 87.
The daughter of the late William and Lucille Reyl Eppenback, she was born August 15, 1920 in Flushing.
Adele was a Communicant of the Gate of Heaven Church in Roscoe and a member of the Roscoe-Rockland Senior Citizens. She lived during her early years on Long Island and in Livingston Manor. Her grandfather had a studio at Carnegie Hall with his wife, Adele, where he sang, composed for organ and directed a choir that performed at the 1939 World’s Fair. Her father invested the Colloid Mill. Her mother, Lucille Eppenbach Archer, was a concert pianist and later married Russell Archer.
Her family developed large tracts on Long Island, including Elmont. Archer Avenue in Jamaica is named after the family.
Survivors include one son, Robert W. Clark and his wife, Jane Ellen, of Springfield, Va.; one daughter, Luanne Jones and her husband, Thomas, of Franklin, N.C.; and one grandson, Robert W. Clark III.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert W. Clark, in 1965.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, August 19 at the Harris Funeral Home in Roscoe.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 20 at 11 a.m. at the Gate of Heaven Church in Roscoe. Monsignor William Collins will officiate.
Burial will be made in the Beaverkill Cemetery, Beaverkill.

Cathy Ann Graf Lane of Rock Hill entered into rest on Saturday, August 11, 2007 along with her husband, Ralph Walter Lane. She was 40.
The daughter of the late Gerhard Graf & Loretta Kaufhold Graf, she was born on September 19, 1966 in Hackensack, N.J.
She was a member of Goodwill Presbyterian Church, Montgomery, and The Blue Knights Motorcycle Club of Goodwill Church.
Survivors include her mother, Loretta Graf of Wurtsboro; four children: Thomas Lane, Jonathan Lane, Jillian Dernbach, and Daniel Lane; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her father, Gerhard Graf, and her infant triplets: Andrew, Nicholas and Joshua.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Friday, August 17 at the Goodwill Presbyterian Church, 2117 Route 208, Montgomery.

Ralph Walter Lane of Rock Hill, an engineer for Lanc & Tully, Goshen, entered into rest on Saturday, August 11, 2007 along with his wife, Cathy Ann Graf Lane. He was 44.
The son of the late Rudolph Lane and Christel Janicek Lane, he was born September 18, 1962 in Monticello.
He was a member of Goodwill Presbyterian Church, Montgomery; The Blue Knights Motorcycle Club of Goodwill Church; and past member of the Rock Hill Fire Department, Rock Hill.
He served in the U.S. Army and the Reserve Corps.
Survivors include his mother, Christel Lane of Rock Hill; four children: Thomas Lane, Jonathan Lane, Jillian Dernbach, and Daniel Lane; brother, Frank Lane of California; sister, Gabriele Reddish of Colorado Springs, Colo.; brother, Benny Lane of Colorado Springs, Colo.; sisters, Elizabeth Yount of Warwick, and Heidi Schmidt of Jeffersonville; and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grandnephews.
He was predeceased by his father, Rudolph Lane, and his infant triplets: Andrew, Nicholas and Joshua.
