Susan L. Isaacs of Kingston, a former Lew Beach resident, died Sunday, July 23, 2000, at the Benedictine Hospital in Kingston. She was 42 years of age.
The daughter of Bobletta Ingraham Stewart and the late Cecil G. Stewart, she was born August 4, 1957, in Liberty.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Isaacs of South Fallsburg; a son, Lars Stewart Ryder of Monticello; her mother of Kingston; two brothers, Cecil Stewart of Wilton and George Stewart of Livingston Manor; two sisters, Louise Stewart of Walden and Beth Stewart of Middletown; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Herbert C. Bryant Funeral Home, 29 Pearl St., Livingston Manor with the Rev. Richard Fitzgerald officiating.
Burial will be made in Lew Beach Cemetery in Lew Beach

Anna M. Goodenough, a resident at Wayne Woodlands Manor in Waymart, Pa. died Friday, July 21, 2000 at the Manor. She was 85 years of age.
The daughter of the late William and Fannie Rutledge Lilholt, she was born in Dyberry Township, Pa. She was the widow of Kenneth B. Goodenough who died in 1982.
Mrs. Goodenough was tax collector for Lebanon Township, Wayne County, for 44 years. She was a member, elder and trustee of the Cold Spring-Rileyville Presbyterian Church; a member of Hickory Grange in Rileyville, the Rileyville Ladies Aid Society and a member of Henrietta Rebekkah Lodge.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, David H. and Shirley Goodenough of Rileyville, Pa.; a daughter, Sylvia Bailey of Pleasant Mount, Pa.; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Lillian Histed and a sister, Dorothy Glanville.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home, 1228 Main St., Honesdale, with the Rev. Paul McCauley officiating.
Interment will be made in the East Dyberry Cemetery.

Ret. Dairy Farmer, 91
Lloyd W. Eldred Sr. of West Damascus, Pa., died Saturday, July 22, 2000 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale, Pa., after an illness. He was 91 years of age.
The son of the late John A. and Minnie Sears Eldred, he was born January 20, 1909, in West Damascus, Pa. He was the widower of Louetta Baker who died in 1975.
Mr. Eldred was a member of the Honesdale (Pa.) Gospel Tabernacle.
He is survived by his wife, Viola A. Eggleton Wilcox Eldred; two sons and daughters-in-law, Lloyd W. Jr. and Muriel Eldred of Auburn, and Robert L. and Judie Eldred of Bethany; a sister-in-law, Gertrude Eldred of Tyler Hill; three step-children, Fawn Dickson of Lake Wales, Fla., Irene Sperry of Parker Heights, Tex., and Roy Wilcox of Leesburg, Fla.; a brother, Orvis Eldred of Bethany, Pa.; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by five brothers, John, Leroy, Melvin, Ellery and Claude Eldred, and three sisters, Edna Cowles, Bertha Eldred and Martha Highhouse.
Friends may call at the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home, 1228 North Main St., Honesdale, Pa., on Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Honesdale Gospel Tabernacle, Grove St., Honesdale.
Interment will be made in the Bolkcom Cemetery in Rileyville.

Robert T. Delaney

Robert T. Delaney of Kenoza Lake, an eight-year area resident and the office manager of Fern Manor at Kenoza Lake, died Tuesday, July 18, 2000, at the Seelig Division of Community General Hospital in Harris. He was 70 years of age.
The son of the late John and Mary McCormack Delaney, he was born October 19, 1929, in New York City.
Mr. Delaney was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Services were followed by burial in the Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery in Liberty. The Rev. Robert Nee officiated.
Funeral arrangements were made by the Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home in Jeffersonville.
Rev. Stuart Suydam
Minister/Teacher, 56
Rev. Stuart H. "Stu" Suydam of Annapolis, Md., a pastor of the Reformed Church in Callicoon Center and Youngsville from 1978 to 1995 and a former 20-year Callicoon Center resident, died Monday, July 24, 2000, at the AAMC in Annapolis, Md., following a lengthy illness. He was 56 years of age.
He was born in Englewood, N.J., on April 8, 1944.
A 1966 graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree, Rev. Suydam received his Master of Divinity degree from New Brunswick Theological Seminary. He had been a high school teacher at Annapolis Area Christian School for the past five years.
Rev. Suydam was coordinator of the Annapolis Disaster Rescue Program; chaplain of the Annapolis Fire Department, a director of the L.I.F.E. program at Annapolis Area Christian School, a member of New Hope Chapel and directed the Men's Ministry at New Hope Chapel, all in Annapolis. He also sponsored midshipmen at the U.S. Naval Academy.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Barbara E. Suydam, at home; and a brother, Hendrick Suydam of Vermont.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Annapolis, 710 Ridgely Ave., Annapolis, Md.

Shawn M. Conklin of Youngsville, a student at the Jeffersonville-Youngsville School of the Sullivan West District, died Monday, July 24, 2000, at the Seelig Division of Community General Hospital in Harris, as the result of injuries received in a vehicular/bicycle accident. He was 7 years of age.
The son of John and Dawn Kelly Conklin, he was born November 30, 1992, in Harris.
He is survived by his parents, a brother, Paul Young and a sister, Amber Marie Conklin, all at home; his maternal grandparents, James and Sharma Kelly of Ferndale; and his paternal grandmother, Dolores Conklin of Port Jervis. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Frank Conklin.
Funeral services were held Thursday at the Ramsay's Funeral Home in Liberty with the Rev. Robert C. Nadelen officiating.
Interment was made in the Laurel Hill Cemetery in White Sulphur Springs.

Wanda Petrowski of Pond Eddy, a business owner and a 15-year area resident, died Tuesday, July 25, 2000, at her home. She was 49 years of age.
The daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ciecwierz, she was born April 25, 1951, in Jersey City, N.J.
She is survived by her husband, Miguel Petrowski, at home; her mother, Sophe Triatefliedes of Jersey City, N.J.; a son, Eddie Rodriguez of Virginia Beach, Va.; three brothers, Walter Ciecwierz of Bethel, Pa., Joey Ciecwierz and Eddie Ciecwierz, both of Jersey City, N.J.; three sisters, Mary C. Dugan of Bayonne, N.J., Teresa Pauli of Piscataway, N.J., and Christina of Bayonne, N.J.; her mother-in-law, Mary Petrowski of Glen Spey; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jerry and Maria Petrowski of Glen Spey; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Thursday at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home in Port Jervis, followed by a Liturgy Mass in St. Volodymyr's Ukrainian Catholic Church in Glen Spey with the Rev. Oleska Kostyk officiating.
Burial was made in the Glen Spey Cemetery in Glen Spey.

Josephine Frances Pisano Schilling of Bloomingburg, a homemaker, died Tuesday, July 25, 2000, at the Horton Medical Center in Middletown. She was 57 years of age.
The daughter of the late Louis and Josephine Glacchino Pisano, she was born October 20, 1942, in New York City.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Walter John Schilling, in Brooklyn; a son and daughter-in-law, Walter and Valerie Schilling of Goshen; a daughter and son-in-law, Sherri and Gregory Maxwell of Bloomingburg; three grandsons, Walter III, Christopher and Justin; a granddaughter, Carissa; and a sister, Francine.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home, 130 Highland Ave., Middletown.
Interment will be made in Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale, L.I.

Anthony Haggerty of Cuddebackville, a construction worker for DeGroat Construction in Monticello, died Sunday, July 23, 2000, at the Wingate at Ulster Rehabilitation Center. He was 59 years of age.
The son of the late Lester and Adeline Sprague Haggerty, he was born April 19, 1941, in Newton, N.J.
In a family statement, it was said, "Loving father and husband, you will be missed dearly. May you be at peace now."
He is survived by his wife, Sandy Haggerty, at home; two sons, Tony Duane Haggerty of Cuddebackville and Anthony Allen Haggerty and his wife, Edna, of Port Jervis; a daughter, Tammy Ordille, and her companion, Chrissy Bradbury of Port Jervis; four brothers, Amzie Nielson of Pennsylvania, Jim Haggerty and John Nielson of New Jersey, and Charlie Nielson of Tennessee; five sisters, Carina Haggerty of Cuddebackville, Mable Drake of Pennyslvania, and Doris Smith, Claire Southard and Alice Conklin, all of New Jersey; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Violet Spangenberg of Forestburgh; two granddaughters, Victoria Haggerty and Tanya Wayman; and three grandsons, Richard Wayman Jr., Michael Wayman and Christopher Wayman.
A Memorial Service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday at the Otisville-Mt Hope Presbyterian Church, 25 Main St., Otisville, with the Rev. Jeffrey Farley officiating.
