Kathie E. DeSarno and Mark A. Notarfonzo both of Burdett, N.Y., were married June 25, 2005 at Burdett Presbyterian Church. The 3:00 p.m. ceremony was performed by Dick Evans, Lay Pastor. The bride, daughter of Tom and Cindy Kain of Burdett is a graduate from Watkins Glen High School. She is currently a supervisor of Park Operations with New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. The groom, son of Lois Notarfonzo of Watkins Glen, N.Y. and the late Angelo Notarfonzo is a graduate of Watkins Glen High School. He is currently an automotive technician with Simmons-Rockwell in Big Flats, N.Y. The matron on honor was Ronda Williamson. The best man was Jeff Gascon. Ushers were the bride's sons, Danby DeSarno, Clayton DeSarno and Anthony DeSarno. After a reception at Clute Park Pavilion in Watkins Glen, the couple honeymooned in Bermuda. They currently reside in Burdett.
