Christopher J. Seymour and Cara E. Berry both of Elmira, N.Y. were joined in marriage on New Year's Eve 2004 at a ceremony performed by Pastor David Ashby at the North Presbyterian Church in Elmira. The bride is the daughter of Michael and Katherine Berry of Elmira and the groom is the son of Joseph and Vickie Seymour of Elmira. Cara is a graduate of Mansfield University with a BS in Criminal Justice and will be receiving a masters degree in Special Education in August 2005. She is currently employed as a Special Education Teacher by Broome-Tioga BOCES at the Endicott Learning Center. Christopher is a graduate of St. Lawrence University with a BA in Ecomonics and currently employed as a Portfolio Manager at Chemung Canal Trust Co. in Elmira. The couple, along with family and friends, celebrated their marriage and brought in the New Year with a reception at the Corning Country Club in Corning, NY. Chris and Cara took a honeymoon vacation on a Caribbean Cruise in April 2005.
