Mr. and Mrs. Frederick W. Morgan of Elmira, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on July 4, 2005. Mr. Fred Morgan and the former Mary Catherine Edwards were married July 4, 1955 by the Rev. Raymond M. O'Brien at Grace Episcopal Church in Elmira. The couple have two children. They are Katherine M. Morgan of Elmira and Frederick Wm. Morgan of Cohoes, N.Y. There are also two grandchildren: Paul Takeyuchi and Miki Takeyuchi. Mr. Morgan is a retired secondary school teacher from the Elmira City School District. For several years, Mrs. Morgan was associated with her mother's clothing store, Tots and Teens, in Elmira.
