The Bride-elect is the daughter of Charline and John Cummings of Pine City, New York and Eddie and Dorleen Kauffman of West Elmira. Teri is a graduate of Cortland State University and is employed as a Teacher at Corning East High School in Corning, New York. The Groom-elect is the son of Rose Decker of Pine City. Glenn is a Journeyman with IBEW Local 139 in Elmira, New York. After a honeymoon trip to St. Thomas, the couple will reside in West Elmira.
