Kristen Croft Cobb and Richard Seung Hoh Kuk, both of Richmond, VA were married October 3, 2004 at Norton Chapel on Keuka College Campus. The 3:30 pm ceremony was performed by Reverend Edward Carey. The Bride is the daughter of Blaine and Dorothy Cobb of Corning, NY and granddaughter of Eleanor Cobb of Knoxville, PA. She is a 1995 graduate of Corning-Painted Post West High School, received her BS from the College of William and Mary in 1998 and received her MD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2003. Kristen is currently employed by the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. The Groom is the son of Myong Sae and MiHyung Kuk of Metairie, LA. He graduated in 1993 from the Louisiana School for Math, Science and the Arts; received his BA from the University of Chicago in 1997; and received his MD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2003. Richard is currently employed by Virginia Commonwealth University Hospital. Bride's attendants were Carrie Cobb of Washington, DC and Kathryn Cobb of Baltimore, MD; both sister's of the Bride. Shereen Gamaluddin read a poem. Isabella Bann of Sao Paulo, Brazil (niece of the Groom) was the Flower Girl. The Best Man was James Kuk of New York City (brother of the Groom) with Keyur Shah of Silver Spring, MD; Ellery Bann of Sao Paulo, Brazil (brother-in-law of the Groom); and Tim Hong of New Orleans, LA as Groomsmen. The reception was held at Esperanza Mansion in Bluff Point, NY. After a Mediterranean Cruise, the couple resides in Richmond.
