Rebecca J. Parker and Joseph C. Spencer, both of Elmira, New York will be married November 12, 2005 at North Chemung United Methodist Church. The 2:00 pm ceremony will be performed by Pastor Anne Mowery. The Bride-elect, daughter of Edwin and Christine Mathews of Lowman, New York is a 1988 graduate of Elmira Free Academy, a 1991 graduate of Corning Community College and attended Elmira College. She is employed as a RN full time at the Chemung County Jail and per diem at St. Joseph's Hospital. The Groom-elect, son of James and Russetta Spencer of Chemung, New York is a 1982 graduate of Waverly High School and attended both Corning Community College and Herkimer College. The Matron of Honor will be Samantha J. Ferriter with Nina Walden and Kayla Parker as Bride's attendants. Paige Mathews will serve as Flower Girl with Jacob Ferriter as Ring Bearer. Best Man will be James David Spencer with Stephen Mathews, Kyle Parker, Joseph Spencer and Christopher Spencer as Groomsmen. The reception will be held at the Baldwin Community Center. After a honeymoon to Sandals St. Lucia, the couple will reside in the Town of Baldwin, New York.
