Kammie M. McAtee and David Schlesselman both of Canandaigua, NY were married June 28, 2003 at Keuka College Chapel. The 5:30pm ceremony was performed by Rev. Juan Rivera. The Bride is the daughter of Debra Doolittle of Watkins Glen, NY; Judd McAtee of Horseheads, NY; and Carl Lewis (Step Father of the Bride) of Horseheads. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Higgins of Belleview, FL and Mr. and Mrs. Richard McAtee of Horseheads. She is a 1998 graduate of Horseheads High School, attended Broome Community College for Dental Hygiene Program and graduated in 2000. Currently she is employed by Dr. Edgar Prindle as a Dental Hygieist in Geneva, NY. The Groom is the son of Deborah Saxe of Elmira, NY and David Schlesselman of Kapaaa, Hawaii. He is grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John Saxe - deceased. He is a 1994 graduate of Elmira Free Academy, graudated from Broome Community in 2000 with an Associates in Human Services, went on to Keuka College and graduated with a Bachelor degree in Social Work in 2002, and received a Masters degree from Syracuse University in Social Work in 2003. Currently he is an independent contractor through the department of health and works with individuals with traumatic brain injuries in the Rochester area. The Matron of Honor was Michelle McClelland, Sister of the Bride. Jr. Bridesmaid was Samantha McAtee (Sister of the Bride). Bride's attendants were Michelle Henderson (Friend of the Bride), Amy Gushue (Friend of the Bride), Emily Hatfield (Friend of the Bride), Leah Mitstifer (Cousin and Friend of the Bride), Heather Spaulding (Friend of the Bride), and Melissa Perry (Friend of the Bride). Flower Girl was Taylor Dixon and Ring Bearer was Zachary McClelland (Nehew of the Bride). The Best Man was Carl Lewis Jr. (Brother of the Bride). Groomsmen were William Saxe (Cousin of the Groom), Michael Perry (Friend of the Groom), Ronald Carter (Friend of the Groom), Joshua Fuksman (Friend of the Groom), Jeffery Green (Friend of the Groom), Christopher McAtee (Brother of the Bride), and Rodney McClelland (Brother-In-Law of the Bride). The reception was held at the Horseheads American Legion. After a one week Carnival Cruise to Mexico, the couple reside in Canandaigua.
