Chapman were married May 16, 1953 at Oakwood Avenue Methodist Church in Elmira Heights, NY. The couple has two daughters. They are Lynn and Marianne (Tim) Barron, both of Elmira. They have two grandchildren, Matt and Aimee Barron. Mr. Rounsville is retired from Morris Protective Services and Mrs. Rounsville is retired from Sears Roebuck Co.

ROUNSVILLE, Clarence, 84, of Elmira, passed away Friday, October 16, 2009 at home. Survived by his wife of 56 years, Betty; his daughters, Lynn of Syracuse, NY, and Marianne (Tim) Barron of Southport; his grandchildren, Matt and Aimee Barron; and his brother-in-law, Theodore Chapman of Horseheads. He was predeceased by his daughter, Bonnie; parents, Clarence and Helen; and his sister, Norma. He proudly served in the U.S. Army in Europe during WWII. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
