SALBEGO - 60TH

Mr. and Mrs. Archie Salbego of Elmira celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a reception from family and friends.

Archie Salbego and the former Gloria Shearer were married July 28, 1945, at the former Southport Presbyterian Rectory.

The couple have three children: Gary (Rose) Salbego of Watkins Glen, Gale (Lynn) Houseknecht of Maryland and Dale Rubin of Breesport.

There are seven grandchildren and nine great grand children.

Mr. Salbego retired as a plumber with Local 267 of Syracuse.

Mrs. Salbego is a retired cosmetologist.
