Jenny Renee Frisbie of Elmira, N.Y. and Paul Vincent Burns Jr. of Vernon Center, N.Y., are happy to announce their engagement. Jenny is the daughter of Connie Frisbie of Elmira and the late Robert Frisbie. Paul is the son of Paul Burns Sr. of Vernon Center and Phyllis Hendrix of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Jenny is a 1990 graduate of Southside High School, a 2003 graduate of Mansfield University with a degree in education and is now pursuing a masters degree in education at Elmira College. She is currently employed as a teacher with Elmira City School District. Paul is a 1991 graduate of Madison High School, Madison, N.Y. and is currently employed with Powerline Constructors of Clinton, N.Y. The couple will marry in February 2006, surrounded by family and friends.
