Bailey and the former Marilyn D. Bullard were married June 7, 1953 by the Rev. Glen Dewey at Bakerburg Community Church in Gray Valley, PA. The couple has 3 children. They are Norman (Terry) Bailey of Syracuse, NY; Luann (Mike) Smith of Elmira; and Gary (Vicki) Bailey of Elmira. There are seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mr. and Mrs. Bailey are retired from Bailey, Co. in Elmira.
