GARNETA B. TITUS, 66, died at 7:43 a.m. Jan.12, 2005, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
She was born May 8, 1938, in Elida to Ralph and Laura Redd Huber, who preceded her in death. On Dec. 15, 1956, she married
Byron Titus, who survives.
Mrs. Titus was a homemaker. She attended Lima Community Church of the Nazarene. She was a member of Chapter 121 Order of Eastern Star and American Legion Post 96 Auxiliary. She had been a volunteer at Lima Memorial Health System. She was a graduate of Vogue Academy in Chicago. She enjoyed baking and sewing.
Survivors also include a son, Alan (Linda Shelton) Titus of Grove City; two daughters, Julie (Lloyd) Conkle of Lafayette and Vicki (Ray) Rusmisel of Johnstown; a brother, Arnold (Carole) Huber of Coldwater; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a two sisters, Loretta Young and Kay Klein; and a grandson, Nathan Conkle.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at Chiles & Sons-Laman Funeral Homes, Lewis Chapel. The Rev. Robert Ferrell will officiate. Burial will be in Salem cemetery, Westminster.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, where an OES service will be held at 8 p.m. Friday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the youth and children's camp at Lima Community Church of the Nazarene.
Bluffton
WALTER D. UNRAU, 87, died at 8:03 p.m. Jan. 8, 2005, at Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center, Bluffton.
He was born Dec. 14, 1917, in Goessel, Kan., to Peter Voth and Helen Schmidt Unrau, who preceded him in death. On Aug. 1, 1953, he married
Ruth Baughman, who survives.
Mr. Unrau had been an accountant for the General Conference Mennonite Church. He had also been a business manager for the Commission on Education and Mennonite Ministries and accountant for Woodstock School in India, Hesston Corp. and Kropf Co. He assisted his wife in operating Book ReView Etc., Bluffton. He was a member of First Mennonite Church, Bluffton.
Survivors also include two daughters, Susan Unrau Stucky of LaHonda, Calif., and Paula Jean Unrau of Dallas; three brothers, Arthur Unrau of Pryor, Okla., Rahlen Unrau of Chouteau, Okla., and William Unrau of Lincoln, Neb.; and a sister, Wilma (John) Miller of Reedley, Calif.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Marvin Unrau; and two sisters, Ella Pankratz and Martha Copper.
Memorial services will begin at 2 p.m. Friday at First Mennonite Church, Bluffton. The Rev. Steven J. Yoder will officiate.

Lima
ALICE D. WILLIAMSON, 68, died at 8:47 p.m. Jan. 4, 2005, at Medical College of Ohio, Toledo.
She was born April 4, 1936, in Dayton to Jerry and Aline M. Arthur Walker, who preceded her in death. On July 24, 1955, she married
Robert Lee Williamson Sr., who died June 2, 1990.
Mrs. Williamson was a homemaker and in the 1970s, she had been owner of Alice's Wonderland, a jewelry store. She was a member of NAACP.
Survivors include a son, Robert Lee Williamson of Lima; six daughters, Tonya R. Williamson and Kimberly L. Williamson, both of Lima, Jondolyn "Shay" Amadasu of Tobyhanna, Pa., and Sheri R. Williamson, Angela T. Williamson and Aline M. Williamson, all of Lima; two stepbrothers, Anthony Wilson of Dayton and Samuel Reynolds Jr. of Lima; and two sisters, Gerri Walker of Youngstown and Sylvia Jones of Lima; and 20 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, Terry Williamson; and a grandson, Lester W. Robinson Jr.
Services will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Chiles & Sons-Laman Funeral Homes, Wayne Street Chapel. The Rev. H. Frank Taylor will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Lima
DR. WILLIAM A. BLUM, 84, died at 11:44 p.m. Dec. 5, 2005, at the Cleveland Clinic.
He was born Oct. 10, 1921, in Lima to Bernard H. and Elsie Weixelbaum Blum, who preceded him in death. On Dec. 10, 1943, he married
Mary Martha Lusk, who survives in Lima.
Dr. Blum was an optometrist in private practice in California for more than 55 years. He attended Bethany Chapel Church. He was a member of the Masons, the Rotary Club and the Optometric Association, all in California.
Survivors also include three sons, Dr. Donald (Jeanie) Blum of Palos Verdes Estates, Calif., Thomas William (Monie) Blum of Los Alamos, N.M., and Robert Bernard (Fran) Blum of Manteca, Calif.; and eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Judy Fernandez; and a sister, Joan Mandel.
Graveside services will be held at a later date in Rose Hill cemetery Mausoleum, Whittier, Calif. Kay Butterfield will officiate.
There will be no visitation.

Spencerville
DOROTHA IRENE BOWERSOCK, 87, died at 7:35 p.m. Dec. 6, 2005, at Roselawn Manor Nursing Home, Spencerville.
She was born Jan. 25, 1918, in Marion Township to Wilmer and Effie Fry Smith, who preceded her in death. On July 1, 1940, she married
Richard Bowersock, who survives.
Mrs. Bowersock was a homemaker. She was a member of Hartford Christian Church, Spencerville, and its Friendly Circle and Jolly Dozen Club. She was a 1937 graduate of Delphos Jefferson High School. She had lived at Roselawn Manor Nursing Home for the last 10 years.
Survivors also include three daughters, Konita "Connie" (Albert) Klaus, Barbara Oakman (Roger) Crites and Laurie (John S.) Ball, all of Spencerville; seven grandchildren, Debra Klaus of Spencerville, Richard "Rick" Klaus of Elida, Stacy (Denise) Oakman of Spencerville, Jason (René) Oakman of Bellfonte, Pa.; John A. (Jennifer) Ball of Lima and Mark Ball and Jamie Ball, both of Spencerville; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Helen Pohl of St. Marys.
She was preceded in death by an infant granddaughter, Angelique Ball; and three sisters, Clarice Harbert, Edna Snider and Gladys Monfort.
Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville. Pastor Robert King will officiate. Burial will be in Spencerville cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Lima
CATHERINE WRIGHT BRUMBY, 88, of Naples, Fla., formerly of Lima, died Dec. 2, 2005, at Naples Community Hospital.
She was born Jan. 4, 1917, to John F. and Catherine Burns Wright, who preceded her in death. Her husband of 52 years, Robert M. Brumby, preceded her in death.
Mrs. Brumby was an avid golfer. She was a member of the Royal Ponciana Golf Club and the John Purdue Club. She was a wonderful lady and a feisty redhead, who her children fondly called "Kayse Baby." She was known for her generous spirit and her love of family. She had moved to Naples, Fla., in 1977, from Lima.
Survivors include three children, Sue Podany of Newport Beach, Calif., Bob (Sara) Brumby of Bourne, Texas, and Gary Brumby of Los Angeles; four grandchildren, Jon (Julie) Podany, Michael Podany, Staci Brumby and Brigid Brumby and three great-granddaughters, Nicole, Morgan and Kelli Podany.
Services will begin at 1 p.m. today at Naples Memorial Funeral Home, Naples, Fla.

Venedocia
MICHAEL McCLELLAND LEITER, 58, died at 6 p.m. Nov. 30, 2005, at Wytheville County Community Hospital, Wytheville, Va.
Memorial services will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at Salem Presbyterian Church, Venedocia. The Rev. Wendy Pratt will officiate. Burial will be in Venedocia cemetery.
Friends may call following the services at the church Saturday, until 4 p.m.
