DONAGRACE STALEY, 89, died at 12:25 a.m. April 25, 2007, at Richland Manor Nursing Home, Bluffton.
She was born April 17, 1918, in Leipsic to William and LulaBelle Swank, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Staley had worked in housekeeping at St. Rita's Medical Center and had also worked in several Lima restaurants. She was a member of Bethel Church of Christ, Ada. She had been a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary drill team and enjoyed working with ceramics. She was a longtime resident of Lima Towers.
Survivors include a daughter, Shirley (Jerry) Amstutz, of Harrod; two sons, Leonard (Dorothy) Staley, of Lima, and Ronald (Patricia) Staley, of Harrod; and 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two grandchildren; a brother, Claude King; and a sister, Lelia Gilmore.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at Chiles-Laman Funeral Homes, Bluffton. The Rev. Harrison Underwood will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland cemetery, Beaverdam.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Church of Christ or the activities fund at Richland Manor Nursing Home.
Cridersville
RUTH L. ULREY, 93, died at 12:40 a.m. April 25, 2007, at Lima Memorial Health System.
Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery, Lima.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, where arrangements are incomplete.
Delphos
REGINA M. WARNEMENT, 86, died at 11:25 p.m. April 24, 2007, at VanCrest Health Care Center.
She was born June 5, 1920, in Gladstone, N.D., to Paul and Ida Muth Oster, who preceded her in death. In 1951, she married
Edmund Warnement, who died in 1986.
Mrs. Warnement had been a waitress at a coffee shop. She was a member of the American Legion and the Senior Citizens Center. She had been a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 471, Delphos.
Survivors include two brothers, Paul Oster, of North Dakota, and Frank (Lillina) Oster, of Rosemont, Minn.; several nieces and nephews in North Dakota; and a special friend, Tom German.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Maglene Koopmann.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Delphos. Father Mel Verhoff will officiate. Burial will be in St. Michael cemetery, Kalida.
There will be no visitation.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Senior Citizens Center or the American Cancer Society.

Mendon
ELEANOR GLEE WELKER, 88, died at 8:20 p.m. April 24, 2007, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born Aug. 16, 1918, in Arlington to The Rev. Harvey and Hazel Rinehart Orwick, who preceded her in death. On May 23, 1942, she married
Lowell A. Welker, who survives.
Mrs. Welker had been a registered nurse at several facilities in the area, for 45 years. She was a life member of Mendon United Methodist Church and the Women's Society of Christian Service. She was a member of the Doll Collectors of Ohio. She was a 1940 gradate of St. Rita's School of Nursing.
Survivors include a son, Eric (Bonita) Welker, of Mendon; three daughters, Caral (William) Snider, of Mendon, June (Gordon) Gingrich, of Aurora, Colo., and Jane Amstutz, of Clermont, Fla.; a sister, Dorothy Underwood, of Lexington, Ky.; and 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren and 12 stepgreat-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Harvey Orwick; a sister, Rebecca Decker; and a grandson.
Private family services will be held. The Rev. Charles Eagle will officiate. Burial will be in Goodwin cemetery, Elgin.

IVA MAULDIN BENNETT, 100, died at 10:27 p.m. Jan. 1, 2003, at Otterbein-Cridersville.

Findlay
DANNY J. ENGARD, 48, died Jan. 1, 2003, at Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center, Findlay.
He was born April 28, 1954, in Hancock County to Robert and Winifred Deerwester Engard, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Engard had worked at E.P. Enterprise, Findlay. He was a 1972 graduate of Leipsic High School, Leipsic.
Survivors include three brothers, James (Jane) Engard and Larry (Paula) Engard, both of Leipsic, and Robert (Julie) Engard of Holgate; two sisters, Mary Combs of Leipsic and Kathy (Robert) Kohout of Defiance; and good friend, Lloyd Waller of Findlay.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Myers.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at Love Funeral Home, Leipsic. The Rev. Judy Parker will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in Sugar Ridge cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.
Venedocia
RUTH E. EVANS, 77, died at 4:22 p.m. Jan. 1, 2003, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
She was born Jan. 2, 1925, in Van Wert County to Edward and Mary Alma Evans Williams, who preceded her in death. On Jan. 2, 1949, in Venedocia, she married
David Hughes Evans, who survives in Venedocia.
Mrs. Evans was a homemaker. She was a member of Salem Presbyterian Church, Venedocia, where she was a member of its Alpha Kappa Sunday school class and its women's association.
Survivors also include a son, Thomas W. (Bonnie) Evans of Venedocia; a daughter, Claudia LeValley of Van Wert; a sister, Dorothy (David) Allen of Melbourne, Fla.; three grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jennie Evans, both of Venedocia, and Derek (Amy) LeValley of Killeen, Texas; and two great-grandchildren, Juniper LeValley and Corrigan LeValley, both of Killeen, Texas.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Venedocia cemetery.
There will be no visitation.

MILBURN A. HINDS, 83, of Ocala, Fla., formerly of Lima, died Dec. 29, 2002, at Sylvia's House in Florida.
