DANIEL LEROY FRIEDLY, 81, died at 12:13 p.m. Sept. 29, 2003, at Convoy Care Center, Convoy.
Services will begin at 3 p.m. Oct. 25 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home, Van Wert. The Rev. Malvin George will officiate. Burial will be private.

Lima
VESTA M. FULLETON, 92, died at 1:16 a.m. Oct. 1, 2003, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
She was born May 11, 1911, in Trinidad, Colo., to Charles and Ada Dowding Stevens, who preceded her in death. On Sept. 21, 1940, at Christ Church Episcopal, she married
David J. Fulleton, who died May 19, 1997.
Mrs. Fulleton was a staff organist for Christ Church Episcopal for more than 66 years. She was also the staff organist for Siferd Funeral Homes from 1970 to 2000 and a substitute organist for several area churches. She was a member of Friends of Music, Amil Tellers.
Survivors include two sons, David Kyle Fulleton of Lima and Terry Michael (Dorothy) Fulleton of Elida; seven grandchildren, Desiree Holbrook, Ryan Holbrook, Michael Fulleton, Nicklaus Fulleton, Robert, Lynette and Suzette; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at Christ Church Episcopal. The Rev. Darwin Ralston will officiate. Burial will be in St. Matthew cemetery, near Cridersville.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Siferd Funeral Homes, Westwood Chapel, and one hour prior to services Monday at the church.
Lima
NANCY ANN KILL, 66, died at 3:30 a.m. Oct. 1, 2003, at her residence.
She was born April 11, 1937, in Toledo to Norbert L. and Geraldine Haddix Wiechart, who preceded her in death.
Ms. Kill had been an office manager of Siferd-Hossellman for 30 years. She was a 29-year member of Altrusa International Inc. of Lima, where she had served as president, secretary, treasurer and was the current newsletter editor. She was a volunteer for Altrusa's reading program at Faurot School and had served as district secretary for District Five of Altrusa International from 2001-2003. She was a member of the board of the Northwest Ohio Literary Council, a member of the YWCA, where she volunteered at bingo and for other activities, and a member of First Families of Allen County. She was a 1955 graduate of Lima Central High School and attended business school for two years. She loved playing bridge, working crossword puzzles and working on her computer. She loved cooking for her family and friends and was an avid birdwatcher.
Survivors include a son, David E. (Therese) Kill of Lima; and two grandchildren, Austen and Kayle.
Services will begin at 2 p.m. Monday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Wanda Werking will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday and noon until time of services Monday at the funeral home.

Jackson Center
RUTH L. KNIEF, 82, died at 3:37 a.m. Oct. 3, 2003, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 8, 1921, in Stokes Township, Logan County, to Clarence F. and Della Zwiebel Regula, who preceded her in death. On April 13, 1940, she married
William F. Knief, who died Oct. 13, 1996.
Mrs. Knief retired from Holloway Sportswear, Jackson Center, and had worked at Fisher Cheese, Wapakoneta. She was a charter member of Christ the King Church, Jackson Center. She was a member of American Legion Post 493 Auxiliary, Jackson Center.
Survivors include four daughters, Connie (Lester) Helmlinger of Kettlersville, Sharon Collar of Lima, Linda (Richard) Jenkins of Jackson Center and Ruth (Chris) Halpin of Sidney; three sisters, Lucille Klopfenstein and Virginia (Norman) Klopfenstein, both of Jackson Center, and Leona (Russell) Bunker of Sidney; and 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Richard Collar; and a brother, LeRoy Regula.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Christ the King Church, Jackson Center. The Rev. James Maxwell will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mark cemetery, Clay Township.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Van Horn Funeral Home, Jackson Center, and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.

RUSSELL W. BRUNK, 78, of St. Augustine Beach, Fla., formerly of Lima, died Nov. 26, 2003, at his residence.
He was born in Lima. His wife, Rosemary Brunk, survives in St. Augustine Beach.
Mr. Brunk retired as a sheet metal worker. He enjoyed woodworking and made his own urn. He move to St. Augustine seven years ago.
Survivors also include a son, William (Janet) Brunk of Columbus; a stepson, Michael Spurlin of Lima; and a stepdaughter, Bridgett (Tom) Hoffman of LaGrange, Calif.
No services are planned.

BETTY JEAN CUSICK, 76, of North Fort Myers, Fla., formerly of Lima, died Nov. 30, 2003.
Her husband of 56 years, James L. Cusick, survives.
Mrs. Cusick was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary and the Red Hat Society. She wintered in Florida for the last 20 years.
Survivors also include a son, Richard (Pat) Cusick of Lima; two daughters, Pamela (Denise Goodman) Cusick of Worthington and Debra (Toni Hernandez) Cusick of Bailey, Colo.; a brother, Robert Gossard; three sisters, Mary McCleary, Nellie Gossard and Dorothy Peters; and five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Gossard; and two sisters, Pauline Greene and Helen Hunt.
Memorial services will begin at 6 p.m. Sunday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima.

EDNA F. EICHOLTZ, 80, died at 1:20 p.m. Dec. 3, 2003, at Medical College of Ohio, Toledo.
She was born Feb. 9, 1923, in Wooster to Henry and Imabelle Easterday, who preceded her in death. On March 17, 1947, she married
Francis C. Eicholtz, who died June 9, 1986.
Mrs. Eicholtz was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Charles Eicholtz of Lima; a daughter, Sharon Olds of Continental; a brother, Eugene Easterday of Marion, Mich.; a sister, Pauline Mannor of Ann Arbor, Mich.; and five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Clarence and Billy Easterday; and two sisters, Grace Blough and Leona Snow.
Services will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday at Mast-Mock-Hoffman Funeral Home, Defiance. The Rev. Roger Blough will officiate. Graveside services will begin at 1 p.m. Monday in Osborn cemetery, Allen County.
