JEAN J. FEISON, 87, died at 4:12 p.m. Jan. 4, 2006, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
She was born Oct. 6, 1918, in Hymera, Ind., to Elmer and Mable Hale, who preceded her in death. On Dec. 21, 1948, she married
John Feison, who survives in Lima.
Mrs. Feison had been a long distance operator for United Telephone Co. for 20 years. She was a member of St. John Catholic Church, Lima, and where she was a member of its Altar Rosary Society and funeral dinner committee. She was a member of American Legion Post 96 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 370 and a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1275 Auxiliary.
Survivors also include several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and -nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Billy Joe Hale; and a sister, Nellie Hale.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at St. John Catholic Church, Lima. The Rev. David Ritchie will officiate. Burial will be in Gethsemani cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, where a wake service will be held at 4 p.m.

Lima
LAWRENCE "BUTCH" FOSBURGH, 58, died at 6:53 a.m. Jan. 6, 2006, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
He was born May 29, 1947, in Gary, Ind., to William and Mary Bell McLead Fosburgh. His mother preceded him in death. His father and stepmother, Karen Fosburgh, survive in Spencerville. On March 3, 1968, he married
Nancy Dunifon, who survives.
Mr. Fosburgh worked as a service technician for Sprint for more than 37 years. He attended St. Rose Catholic Church. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 370 and the Communication Workers of America union. He was a Green Bay Packers fan.
Survivors also include two sons, Ralph Fosburgh and Edward (Becky) Fosburgh, both of Lima; a daughter, Lisa (Scott) Hire of Lima; two brothers, William (Carey) Fosburgh of Grovertown, Ind., and Kevin (Leanna) Fosburgh of Japan; a sister, Gwen Check of Spencerville; seven grandchildren, Kristina Fosburgh, Stephen Hire, Angel Fosburgh, Kayleigh Hire, Vincent Fosburgh, Melany Hire and Marshall Fosburgh; and a brother-in-law, Les Saunders.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Terry Saunders.
Services will begin at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Chiles & Sons-Laman Funeral Homes, Wayne Street Chapel. William Fosburgh and Kevin Fosburgh will officiate. Burial will be in Gethsemani cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

FLOYD GRIER, 89, died Jan. 4, 2006.

Jackson Center
CORY LEE GUENIN, 88, of Sandusky, formerly of Jackson Center, died at 6:05 a.m. Jan. 5, 2006, at the Ohio Veterans Home, Sandusky.
He was born July 25, 1917, in Jackson Center to C. Adam and Dora I. Funk Guenin, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Guenin had been a security guard. He was a member of American Legion Post 493, Jackson Center. He was a Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three sisters and a brother.
Services will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Van Horn Funeral Home, Jackson Center. Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate. Burial will be in Glen cemetery, Port Jefferson.
Friends may call from noon until time of services Tuesday at the funeral home.

CYNTHIA MAXINE HURNS, 57, died at 9:12 p.m. Jan. 4, 2006, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
She was born July 7, 1948, in Tchula, Miss., to Willie Mack and Cynthia Siegers Hurns. Her father preceded her in death. Her mother survives in Lima.
Survivors also include a son, MacRoland B. Hurns of Cleveland; a daughter, Toni T. Hurns of Lima; five grandchildren, Traevon, Clifford, Ronnie, Ciara and Savannah; a brother, Harvey L. (Catherine) Thomas Jr. of Houston, Texas; and two sisters, Barbara A. Dixon and Kathey C. (Johnny) Smith, both of Lima.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Kym Thomas.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Jones-Clark Funeral Home. The Rev. Bruce Monfort will officiate.

ARNOLD R. TIPPIE III, 55, died at 4:44 a.m. Jan. 6, 2006, at his residence.

CHARLOTTE K. FLECK, 58, died at 10 a.m. Jan. 13, 2006, at her residence.

Columbus Grove
WILFRED J. FUERST, 71, died at 12:01 p.m. Jan. 13, 2006, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 19, 1934, in Columbus Grove to Amos and Teresa Birkemeier Fuerst, who preceded him in death. On June 2, 1956, he married
Dorothy Watkins, who survives.
Mr. Fuerst retired as a laborer and supervisor from Sylvania and Philips ECG, after 40 years. He was a 1954 graduate of Columbus Grove High School. He was an Army National Guard veteran. He was a quiet and unassuming man. He loved his children and was especially proud of all of his grandchildren. He was an enthusiastic Columbus Grove Bulldogs fan.
Survivors also include two daughters, Angela (Michael) Herzog of Lima and Rebecca (William) Vinson of Little Hocking; two brothers, Joe (Esther) Fuerst and Tom (Joyce) Fuerst, both of Columbus Grove; seven sisters, Mary Fuerst of Columbus Grove, Martha Davis of Ottawa, Agnes Parker of Lima, Margaret (William) Weber of Wiggins, Miss., Dorothy Diehl of Ottawa, Norma LaSota of West Allis, Wis., and Irene Biederman of Columbus Grove; seven grandchildren, Amanda and Anthony Herzog, Gregory, Julie and Leanna Vinson and Kiernan and Alec Fuerst; and a former daughter-in-law, Angela Dick of Columbus Grove.
He was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Fuerst; and a brother, Virgil Fuerst.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Columbus Grove. The Rev. Ron Warnimont will officiate. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the church cemetery.

HAROLD I. HANES, 90, died at 10:45 a.m. Jan. 12, 2006, at Cridersville Health Care.
He was born Aug. 1, 1915, in Perry Township to Irville and Edna DeLong Hanes, who preceded him in death. On March 30, 1937, he married
Esther I. Mallow, who died Jan. 7, 1981. He then married
Lucille Bowersock, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Hanes had been a superintendent at the Allen County Children's Home, a mechanic, worked at McMichael Implement Co., Spencerville, from 1956 to 1980, and was owner of Hanes Lawnmower Repair from 1980 to 1990. He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 691, Wapakoneta.
Survivors include two sons, Melvin J. (Petrina) Hanes of Harrod and Kenneth I. (Peggy Lynn) Hanes of Lima; a daughter, Karen Sue (Lynn) Joseph of Harrod; two stepdaughters, June Cattell of Lima and Joyce (Jack) Leasure of Ocean Springs, Miss.; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; six stepgreat-grandchildren; two brothers, Elmer Hanes and Clifford Hanes, both of Lima; and a sister, Mildred Downing of Lima.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Russell Hanes.
Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. Pastor Lynn Huffman will officiate. Burial will be in St. Matthew cemetery, Cridersville.
