MAXINE DETRICK, 88, died at 10:55 a.m. Dec. 16, 2006, at Lima Memorial Health System.
She was born Feb. 27, 1918, in Clay Township, Auglaize County, to Geroge and Laura Knoch Rostorfer, who preceded her in death. On Aug. 28, 1940, she married
Wilden L. Detrick, who died Sept. 14, 1991.
Mrs. Detrick was a homemaker. She retired from Auglaize Acres in the housekeeping Department. She was a member of the St. Johns United Methodist Church and the Wapakoneta Senior Citizens. She enjoyed fishing, camping and shopping.
Survivors include, a son, Wayne Detrick, of Uniopolis; two grandchildren, Leann (Richard) Latham and Wayland Detrick; a stepgranddaughter, Melinda (Rodney) Ritchie; six great-grandchildren, Casondar, Rashell, Amber, Lacey, Dawson and Alyssa; two brothers, George Rostorfer Jr. and Donald (Nina) Rostorfer; and a sister, June Carol (Forest) Sawmiller.
She was preceded in death by a son, Gary Detrick; and two sisters, Fentrus (Donald) Oakley and Ladonna Rostorfer.
Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta. Pastor David Gordon will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery, Lima.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Ada
WAYNE E. FLEMING, 71, died at 6:40 p.m. Dec. 15, 2006, at Lost Creek Care Center.
He was born May 21, 1935, in Ada to Ralph S. and Edna M. (Welty) Fleming, who preceded him in death. On Nov. 25, 1954, he married
Constance "Connie" Conley, who died June 30, 1996. He later remarried
in August 1999 to Helen Jenny Robinson, who survives in Ada.
Mr. Fleming was a farmer. He was a member of Sugar Grove United Methodist Church in Ada. He was a 1953 graduate of Ada High School. He was a board member and former president of Ada Farmers Exchange. He was a social member of Ada Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9381 and a member of Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge 157, Kenton.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth D. Fleming, of Ada; a daughter, Sharon (Tim) Walsh, of Lima; two stepsons, Richard (Kathy) Robinson and David (Michelle) Robinson, both of Lima; a stepdaughter, Katie (Jeff) Hunt, of Lima; a brother, Norman D. (Deryl) Fleming, of Ada; a sister, Esther (James "Woody") Woodworth, of Greenville; three grandchildren, Kelly (Zachary) Miller, of Downers Grove, Ill., Kira Fleming, of Delaware, Ohio, and Shannon Walsh, of Lima; a great-grandson, Logan Fleming; and five step-grandchildren.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home in Ada. The Rev. G. Alan Brown II will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery in Ada.
Friends may call from at the funeral home from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday and until services Tuesday.

JOHN C. GOUGH, 89, died at 1:25 p.m. Dec. 14, 2006, at Wapak Manor Nursing Home.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Pastor Samuel Payne will officiate. Burial of ashes in Shawnee cemetery will be later.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where arrangements are incomplete.
Lima
JAMES J. KELLY, 82, of Allentown, Pa., formerly of Lima, died Dec. 16, 2006, at the Inpatient Hospice Unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, Pa.
He was born in Lima to Arthur R. and Agnes M. Arndt Kelly, who preceded him in death. In February 1954 he married
Betty J. Butterfield, who survives.
Mr. Kelly was an electrical engineer at the Buckeye Pipeline Co. in Macungie, Pa., until retiring in 1987. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving in the Signal Corps. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton and his master's degree from The Ohio State University. He was an emergency management coordinator for South Whitehall Township in Lehigh County, Pa., for 15 years. He was an amateur radio operator, belonging to the Lehigh Valley and Delaware Valley radio clubs. He was a member, lector and Eucharistic minister at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Allentown, Pa. He was a Eucharistic minister at the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, Pa., for many years.
Survivors also include children, Warren (Evelyn) Bible Jr. Joceyln (Thomas) Marshall, C. Michael (Judy) Wells, Steven (Tina) Wells, Gregory (Dorothy) Kelly, Jeffery Kelly, and Anita Kelly; a brother, Robert A. Kelly; a sister, Mary Jo Maurer; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Allentown, Pa.

Lima
THE REV. NORMAN S. KISTLER, 81, died at 8:15 a.m. Dec. 16, 2006, at his daughter's home.
He was born Oct. 29, 1925, in Rochester, Ind., to the Rev. James M. and Lavanga Van Gundy Kistler, who preceded him in death. On Feb. 5, 1948, he married
Vera M. Wanner, who died Dec. 7, 1997.
The Rev. Mr. Kistler retired as a pastor after 50 years serving at Living Word Chapel in Lima, Union Chapel Missionary Church in Lima and Fairview Missionary Church in Angola, Ind. He also was employed with the Allen County Engineer's Office for 10 years and had been a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in Lima. He was a member of Open Door Baptist Church in Lima since 2000 and was a graduate of Fort Wayne Bible Institute, Fort Wayne, Ind. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and served on the USS Osage.
The family thanks Dr. Dennis Pierson and his staff for their assistance in the Rev. Mr. Kistler's care.
Survivors include five sons, Pastor Stan K. (Karen) Kistler, of Holiday, Fla., Brian K. (Mary) Kistler, of Ossian, Ind., Duane K. (Debra) Kistler, of Lima, Darrel K. (Beth) Kistler, of Lima, and Randall K. (Danna) Kistler, of Berne, Ind.; two daughters, Wanda K. (Brad) Augsburger, of Lima, and Sheila K. (Dave) Poppe, of New Bremen; a sister, Nina Witwer, of Berne, Ind.; 20 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Emmanuel, Forest, Harold and Marvin Kistler; and two sisters, Esther Morgan and Ola Sheets.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Chiles-Laman Funeral Homes, Shawnee Chapel. His son, Pastor Stan Kistler and Pastor William Turner will officiate. Interment will be in Memorial Park Mausoleum. Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1275 will conduct military rites.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

DOROTHY M. LUTHMAN, 93, died Dec. 15, 2006.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster.

Lima
WARREN MOSER, 81, of Lima and formerly of Mount Vernon, died at 4:15 p.m. Dec. 13, 2006, at Lima Manor Nursing Home following an extended illness.
He was born in the Bronx, New York on April 17, 1925. He married
Rosemarie Moser, who survives.
Mr. Moser became a professional engineer in Ohio.
Survivors also include a son, Thomas Moser; three brothers, Robert Moser, Ralph Moser and Ronald Moser; and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on his birthday, April 17, in Spencerville. There will be no visitation.

Wapakoneta
DON G. RAMGA, 80, died at 12:55 a.m. Dec. 16, 2006, at Wapakoneta Manor.
He was born Dec. 26, 1925, in Auglaize County, near Buckland, to Earl M. and Edna I. Graessle Ramga, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Ramga was a lifelong carpenter, construction worker and farmer. He was a 1945 graduate of Buckland High School. He was a member of the Wapakoneta Lions Club, the Ohio Flying Club, NFO, Farmer's Union, and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Aerie 691, Wapakoneta. He enjoyed flying his own plane, genealogy and traveling around the world.
Survivors include two brothers, Robert L. (Phyllis) Ramga and Charles W. (Janice) Ramga, both of Wapakoneta; five sisters, Mary C. (Addis) Katterheinrich, of New Knoxville, Imogene M. Roser, of Lima, Virginia I. Hardesty, of Uniopolis, Alice J. (Roland) Truesdale, of Elida, and Marlene S. (Joseph) Elliott, of Wapakoneta; two sisters-in-law, Alfrieda Ramga, of Neptune, and Juanita Ramga, of Cridersville; 32 nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Margaret Mary Moore, of Wapakoneta.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, John Edwin, and Herbert E. and Carl F. Ramga; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Annabelle (Kermit) Hoge and Christine (Joseph) Steinke; two brothers-in-law, Norman Roser and Charles Hardesty; and two nephews and a niece.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta. Pastor Jeanette Tangeman will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn cemetery, Wapakoneta.
