BERTHA O. BLUBAUGH, 90, died at 9:50 a.m. Jan. 8, 2006, in the Skilled Nursing Unit at Otterbein-Cridersville.
She was born March 10, 1915, in Somerset, Pa., to the Rev. William and Pearl Johnson Minerd, who preceded her in death. On March 20, 1941, she married
Glenn B. Blubaugh, who died March 13, 2002.
Mrs. Blubaugh was a homemaker and had worked with her husband at Blubaugh Service Master. She was a member of Shawnee United Methodist Church and the Gold Circle.
Survivors include two sons, Ronald G. (Lynn) Blubaugh of Lakeview, and Kenneth L. (Dianne) Blubaugh of Marblehead; three grandsons, Ronald Blubaugh Jr. of Lima, Jason Blubaugh of Great Falls, Mont., and Troy Blubaugh of Toledo; and three great-grandsons, Garret, Alexander and Colton Blubaugh.
She was preceded in death by six sisters, Nellie Bish, Ruth Shaffer, Violet Sanner, Lillian Bailey, Ethel Hetzer and Esther Vesck; and three brothers, Melvin, Paul and Don Minerd.
Services will begin at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. Dr. Joseph Bishman will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery, Lima.

CARL E. "BABE" CARMEAN, 77, died at 5:55 p.m. Jan. 7, 2006, at St. Rita's Medical Center following a brief illness.
He was born May 20, 1928, in Delphos to Gordie Isaac and Agnes Rose Kohorst Carmean, who preceded him in death. On June 24, 1951, he married
Glenna LeMar, who survives.
Mr. Carmean retired in 1991 after 36 years of service with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in St. Marys. He attended Ross Church of the Brethren of Mendon, the Monday night church bowling league, and the Northwestern Ohio Field and Stream Association. He enjoyed fishing, bowling and spending times with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors also include four daughters, Barbara (Gary) Zeigler and Debra (James) Wells, both of Wapakoneta, Glenna Binkley of Lima and Connie (Tom) Wegesin of Wapakoneta; 15 grandchildren, Jeff, Doug and Craig Obringer, Arleen Boley, Tisha Linberg, Tonya Zeigler, Mikisha Seibert, Jessica Frew, Krystal, Megan and Seth Wegesin, Amber Turnmire, and Mike, Brian and Mark Carmean; a stepgrandchild, Kristine Wells; 15 great-grandchildren, Krysta, Kelsey, Patrick, MacKayla, Jacob, Hailey and Colton Obringer, Courtney and Andrew Boley, Lauren Linberg, Rylie and Carl Lee Carmean, Jaden Markins, and Laurel and Cadence Frew; three stepgreat-grandchildren, Breanna Bommershine, Tasha Baldwin and Trevor Frew; three sisters, Almeda (John) Ondo of Lima, Rita (Richard) Suever of Delphos and Patricia Johnson of Indianapolis; a brother, Gordon (Betty) Carmean of Delphos; and a sister-in-law, Ursula Carmean of Delphos.
He was preceded in death by a son, Carl Lee Carmean; a brother, Lee Carmean; a son-in-law, Roger Obringer; and a brother-in-law, Melvin Johnson.
Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville. The Rev. Glenn Masser will officiate. Burial will be in Wright cemetery, Converse.

Mount Gilead
GENEVA IRENE RICHENDOLLAR, 83, of Galena and formerly of Mount Gilead, died Jan. 7, 2006, at the Kobacker House Hospice of Riverside Hospital, Columbus.
She was born May 18, 1922, in Tiffin, to Albert and Geneva Garver. On July 24, 1943, she married
Norman Richendollar, who preceded her in death in 1968.
Mrs. Richendollar attended the New Life Assembly of God Church in Mount Gilead. She dedicated her life to charity work with children, Bible study, and loved scrapbooking, crossword puzzles, interior designing and gardening.
Survivors include five children, Garrett (Rebekah) Richendollar of Mansfield, Alan Richendollar of Summerdale, Ala., Lou (Sharon) Richendollar of Howland, Noreen (Tim) Reymann of Galena, and Sylvia (Paul) Bolander of Galena,; three brothers, Albert, Clarence and Morgan Garver; 21 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Garver; sisters Shirley Garver, Betty Schulz, and Agnes Robisch; and her beloved daughter Geneva Irene.
Services will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Craven Funeral Home, Mount Gilead. Pastor Eric Schroeder will officiate. A graveside service will begin at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Woodlawn cemetery, Ada.
