CLEO LUCILE REED, 88, died at 3:37 a.m. Dec. 8, 2003, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.

Lima
NORMAN R. SELLERS, 84, died at 12:05 a.m. Dec. 8, 2003, at Lost Creek Care Center.
He was born Jan. 15, 1919, in Lima to Victor N. and Sarah H. Drake Sellers, who preceded him in death. On Sept. 23, 1939, he married
Winifred A. Logue, who died Jan. 10, 1999.
Mr. Sellers retired in 1981 as a tool and die maker from Dana Corp. He had also been a tool and die maker for Neon Products Co. and had worked part time at Standard Oil Co. He was a member of Rousculp Church of Christ. He had been a volunteer at Lima Memorial Hospital for many years.
Survivors include three sons, Homer E. (Kay) Sellers and Timothy R. (Eileen) Sellers, both of Lima, and Andrew P. (Susan) Sellers of Euless, Texas; a daughter, Kimberly J. Sellers of Lima; a sister, Maraellen Dennis of Minneapolis; and eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday at Chiles & Sons-Laman Funeral Homes, Lewis Chapel. The Rev. Mark Vernik will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

SAMUEL T. STAMPER, 84, died at 3:50 a.m. Dec. 8, 2003, at Mount Carmel-St. Ann Medical Center, Westerville.

Bluffton
NELSON F. STEINER, 90, died at 6:10 p.m. Dec. 7, 2003, at Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center, Bluffton, after a two-day illness.
He was born June 30, 1913, in rural Bluffton to Noah F. and Susan Gerig Steiner, who preceded him in death. On Aug. 16, 1937, he married
Margaret G. Hahn, who survives.
Mr. Steiner retired as a life-long salesman, first with Fuller Brush, later Investors Diversified Services and eventually World Book Encyclopedia. After retiring from sales, he was a custodian with the Bluffton schools. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Bluffton, where he was a Sunday school teacher for several years, held several church offices and was a lay preacher for the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church. For 15 years he recited the Christmas story during Bluffton's Thanksgiving Blaze of Lights ceremony, retiring in 2001. He was a member of the International Wood Collector's Society and as a hobby, he handcrafted canes, which he gave as gifts. He was past president of OAPSE, the non-certified employees union of the Bluffton schools. He was a past member of St. Rita's Medical Center ostomy organization. He was a member of the Allen County and Ohio first families. From his high school years to age 80, he sang in the chorus of the Bluffton Choral Society's annual rendition of Handel's Messiah. He attended the Hilty (Silver Maple) Country School in Richland Township and was a 1931 graduate of Bluffton High School.
Survivors also include two sons, Rudi (Cheryl) Steiner of Homewood, Ill., and Fred (Mary) Steiner of Bluffton; a daughter, Mary (Guy) Lord of Shorewood, Wis.; and seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Norman; a brother, Stanley; and five sisters, Edna Oyer, Emma Bertsche, Adella Oyer, Alma Jorg and Ada Gierman.
Memorial services will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church, Bluffton. The Revs. Dee Wentz and James Bertsche, a nephew, will officiate
Bluffton
MELBA E. BERRY, 90, died at 2:25 a.m. April 12, 2004, at Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton.
She was born Feb. 14, 1914, in Gomer to Harry and Edna Pugh Lombard, who preceded her in death. She was raised by her grandparents, Ben and Catherine Pugh, who also preceded her in death. She married
Gerald "Spike" Berry, who died Feb. 22, 1952.
Mrs. Berry retired from Citizens National Bank, Bluffton, after 25 years. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Bluffton, where she was involved in several of its activities. She was a life member of the Bluffton Senior Citizens. She was a graduate of Gomer High School and a 1937 graduate of Bluffton College. She was an avid high school and college sports fan.
Survivors include a son, Jim "Spike" (Joyce) Berry of Bluffton; two grandchildren, Julie (Rob) Krupp of Bluffton and Jay (Melissa) Berry of Hilliard; three great-grandchildren, Carson and Ella Krupp and Tyler Berry; and a brother, Harold Lombard of Waynesboro, Pa.

DOROTHY M. "TESS" BOWLER, 84, died at 11 a.m. April 12, 2004, at Lima Convalescent Home.

AMY LOUISE CAMPBELL, 41, died at 7:43 a.m. April 11, 2004, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
She was born Aug. 5, 1962, in Lima to Paul E. and Rhea E. Foster Rolsten. Her mother survives in Lima.
Mrs. Campbell was a price coordinator for Big Bear Plus. She enjoyed camping, gardening, bowling and baking. She lived for her children and grandchildren. She was an inspiration for many people and loved to help others.
Survivors also include two daughters, Megan (Shawn) Edwards of Cridersville and Sara Campbell of Elida; four siblings, Glenn (Margaret) Rolsten of Lima, David (Nancy) Rolsten of Shelby, Lisa Kreitzer of Lima and Thomas (Barbara) Rolsten of Carey; and two grandchildren, Caleb and Noah.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Pastor Dan Messner will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery.

Wapakoneta
WAYNE P. CLEMENTS, 66, died at 6:05 a.m. April 7, 2004, at Auglaize Acres Nursing Home, Wapakoneta.
He was born March 19, 1938, in Staunton, Va., to Ernest and Mildred Parker Clements, who preceded him in death. On May 1, 1965, he married
Mary Jo Schlenker, who survives.
Mr. Clements retired in April 2000 from the U.S. Postal Service, Staunton, Va. He had also worked as a radio announcer for WAFC, Staunton., Va., and WMEV, Marion, Va., and as a newspaper correspondent for the Roanoke Times, Roanoke, Va. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Staunton, where he served as director of its TV committee. He was a member of the Staunton Quarterback Club and had been a coach of Little League baseball. He was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School, Staunton, Va., and Marion Junior College, Marion, Va. He was an Army veteran serving as a broadcast specialist for Armed Forces Radio in Pusan, Korea. He was an avid baseball fan and enjoyed fishing.
Survivors also include a daughter, Pamela (Easton) Loving of Fort Union, Va.; two sons, Eric Clements and Keith Clements, both of Wapakoneta; a father-in-law, Carl Schlenker of Wapakoneta; three brothers-in-law, Bill (Peg) Schlenker, Tom (Pat) Schlenker and Chris (Deb) Schlenker, all of Wapakoneta; and a sister-in-law, Judy (Fred) Platfoot of Botkins.
Memorial services will begin at 11 a.m. today at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Wapakoneta. Pastor Alex Gondola will officiate. According to his wishes, his body has been donated to medical science.
Friends may call one hour prior to services today at the church.
