ROBERT F. CUTTER, 79, died at 9:23 p.m. Jan. 9, 2005, at Cridersville Health Center, Cridersville.
He was born Nov. 14, 1925, in Lima to Francis C. and Evelyn MacMillan Cutter, who preceded him in death. On Sept. 7, 1920, he married
Margaret B. Simpson, who died May 11, 2000.
Mr. Cutter retired in 1999 as an accountant from Randall-Bearing and had been an accountant for Goodwill Industries. He was a member of Shawnee United Methodist Church. He had been a member of Market Street Presbyterian Church. He was a member of several Scottish clans and the Audubon Society. He had been a member of the American Youth Hostel. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a son, Andrew K. Cutter of Lima; and a sister, Mary Koppitch of Florida.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sarah Cutter.
Services will begin at 3 p.m. Friday at Chiles & Sons-Laman Funeral Homes, Shawnee Chapel. The Rev. Ron Jones will officiate. Burial of the cremains will be at a later date.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

JOHN WILLIAM "BILL" DeVILBISS, 71, died at 4:01 a.m. Jan. 10, 2004, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
He was born April 17, 1933, in Detroit to Samuel S. and Olive E. Miller DeVilbiss, who preceded him in death. On July 6, 1950, he married
Dolores J. Hanley, who survives.
Mr. DeVilbiss was owner and operator of DeVilbiss Egg Co., Spencerville, since 1968. He had worked part time as a salesman for Kinstle Chevrolet and selling real estate, both in Van Wert. He was a member of Friends Church, Spencerville. He attended Spencerville High School, where he was a member of the class of 1951.
Survivors include two sons, Tom (Dorothy) DeVilbiss of Spencerville and Jeff (Tammy) DeVilbiss of Lima; two daughters, Linda (Gary) Reindel of Delphos and Sue (Doug) Morrow of Van Wert; 10 grandchildren, Jamie (Melonie) Reindel of Delphos, Mandy (Courtney) Smith of Rockford, Candy (Andy) Skinn of Norwalk, Cory (Chelsea) Reindel and Alison Morrow, both of Van Wert, Sarah DeVilbiss and Mikki DeVilbiss, both of Spencerville, and Kurtis DeVilbiss, Sean DeVilbiss and Kaige DeVilbiss, all of Lima; five great-grandchildren, Cole Reindel, Luke Reindel and Emma Reindel, all of Delphos, Alivia Morrow of Van Wert and Josephine Skinn of Norwalk; his mother-in-law, Hazel Hanley of Lima; a brother, Samuel (Rhonda) DeVilbiss of Spencerville; three sisters, Martha (Don) Caudill of Spencerville, Margaret Lambert of Lima and Marilyn Allen of Napoleon; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ella DeVilbiss.
Services will begin at 1 p.m. Thursday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville. The Rev. William R. Abram will officiate. Burial will be in Spencerville cemetery.

IVO B. DREES, 73, died at 10:30 p.m. Jan. 7, 2005, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Father Ron Wilker will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary Catholic cemetery, Celina.

LILLIE MAE "MEM" EVANS, 97, died at 4:52 p.m. Jan. 7, 2005, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Dec. 14, 1907, in Middlesboro, Ky., to John and Martha Warrick Jones, who preceded her in death. On Sept. 27, 1927, she married
Howard Evans, who died Aug. 13, 1997.
Mrs. Evans was a homemaker. She was a member of Redoak Baptist Church, Middlesboro, Ky., and attended Missionary Baptist Church, Lima. She had been a member of Brands Lake Fishing Club, Wapakoneta.
Survivors include a son, Boyd (Regina) Evans of Wapakoneta; a daughter, Maxine (Harold) Ball of Wapakoneta; 15 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; a special nephew, Mark Jones; and several other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Ira Burton Evans; two daughters, Ruby Raines and Martha Belle Evans; four brothers, Bob, Henry, Lloyd and Bert Jones; and three sisters, Winnie Maxwell, Annie Jones and Mary Mullins.
Services will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. The Rev. Terry Brock will officiate. Burial will be in St. Matthew cemetery, near Cridersville.

ALLEN E. FLOWERS, 56, died at 11:02 a.m. Jan. 9, 2001, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.

OPAL L. MOSIER, 89, died at 6:10 p.m. Jan. 9, 2005, at Convoy Care Center, Convoy.
Services will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home, Van Wert. The Rev. Paul Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant cemetery, Van Wert County.

GEORGE ALEXANDER REEDER, 76, died at 2:25 p.m. Jan. 8, 2005, at Mount Carmel East Hospital, Columbus.
He was born Aug. 25, 1928, in Florence, Ala., to Nizer Reeder and Ida Dillworth, who preceded him in death.
Survivors include a brother, Minister Jodie (Brenda) Reeder of Columbus; two sisters, Nellie (Clyde) Robinson of Willow Run, Mich., and Julia (Kenneth) Willis of Ann Arbor, Mich.; and three nephews, two nieces, six great-nephews and seven great-nieces.
Services will begin at 1 p.m. Thursday at Jones-Clark Funeral Home. The Rev. Fayne G. Wise will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery.

KAY ELLEN SCHMIDT, 59, died at 9:21 p.m. Jan. 9, 2005, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.

Sylvania
BRIAN JOSEPH SPENCER, 24, died Jan. 8, 2005, at Medical College of Ohio, Toledo.
He was born to Tracy and Dr. Becky Spencer. His father and stepmother, Leza Spencer, survive in North Carolina. His mother and stepfather, Evan Spencer, survive in Sylvania.
Mr. Spencer was a student at Bowling Green State University, where he was studying psychology and history. He was a 1998 graduate of Northmont High School, where he was involved with Encore. He enjoyed gymnastics and music.
Survivors also include a brother, Chad Spencer of Sylvania; a sister, Danielle Spencer of Sylvania; three stepbrothers, Brad (Kris) Spencer of Findlay and Ted Spencer and Nick Spencer, both of Lima; maternal grandparents, Wayne and Donna Lotz of Cridersville; and several aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Kindred Funeral Home, Englewood. The Rev. Ron Hajarian will officiate.
