HELEN M. JAMES, 94, died at 6:20 a.m. Aug. 28, 2006, at Hardin Hills Health Center, Kenton.
Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Schindewolf-Stevens-Stout Funeral Home, Kenton. The Rev. Tomas Pistora will officiate. Burial will be in Grove cemetery, Kenton.

Lima
BILLIE EMERSON DUNGAN, 78, died at 1:45 a.m. Aug. 28, 2006, at Beverly Health Care.
He was born June 5, 1928, in Alger to Henry N. and Emma H. Orders Dungan, who preceded him in death. On Sept. 4, 1962, he married
Joyce Ann Davis, who died July 13, 2002.
Mr. Dungan retired in 1989, as a sanity engineer from Waste Management. He had worked for Checker Red Top Cabs and was a paramedic for Lima Ambulance Services. He had been a member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 199, where he had served as a past governor. He volunteered several years with the Allen County Humane Society bingo and YWCA bingo. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 370. He served in the Korean War from 1947 to 1951. When he was younger, he had raced stock cars and had been a flagman at Limaland Motor Speedway. He was a caring husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Survivors include two sons, John (Angel) Dungan of Lima and Greg (Cindy) Dungan of Elida; three daughters, Martha (William) Johnston, Brenda (Tracey) Stanley and Lisa (Robert) Keller, all of Lima; seven grandchildren, Brooke Stanley, Amey Keller, Michael Keller, Elizabeth Siebert, Joshua Johnston, Mercedes Kholhorst and Trevor Kholhorst; and two great-grandsons, Jeramiah Johnston and Mykal James Lee Johnston.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa Louise Moore; two brothers, Robert Dungan and Gerald Dunnigan; and a sister, Betty Howell.
Services will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday at Chiles & Sons-Laman Funeral Homes, Shawnee Chapel. The Rev. Joe F. Pumphrey will officiate. Interment will be in the Memorial Park cemetery Mausoleum.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Lima
LORI KELLOGG, 44, died at 4:10 p.m. Aug. 25, 2006, at Lima Memorial Health System.
She was born July 21, 1962, in Rome, N.Y., to Charles and Donna M. Jones Kellogg. Her mother survives in Lima and her father in Burdett, N.Y.
Miss Kellogg worked for Dr. Michael R. Heaphy and had also worked at the Social Security Administration. She held various positions in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, culminating in the title of president of the Southeast Chapter. She graduated cum laude from Syracuse University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and had also attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. She was listed in Who's Who in America.
Survivors also include two brothers, Scott S. (Linda) Kellogg of Trumansburg, N.Y., and Kim Paul (Elinor) Kellogg of Rome, N.Y.; a sister, Michelle Kellogg of Lima; two nieces, Bobbi-Jo Kellogg of Trumansburg, N.Y., and Savannah Kellogg of Rome, N.Y; a nephew, Scott Kellogg Jr. of Trumansburg, N.Y.; several aunts, uncles and cousins in New York; and her fiancé, Dr. Michael R. Heaphy of Lima.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 5 p.m. Wednesday at St. Charles Catholic Church.
Friends may call from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at Siferd Funeral Home, Westwood Chapel.

Lima
PATRICIA ANN KERZEE, 79, died at 4:16 p.m. Aug. 27, 2006, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 8, 1927, in Lima to Joseph and Marie Kohl Lawler Sr., who preceded her in death. On Oct. 23, 1981, she married
Rollin Kerzee, who survives in Lima.
Mrs. Kerzee was a devout member of St. Charles Catholic Church. She was a graduate of St. Rose High School. She enjoyed cooking and playing bingo. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Survivors also include two sons, John D. (Sue) Stein II and Joseph W. (Mary Beth) Stein, both of Lima; a daughter, Rebecca M. (David) Kerzee of Lima; three grandchildren, Travis D. Kerzee of Elida, Matthew A. Kerzee of Columbus and Melissa L. Matthews of Lima; and five great-grandchildren, Caleb, Ethan, Nathan, Austin and Hannah.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Lawler.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Charles Catholic Church. The Rev. Stephen Blum will officiate. Interment will be in the Gethsemani cemetery Mausoleum.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, where a rosary service will be held at 8 p.m.

Sidney
LISA M. KROEGER KLEMAN, 43, of Sidney, died Aug. 23, 2006, at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minn., as a result of stem-cell transplant complications treating leukemia.
She was born Jan. 17, 1963, in Lima to William M. and Barbara Utrup Kroeger, who survive in Delphos. On Aug. 24, 1985, she married
Keith R. Kleman, who survives in Sidney.
Mrs. Kleman was a homemaker. She was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church, Sidney. She was a member of the American Council on Headache Education. She was a 1981 graduate of Delphos St. John's High School. She was a loving wife and mother to her children.
Survivors also include three children, Austin C. Kleman, Connor P. Kleman, and Nadine C. Kleman, all at home; five sisters, Debra A. Kroeger of Findlay, Deanne L. Kroeger and Beth A. (James) Skym, both of Delphos, Jennifer L. Cunningham of Lima, and Kristi L. (Chadd) Pierce of Roseville, Calif.; a brother, Mark W. (Emily Ziegenbusch) Kroeger of St. Marys; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Angels Catholic Church, Sidney. The Rev. Patrick McMullen will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland cemetery, Sidney.

RICKEY L. LYLE, 50, died at 4:38 a.m. Aug. 28, 2006, at Shawnee Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Jan. 20, 1956, in Lima to Joseph and Grace E. Miller Lyle, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Lyle was a member of Lutheran Social Services. He enjoyed music.
Survivors include four siblings, Shirley (Don) Phillips, Linda Smith, John Lyle and Wayne Lyle, all of Lima.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Loretta Mault, Beverly Ann Courtney and Rosemary Avery; and four brothers, Larry Sr., James, Donald and Harold Lyle.
There will be no services or visitation.

Wapakoneta
MARTHA E. BURDEN ROUSH, 79, died at 9:20 a.m. Aug. 28, 2006, at Wapakoneta Manor Nursing Home.
She was born May 27, 1927, in Lima to Elmer B. and Martha Davies Burden, who preceded her in death. In 1971, she married
Willis C. Roush, who died Jan. 6, 1979.
Survivors include a brother, Jack V. Burden Donadio of Lima; a sister, Shirley (Bruce) Beemer of St. Marys; a sister-in-law, Anita Burden Donadio of Bellefontaine; a brother-in-law, John Williams of Cridersville; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, James E. Burden Donadio; a sister, Juanita Williams; and a sister-in-law, Hazel Marie Donadio Burden.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chiles & Sons-Laman Funeral Homes, Shawnee Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery.

Bluffton
DONALD B. BULLOCK, 81, died at 1:15 p.m. Sept. 2, 2006, at Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton.
He was born Dec. 12, 1924, in Trenton, N.J., to Arthur D. and Alina Bloom Bullock. He was married
April 16, 1955, to Marilyn Fett, who survives.
Mr. Bullock graduated from Trenton Senior High School in 1942. After a year of college he was drafted into the Army and served in Italy during World War II and with the occupation forces in Germany immediately following the war. He then returned to college and graduated from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pa., in 1949. After Mr. Bullock retired he moved to Fairfield Glade, Tenn., where he lived and enjoyed golfing for more than 11 years. He moved to Bluffton in 2001. He was a member of the Bluffton Presbyterian Church and was a Mason. He retired in 1988 from Armco Steel, where he worked for 34 years.
Survivors also include two sons, Scott Arthur (Julia Howell) Bullock of Toronto, Ontario, and William Mason Bullock of Southfield, Mich.; and three grandchildren, Katherine Bullock, Claire Bullock and Maxine Bullock.
He was preceded in death by a brother, A. William Bullock.
A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bluffton Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Lew VanderNaald will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove cemetery, Bluffton.
Friends may call at the church after the service.
