MELANIE SUE FRANTZ, 61, of Perrysburg, formerly of Wapakoneta, died at 7:05 a.m. Nov. 16, 2004, at Hospice of Perrsyburg.
She was born March 3, 1943, in Lima to Isabell Frazier Golden, who survives in Uniopolis.
Mrs. Frantz had been a health aide in the Wapakoneta area.
Survivors also include two sons, Timothy W. (Maria) Mauch of Maumee and Christopher J. (Sherri) Mauch of Wapakoneta; a brother, John (Diane) Golden of Uniopolis; and six grandchildren, Madison, Jenna, Brodie, Tyler, David and Vanessa.
Graveside services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday in Fairmount cemetery, north of Uniopolis. The Rev. Jeanette Rode Tangeman will officiate.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville.

Rockford
VICTORIA AGNES GEPHART, 87, died at 8:03 p.m. Nov. 15, 2004, at Adams County Memorial Hospital, Decatur, Ind.
Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford. The Rev. Mike Berne will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery, Rockford.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.

Elida
ANN KOVACEK, 81, died at 2:10 p.m. Nov. 15, 2004, at Lima Convalescent Home.
She was born Feb. 14, 1923, in Hungary to Gabor and Maria Labar Farkas, who preceded her in death. On Oct. 16, 1942, she married
William Kovacek, who died July 6, 1991.
Mrs. Kovacek was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Lakeland, Fla. She was an avid golfer, bowler and bingo player. She was well loved by her family and friends. She had been a resident of Lakeland, Fla., for 22 years.
Survivors include two sons, Milan "Mike" (Kathy) Kovacek and William Michael Kovacek, both of Elida; three sisters, Rosina (Greg) Kovach of Wooster and Theresa Taylor and Della Felsinger, both of Akron; two grandchildren, Christopher M. Kovacek of Findlay and Lisa (Donald) Robertson of Lafayette, Ind.; a great-grandchild, Kiersten Robertson; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Helene Kovacek.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Holy Martyrs Catholic Church, 3100 S. Weymouth Road, Medina. Father Stephen Dohner will officiate. Burial will be in St. Francis cemetery, Medina.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina, and one hour prior to services Friday at the church.

MARY JANE NAUM, 80, of Beavercreek, formerly of Lima, died Nov. 15, 2004.
Her husband, Col. Albert C. Naum, preceded her in death.
Mrs. Naum retired from Greene Memorial Hospital. She was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church, Beavercreek. She was a graduate of St. Rita's Medical Center School of Nursing.
Survivors include a daughter, Ann (Doug) Kremer of Beavercreek; a sister, Betty Staup of Lima; a sister-in-law, Margaret Naum of Lima; a daughter-in-law Martha Naum of California; four grandchildren, Steve (Cathy) Shaw, Theresa Shaw, Courtney Naum and Daniel Naum; three great-grandchildren, Cameron and Joshua Berry and Chloe Shaw; and several nieces, nephews, dear friends and caregivers.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Maj. Michael C. and Andrew C. Naum.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Luke Catholic Church, Beavercreek. Burial will be in Arlington National cemetery.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Tobias Funeral Home, Beavercreek, where a prayer service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday

KENNETH DAVID ROCHFORD, 65, died at 5:45 a.m. Nov. 10, 2004, at Paradise Oaks Health Care Center, Cloverdale.

KELLY SUE VAUGHN, 44, died Nov. 13, 2004, at her residence.
She was born Feb. 29, 1960, in Gary, Ind.
Mrs. Vaughn was a supervisor at Auto Owners Insurance Co. She enjoyed crafts, family vacations and being with her boys.
Survivors include two sons, Kyle Robert Vaughn of Lansing, Mich., and Alexander Matthew Vaughn of Lima; three sisters, Kathy Mae (Carson) Yeung of Moreno Valley, Calif., Kindy Lou (Dean) Roeller of Stillwater, Minn., Coleen Marie (Christopher) Luhiau of Denver; a brother, David James (Ginny) Caplett of Grand Rapids, Mich.; a stepsister, Sandy (William) Boekelheide of Garden Grove, Calif.; a stepbrother, Ronald (Melissa) Caplett of Sundre, Alberta, Canada; two grandchildren, Immanuel Jawon Robert Vaughn and Kyla Denise Vaughn; three cats, Joey, Tabby and Marte; and several nieces and nephews, by whom she was much loved.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Arthur Caplett; a stepbrother, Joseph Caplett; and best friend, Marte Wilson.
Memorial services will begin at 4 p.m. Friday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.
