LARRY ROSS STRATTON, 64, died Dec. 31, 2005, in Houston.
For now he rests in Christ Jesus.
Survivors also include three sons, Stephen Stratton, Scott (Paula) Stratton and Timothy (Kelly) Stratton; a daughter, Tracy Stratton; and eight grandchildren.
Services will begin at 2 p.m. today at Klein Funeral Home, Klein, Texas. Burial will be in Klein Memorial Park, Pinehurst, Texas.
Delphos
VIRGIL J. SUEVER, 87, died at 1 p.m. Jan. 2, 2006, at VanCrest Health Care, Delphos.
He was born Feb. 27, 1918, in Delphos to Ferdnan and Anna Schwinnen Suever, who preceded him in death. He married
Estella Dickrede, who died March 29, 2002.
Mr. Suever worked in shipping and receiving at Delphos Bending Co., for 53 years. He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Delphos. He was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3035, Delphos. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He loved gardening and cutting wood.
Survivors include a son, Gary (Cathy) Suever of Delphos; a daughter, Eileen Suever of Delphos; three brothers, Herman (Rowena) Suever, Ralph (Margaret) Suever and Irvin (Alice) Suever, all of Delphos; four sisters, Rita Kaverman, Coletta Lause and Ann Lause, all of Delphos, and Imelda Kneve of Monroeville, Ind.; four grandchildren, Brian Schoffner, Angie Hartman, Eric Suever and Cara Suever; and five great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Matthew Schoffner; a great-great-grandson, Logan Martin; and a brother, Clarence Suever.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Delphos. Father Thomas Gorman will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery, with military rites by the Delphos Veterans Council.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Harter & Schier Funeral Home, Delphos, where a parish wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

Lima
CALVIN C. GREEN, 90, died at 11 a.m. Jan. 3, 2006, at Lake Park-Comfort Care Unit, Sylvania.
He was born July 25, 1915, in Bellore to Grover and Reatha Ferguson Green, who preceded him in death. On Aug. 11, 1939, he married
Marian V. Boop, who died Feb. 21, 2000.
Mr. Green retired from Ohio Steel Foundry, after 40 years. He and his wife had owned The Little Store on North Main Street. He was a member of Calvary United Church of Christ. He was a member of Fort Amanda Lodge 706 Free & Accepted Masons. He was an avid bowler for several years, bowling in as many as three leagues per week. After the death of his wife, he lived the last six years in Sylvania with his daughter, where he enjoyed his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and bowling with his daughter in two leagues.
Survivors include a daughter, Dolores (Richard) Jones of Sylvania; two brothers, Francis (Elnore) Green and Raymond Green, both of Lima; three grandchildren, Christine (Michael) Rupp, Angela (Mark) McKarus and Chad Jones; and four great-grandchildren, Nicholas McKarus, Leah McKarus, Gabrielle McKarus and Kathryn Rupp.
Services will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memorial Park cemetery Mausoleum.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, where a Masonic service will be held at 8 p.m.

Bluffton
CAROLYN J. KIMMEL HALL, 61, of St. Cloud, Fla., formerly of Bluffton, died Jan. 5, 2006, at her sister's residence in St. Cloud.
She was born Aug. 7, 1944, in Lima to Harold and Isabel Kimmel, who preceded her in death.
She will be sadly missed by all whose lives she touched.
Survivors include a daughter, Tammy Moser Ziessler; a son, James Darin Moser; two grandchildren, Ali Moser and Zachary Ziessler; her twin sister, Marilyn Hall of Florida; four nephews, Steve Wreede of Texas and James Kimmel, Robert Kimmel and John Kimmel, all of North Carolina; and two nieces, Carla Workman of Ohio and Cindy Wreede of Florida.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Kimmel.

Lima
VIRGINIA MAE DECKER KOHLER, 81, of Cumming, Ga., formerly of Lima, died at 10:58 p.m. Jan. 8, 2006, at Hospice Atlanta Center, Atlanta.
She was born Jan. 28, 1924, in Lima to Harold and Hazel Crumrine Decker, who preceded her in death. On Nov. 24, 1943, she married
Robert D. Kohler, who died Feb. 9, 2002. They had been married
for 58 years.
Mrs. Kohler's family was living in Cridersville at the time of her birth. She was a 1942 graduate of Cridersville High School. She worked at Decker Dairy Bar, Cridersville, which was owned by her family. She and her husband became co-owners of the dairy bar, with her father and brother. They raised their family and were founding member of St. Charles Catholic Church. She also worked as administrator and bookkeeper. After the business sold, she and her husband moved to Toledo, where they became co-owners of Toledo Stone.
They lived in Toledo until her husband's retirement in 1994. They were members of Gesu Catholic Church, Toledo, where she was a lector, one of Charlie's Angels, a member of its Eucharistic minister group that provided outreach to those unable to attend church. She volunteered for years as a fundraiser coordinator for the American Cancer Society and was a member of New Neighbors. She worked part time as a medical office receptionist and bookkeeper. She began her membership in the Cridersville Historical Society and maintained it throughout her life. She and her husband enjoyed dance, gourmet and bridge clubs.
In 1994, they retired to Hobe Sound, Fla. There she became a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church, where she was a lector and a member of the Council of Catholic Women. They enjoyed volunteering at Martin Memorial Hospital South, Stuart, Fla., and playing bridge.
For the last two years, she has lived in Cumming, Ga., near her daughter and granddaughter. She attended St. Brendan Catholic Church, Cumming, Ga.
Survivors include a son, John (Nancy) Kohler of Bay Harbor, Mich.; a daughter, Becky Kohler of Cumming, Ga.; a sister-in-law, Rosann Decker of New Hope, Minn.; three grandchildren, Christopher (Aliya) Kohler of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., Andi Kohler of Fort Collins, Colo., and Cara Kohler of Cumming, Ga.; two great-grandchildren, Daniel and Lukman Kohler; an aunt; 11 nieces and nephews; and an exchange daughter, Birgitta Gillander of Stockholm, Sweden.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Decker, who had lived in New Hope, Minn.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Lima. Father David Ritchie will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery, Lima.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville, and following the burial at a luncheon at the church.

ROBERT W. MAURER, 80, of Emmaus, Pa., formerly of Lima, died Jan. 9, 2006, at his residence.
He was born in Toledo to Dr. Frederic and Odilia A. Neumeyer Maurer, who preceded him in death. He married
Mary J. Kelly, who survives. They had been married
for 51 years.
Mr. Maurer retired in 1993, as an attorney for Buckeye Pipe Line Co., after 37 years. He was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, Emmaus, Pa. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton and his Juris Doctor Degree from Ohio Northern University School of Law, Ada. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors also include two sons, Timothy W. Maurer of Cincinnati and Christopher T. (Stephanie) Maurer of Emmaus, Pa.; two daughters, Judith A. (Paul) Franz of Richmond, Va., and Nancy M. (Richard) Nadicksbernd of Edgewood, Ky.; a brother, Dr. Frederic G. Maurer Jr. of Louisville, Ky.; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas W. Maurer, who had lived in Lima.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Ann Catholic Church, Emmaus, Pa. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery, Emmaus, Pa.

Lima
FREIDA "FRITZ" MINKIN, 86, of Columbus, formerly of Lima, died Jan. 8, 2006, at her residence.
Her husband of 35 years, Ben Minkin, survives.
Mrs. Minkin was a longtime volunteer in the gift shop at St. Rita's Medical Center and enjoyed volunteering at the Lima Convalescent Home. She was a member of the Temple Beth Israel Shaare Zedek Sisterhood. Her family loved her deeply and will miss her.
Survivors also include two daughters, Ellen Minkin of Kent and Kathy Minkin of Westerville; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Bonnie Joy Stein; and a sister, Rae (Harry) Kersch.
Graveside services will begin at 11 a.m. today at Shaare Zedek cemetery, Columbus. Rabbi Sol Oster will officiate.
Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. today at Temple Beth Israel Shaare Zedek, Lima.
