McARTHUR -- Rosa Peoples Daft, 87, of McArthur, died Sunday, April 6, 2003 at Huston Nursing Home, Hamden.
She was born July 27, 1915, in Harrison Twp., Vinton County, a daughter of the late James Ancel and Catherine Seymour Peoples.
She is survived by daughters Gloria Cline, Sylvia Blair and Vivian McCallister. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Hile Daft.
Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Garrett Funeral Home, McArthur. Burial will be in Elk Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m.

GALLIPOLIS - Kenneth E. Haner, 81, of Gallipolis, died at Arbors of Gallipolis.
Born Jan. 30, 1922, in Gallia County, he was the son of the late Dennis M. and Alice Nolan Haner.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Louise Kirk Haner; and children, Linda Plymale, Deanna Syrus and Anita Smith.
Services will be held Sunday, 2 p.m., at Cremeens Funeral Chapel, Gallipolis. Burial will be in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens.
Friends may call at the funeral chapel on Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m.
Virginia Ione Heebink

ROCKBRIDGE - Virginia Ione Heebink, 83, of Rockbridge, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003, at Lanfair Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Lancaster.
Born April 19, 1920, in Eau Claire, Wis., she was the daughter of the late Ivan and Hazel June Allen Mikesell. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth George Heebink of Rockbridge.
A private family service will be held in California. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, Logan.

PORTLAND - Grace Elizabeth Allen, 83, of Portland, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003, at Rocksprings Rehabilitation Center, Pomeroy.
Born June 18, 1920, in Portland, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Nell Talbott Middleswart.
She is survived by children Lisa Woods, Robin Allbritton, Jane Rigsby, Mitchell Allen, James Lee Allen and Rodney Allen.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, 3 p.m., at Middleswart Cemetery, Portland. There will be no visitation.

REEDSVILLE - Alfred “Pete” Randolph, 60, of Reedsville, died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2003, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, W.Va.
Born April 16, 1943, in Reedsville, he was the son of the late Alfred and Bernice Mills Randolph.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Dodd Randolph; a son, James Randolph; and three daughters, Cynthia Bishop, Sherry Randolph and Belinda Williams.

He is survived by his wife, Sue Stobart Rice; and children Donna Rice, Teresa Pullins, Billie Cunningham, Ronald Rice and Todd “Joe” Rice.

Born April 20, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Audra Faye Stuttler-Taylor and Benjamin Harrison Taylor.
She is survived by four sons, Bradford and Clark Wilson and Dana, Dale and Tom Wilfong; and four daughters, Barbara Millhone, Donna Hopkins, Darlene Walker and Tina Cassells.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands; and a daughter, Bonnie Kay Burrows.
