Clayton F. Malone. Memorial Service. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church Massillon, OH., Friday June 21 at 1 p.m. The family will receive visitors immediately after the service. Private interment at Sunset Hills.

Ethel R. Gregory
Ethel R. Gregory, passed away on June 12, 2002, at Massillon Community Hospital. She was born in Rienzi, MS, and had lived in this community for more than 35 years. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Massillon and a member of the Massillon NAACP. Mrs. Gregory was preceded in death by husband, Ted Gregory; daughter, Paulette Daniels; brother, Johnny White; sister, Vernice White. She leaves many memories to sons, Bobby (Jessie Mae) Stafford, George (Velma) Stafford, both of Massillon; daughters, Lillie M. Hall, Mary (T.L.) Hurd, both of Booneville, MS, Yvonne Daniels and Faye Conley-Daniels, both of Massillon; sisters, Faye Richards of Gary, IN and Pauline Hines of Tipperville, MS; a host of grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2002, at 12 Noon at Friendship Baptist Church in Massillon, where Rev. Mason will be officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 19, from 6-8 p.m. at the church. Condolences can be sent to and the procession will form at 542 Tremont Ave. SE, Massillon, 44646. Interment in Oakwood Cemetery.

Florence M. Ristoff
Florence M. Ristoff (Wells), of Canton, passed away Saturday morning in Aultman Hospital. Born a daughter of the late Boris and Sena Durato Ristoff, she had been a life resident of the area. Florence attended the University of Akron and was a graduate of the Famous Writers School in Westport, CN. She was a freelance writer, the head copywriter for Radio Station W-NYN and also did some on-the-air commercials. She wrote a column for an Orthodox Church paper from Indianapolis and was first published at the age of eight. She was a member of Holy Assumption Orthodox Church and the Greater Canton Writers Guild. Survived by one sister, Margaret Osborne with whom she resided and several cousins. Services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Formet-Clevenger Gordon Funeral Home with Father John Peck officiating. Friends may call Monday 7-9 p.m. and one hour before the service, 1-2 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment in Forest Hill Cemetery.

Helen A. Bianchi
Helen Angela Bianchi, age 79, formerly of North Canton, died Thursday June 13, 2002 in Destin, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday June 19, 2002 at St. Paul's catholic Church, North Canton with Rev. Msgr. James A. Clarke officiating. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday in the Karlo Sons Funeral home. A full notice will appear in the Tuesday edition of the Repository.

Helen G. Bryant
Helen Genevra Bryant, age 72, of Canton, OH., passed away Saturday evening in the Manor Care Health Services following an extended illness. Born in Barbour Co., WV., on January 15, 1930 she had been a resident of canton since 1956. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Ancel and Ruth Croston; and a brother, Stokley Wheeler Croston. Survivors include her husband, Hoyce Bryant of the home; two sons, Dennis Bryant and Joann Warrick of Canton, Jeffrey Bryant and wife, Peggy of Canton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Rebecca and Kevin Johnson of Akron, OH., Sherra and Darrell Miller of Canton. There are 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren; three sisters, Brenda Poulton of Richville, Joyce Croston and Beverly Croston both of Houston, TX; and a brother, Stanley Croston of North Canton. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Reed Funeral Home with Rev. Winfield Mayle officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Calling hours at the funeral home on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc.

John Glekler
John Glekler, age 79, of Beloit, OH., passed away Thursday June 13, 2002 at the home. He retired from B W Tubular Plant in 1983 after 37 years as a tube straightener. He was born November 2, 1922 in New Castle, PA. He was a member of the trinity Lutheran Church of Sebring, OH., a former council member at the church and served as an usher (very active member of the church) member of United Steel Workers of America, WWII U.S. Navy Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Mary (Beer) Glekler; his wife, Mary Sanlo in September 14, 1996; infant sister, Rose; Sister, Anna Hole; brother, George. He is survived by two daughters, Pamela Mulinix of Beloit, OH., Jeanne Diehl of Ashland, OH; one son, Gary Glekler of Carrollton, OH; 11 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Boltres of Louisville, OH; brother, Fred Glekler of Canton, OH. Funeral services are Wednesday June 19, 2002 at 1 p.m. in the Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home with Rev. William Johnson officiating. Interment in Highland Memorial Park. friends may call Tuesday June 18, 2002 from 7-9 p.m. Memorial contributions to Trinity Lutheran Church in Sebring, OH.

Lenore K. Sachs
Lenore K. Sachs, age 83, of Mequon, Wisconsin, and formerly of Canton, passed away Saturday June 15, 2002 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 13, 1918 to the late Samuel Rose Kaufman. She was the widow of Herman Sachs who was the former owner of the Harvard Men's Clothing Store. Lenore was a member of Temple Israel, Canton Jewish Community Center, and Arrowhead Country Club. Preceded in death by her husband, Herman W. Sachs on September 20, 2000; and 4 sisters. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Judith Gordon Martin Siegel of Milwaukee, WI, and Carol Rabenhorst of Washington, DC; grandchildren, Bradley Dana Gordon, Michael Christina Gordon, Douglas Toni Gordon, Andrew Lottman Stacey Cooper, and Jonathan Lottman; and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday 11:00 AM in Temple Israel with Rabbi John Spitzer officiating. Interment in North Lawn Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to Temple Israel.

Leonard A. Dasco
Leonard A. Dasco, age 81 of Canton, passed away Friday evening at his residence. He was born in East Palistine, OH., and had lived in Canton most of his life. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Holy Name Society of St. Anthony Church, Teamster Local # 92, and avid golfer. He was a veteran of WWII having served in the Marine Corps. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Christina Dasco; four brothers, Sabatino, Michael, Peter and Anthony Dasco; two sisters, Millie Lobue and Rose Dramis. He is survived by his wife, Sophia (Frank) Dasco with whom he was married for 53 years; one daughter, Patricia Dasco of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Leonard Jr. and Susan Dasco of Chesterland, OH; one brother and sister-in-law, Dominic and Teresa Dasco North Canton; two grandsons, Leonard Dacso III and Alexander Dasco; and a number of nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Anthony Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Thomas Bishop as celebrant. Entombment will be Northlawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be Tuesday evening from 6-9 p.m. in the Rossi Funeral Home. Holy Name Society will hold services at 8 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Tuscarawas County Inc. W 3rd St Dover, Ohio 44622.

Lori L. Robson
Lori L. (Silvis) Robson, 45, of Louisville, OH., died suddenly, Saturday June 15, 2002 in the Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville, PA. She was born June 13, 1957 in Pittsburgh, daughter of Roland C. Sr. and Florella Myers Silvis of Murrysville, PA. She was employed by J L Steel for the past 23 years and was member of the Trinity United Church of Christ, Canton, OH. She was preceded in death by a brother, James Silvis in 1999; and a sister, Sandra in 1950. in addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Robert T. Robson; and four brothers, Roland C. Jr. of Louisville, OH., Timothy N. of Apollo, PA., Gary D. of Apollo, PA., and Jeffrey A. of Detroit, MI; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the John T. Hart Funeral Home, Murrysville. A service will be held in the funeral home Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in the Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont. If desired, memorials may be made to the Trinity United Church of Christ, Canton, OH. A Memorial service will be held in the church in Canton on Saturday, June 29, 2002 at 11 a.m.

Lula Rosenlieb Huffman
Lula Rosenlieb Huffman, age 87, of N. Canton, died Saturday in St. Luke Lutheran Home after a brief illness. Born in Fly, OH. She had lived in North Canton most of her life. She was a graduate of Antioch High School in Antioch, OH. She retired from Aultman Hospital after 30 years of service where she was the Assistant Manager of Central Services. Preceded in death by her husband, James M. Huffman in 1948; and her parents, Joseph and Sarah Rosenlieb. She was the last of her eight siblings. Survived by her daughter, Margie Foltz of N. Canton; two grandsons and their wives, Jeffrey and Patricia Foltz of N. Canton, Bradley and Jerusha Foltz of San Diego, CA; and two great grandchildren. Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Lamiell Funeral Home with Brother Dave Noble officiating. Burial in North Canton Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 7-9 p.m. and one hour before the service on Tuesday (10-11 a.m.). Donations may be made to the Christadelphian Bible Mission.

Robert C. Mohr
Robert C. Mohr. Services will be held Tuesday, June 18, at 1 p.m. in the Rossi Funeral Home with Rev. Eric Crites officiating. The V.F.W. Post #3747 will have a Military Service at the grave on Tuesday at Sunset Hills Burial Park. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday (tonight) 7-9 p.m.

Rosemarie Clark. Services celebrating the life of Mrs. Clark will be held on Tuesday June 18, 2002, at 1 p.m. at Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, where Pastor Corey Johnson will be officiating and Pastor Reginald Ray will be eulogizing. Visitation will be 12 Noon until time of service. Condolences can be sent to and the procession will form at 423 Hamilton Ave. N.E., Canton 44704. Interment at Northlawn Cemetery.

Theresa C. Brahler. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Calling hours will be Monday (tonight) 7-9 p.m. at the Welch-Sekeres Lewis Funeral Home. Contributions to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
