Alex Zenovic
Alex Zenovic, age 73, of Massillon, died Wednesday morning in his home. He was a Sergeant in the U.S. Army serving in Army Intelligence and retired from Timken Co. after 40 years of service. Survived by wife, Doris (Kenchel) Zenovic; daughters and son-in-law, Karin and Jeff Henry; and son, Jonathan of Massillon, and Paula Emerick; and son, Joshua Thornburg of Wadsworth; son and daughter-in-law, Ivan and Nancy Zenovic; and daughters, Kaylee and Paige of Indianapolis. Preceded in death by son, Michael Zenovic; and sister, Nancy Zenovic. A memorial service will be conducted Friday at 5 p.m. in Karlo-Feucht Funeral Home, 5000 Everhard Rd. NW with Pastor Bruce Roth officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday 3-5 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice, 325 3rd St SE, Massillon, OH 44646.

Audrey L. Muhleman
Audrey L. (Harsh) Muhleman, age 75, of Louisville, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away Wednesday June 13, 2001 in Green Meadows Health and Wellness Center following a recent illness. Andrey was born August 2, 1925 in Louisville to the late H. Clay and Helen (Wilson) Harsh. She retired in 1985 from the Joseph T. Nist Care Center, the former name of the Green Meadows Health and Wellness Center, following fifteen years of service. Audrey started the cafeteria at Sacred Heart of Mary School in Harrisburg prior to working at J.T. Nist. Audrey will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Audrey is survived by her husband of 57 years, Amos Muhleman, whom she married March 24, 1944; a daughter, Judy Muhleman of Canton; two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Judy Muhleman of Louisville and Richard and Lois Muhleman of Canton; a brother, James Harsh of Harrisburg; six grandchildren, Andrea Wendt, Maria Beichler, Steve, Mark, David and Brian Muhleman; and nine great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a brother, William Harsh. Funeral services for Audrey will be conducted Friday at 9:30 a.m. in the Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home with Msgr. Ken Miller officiating. Burial will be in St. Louis Parish Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday evening from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Barbara A. Daut
Barbara A. Daut, age 62, of Massillon, passed away Wednesday morning at her residence after a long illness. Barb was born March 30, 1939, in Akron to Hubert and Mabel Phillips, and lived most of her life in Massillon. She was a 1957 graduate of McKinley High School. Barb was a supervisor at the Massillon K Mart for 16 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Hubert Phillips; and a brother, Richard D. Phillips. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Terri and Mark Allshouse of Massillon; sons and daughters-in-law, Rick and Lea Daut of Jackson, Mark and Lydia Daut of Green; former husband, Richard Daut of Massillon; step-mother, Yolanda Phillips of Massillon; grandchildren: Shawn, Brittany Allshouse, Ryan, Hannah, Cassie and Cory Daut. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon. Rev. Lynn Williamson will officiate. Final resting place will be Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials to either the Hospice of Tuscarawas County or to the American Cancer Society.

Bessie Rado
Bessie Rado nee Goldstein, age 91, beloved wife of the belated Herman Rado; dearest mother of Donald Nora Rado, Marcia Irving Baker; grandmother of Susan Phillip Brilliant, Wendy Robert Weiss, Michael, Andrew Gurevits; great grandmother of Joshua, Justin, Allie and Andrew passed away Tuesday June 12, 2001 in Columbus, Ohio. Funeral services will be Thursday, 1:30 p.m. at the Arnold Funeral Home in Canton with Cantor Bruce Braun officiating. Interment in Canton Hebrew Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

Betty M. Mark
Betty M. Mark, age 72, of East Canton, passed away peacefully Tuesday afternoon in Aultman Hospital following an extended illness. Daughter of the late Walter J. and Pauline E. (Stefkovits) Mondok. She was an East Canton resident most of her life. She was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church for 50 years. She is also preceded in death by one granddaughter, Angela Marie Mathess in 1998. She is survived by her husband, Donald E. Mark to whom she celebrated 50 years of marriage September 16, 2000; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Paul Mark of Louisville, David and Julie Mark of Marble Head, MA, Steve Mark of East Canton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jane Ann and John Mathess of Canton, Karla and Alan Casto of East Canton; eight grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Walter and Judy Mondok of Oregon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 10 a.m. in the St. Benedict Catholic Church with Fr. John Zuzik as celebrant. Interment in Robertsville Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday (tonight) 6-9 p.m. in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton.

Carl E. Sibert
Carl E. Sibert, age 76, of Massillon died Wednesday, June 13, 2001 at Hanover House Nursing Home. He was born December 28, 1924 in Canton. He retired as a co-owner of the former Sibert's Sunoco in Canton, OH. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of Central Presbyterian Church. Preceded in death by parents, Earl F. and Fern F. (Feller) Sibert; and a brother, Paul L. Sibert. Survived by his wife of 55 years, Onalette Nonie (Manly) Sibert; two sons, Jeffrey C. Sibert of Canal Fulton, OH., Roger M. Sibert of Masillon; two brothers, Harold E. Sibert of Massillon and Thoburn Tobe Sibert of Canton, OH; four grandchildren. Funeral services will be at Central Presbyterian Church Friday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Carolyn L. Griffeth officiating. interment will be in West Lawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Atkinson- Feucht- Shaidnagle in Massillon. Memorial contributions are suggested to Central Presbyterian Church, 47 - 2nd Street NE, Massillon, OH 44646.

Carl Hoover
Carl Hoover, age 87, of Perry Heights, OH, passed away June 13, 2001 after a short illness. He was born in Berlin, OH, on May 14, 1914 to his parents the late Bill and Minnie Hoover. He retired from the Massillon Republic Steel Col. as the Electrical Superintendent. He was a member of Westbrook Park United Methodist Church and it's Christian Volunteers Sunday School Class. He was a member of Canton Lodge #60 F AM and was a 32nd Degree Mason belonging to the Canton Ancient Accepted Order of Scottish Rite and was a member of AARP. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Katherine Hoover; and his brother, Harry O. Hoover of Jeromesville, OH. Survivors include his daughter, Kay Carol King; his son-in-law, Guy R. King; twin granddaughters, Kristie Lee Marco and Katie Lynn Smith of Canton, OH; and one sister, Margret Kick of DeLand, FL. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Reed Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Ulmer officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Calling hours in the funeral home Friday 7-9 p.m. and one hour prior to services on Saturday from 10-11 a.m. where Masonic Services will be held Friday at 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Westbrook Park United Methodist Church.

Clara Guesman
Clara Guesman, age 92, of Canton died Tuesday in Altercare of Canton. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, four sisters, one brother, seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, J. Robert Guesman in 1976, and son, Robert A. Guesman in 1996. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2:30 p.m. in Karlo Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Ulmer officiating. Burial will be in North Canton Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 2-2:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

Cornelis W. Van Hagen
Cornelis W. Van Hagen Van, of North Canton died June 11, 2001 at the Country Lawn Nursing Home after a five year illness. Born in Indonesia on March 12, 1921, Van came to the United States in 1956. He retired from MIC in New York in 1991. Van had worked in the corrugated paper business for many years. He traveled the world doing a job he loved. In the summer, he could always be found in his garden. In the winter he enjoyed tropical fish and plants. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Jan. Also surviving him are his five children, Josephine Bannies, Kathy Tomany, Bill Van Hagen, Cindy and David Schenz, and Paul and Lisa Baylor. He was the grandfather of eleven and great-grandfather of one. Cremation has taken place. There will be a celebration of Van's life, Sunday, June 17, 2001 at the Reed Funeral Home in Canton, from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. If you wish to remember Van in a special way, please make a donation to the Stark County Humane Society in his name. Van loved his cats. Thank you to all who have helped with Van during his illness. You had a very special place in his heart.

Delbert E. Junie Warner, Jr.
Delbert E. Junie Warner, Jr., age 76, of Waynesburg, passed away Monday evening in his residence after an extended illness. He was born in Canton, a son of the late Delbert E. and Martha Mowry Warner, Sr., and had been a Waynesburg resident most of his life. He retired in 1984 from The Timken Co., after 33 years service, where he was a lathe operator. Delbert was a member of the Fellowship of the Little Country Church where he was Building Fund Treasurer for 27 years. He was a very active member and did many things to help in the building and maintenance of the church. Survived by his wife, Mrs. Alwilda E. Warner, with whom he celebrated their 48th Wedding Anniversary on Oct. 25, 2000; three daughters and sons-in-law, Conna and Gary McCarthy, of Braselton, GA, Colleen and Randy Motts, of Waynesburg, and Cynthia and David Darsch, of Buford, GA; one son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Diane Warner, of Snellville, GA; one brother and sisters-in-law, James and Elizabeth Warner, of Canton; seven grandchildren, Nathan and Noah McCarthy, Zach, Danielle, and Sophia Motts, Alex and Sean Warner. Services will be conducted Monday at 10:30 a.m in the Little Country Church with his nephew, Rev. Melvin Truex officiating. Interment in Sandy Valley Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday 2-5 p.m. at the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia.

Dorothy Hawkins
Dorothy Hawkins, age 85, of Glenmont, OH, died Tuesday evening, June 12, 2001, at the home of her son in North Canton, OH. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the St. John's United Church of Christ of Glenmont with Rev. Joanna Lance officiating. Burial will be at Sunnyside Cemetery, Glenmont, OH. Friends may call 6-9 p.m. Friday at the Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, OH. She was born February 26, 1916, in Glenmont, OH, and was the daughter of Frederick and Gertrude (Kinsey) Michael. She married John E. Hawkins. He preceded her in death in 1973. She was a life member of the Glenmont United Church of Christ and taught Sunday school for many years. She was a member of the Glenmont Garden Club and was an avid music lover. Surviving are three children and their spouses, Danny and Pat Hawkins of Ashland, OH, Lanny and Janet Hawkins of North Canton, OH, and Alan and Paula Hawkins of Millersburg, OH; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two step great-granddaughters; an infant son, Frederick; a grandson, David Hawkins; and a brother, Alva Michael died previously.

Dorothy Mae Graber
Dorothy Mae Graber, age 82, of North Canton passed away Tuesday evening, June 12, 2001 in Aultman Hospital. Born March 5, 1919 in Canton to the late Floyd Jennings and Mabel (Bader) Keller. Dorothy was a lifetime area resident and a member of the Lowell United Church of Christ. She attended Hartville school when it was on High Street and moved to the new school in the third grade. She also attended the Canton Actual Business College and had worked as a legal secretary for the Herbruck, Schletter and Rose Law Firm. Preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Alvin Graber on April 13, 1998 and by a brother, Robert Keller. Survived by two sons, David Graber of Hartville, Ross Graber of Jackson Township; sisters and brothers-in-law, Helen Breese of Park Forest, IL, Edna and Marvin Oswald of Wooster, Virginia and Daniel Beachy of North Canton; grandchildren and spouses, Chris, Davey and Dawn, Chaney and Rod, Denise and Gary, Laura and Wes; great-grandchildren, Rachel, Luke, Derek, Brandy, Sarah Ann, Joey and Caleb. A Memorial Service will be held Friday at 1:00 P.M. in the Arnold Funeral Home, Hartville with Rev. Raymond Tucker officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to services (Noon – 1:00 P.M.) in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Mount Peace Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Lowell United Church of Christ, 142 Arlington Ave. N.W., Canton, OH 44708.

Douglas A. Harbert
Douglas Austin Harbert, age 53, of Canton, and more recently of New Port Richey, FL., died Tuesday morning. He retired in 1988 from the Timken Company with 20 years of service. A member of the Semanon Motorcycle Club. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lorretta (Tyler) Harbert. Survived by a daughter, Kimberly Harbert of San Carlos, CA; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Tim and Stacey Harbet of Massillon and Josh Teeple; four grandchildren, Jeanette Rose, Austin, Devan, and Marina Harbert; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Albert and Joanne Harbert, Timothy D. and Kathleen A. Harbert, Eric T. and Julie Harbert, Brian C. and Tonya L. Harbert; eight nieces and nephews; his fiancee, Debra Sue. Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. Kreighbaum -Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call Friday 7-9 p.m.

Gloria Bonvicini
Gloria Bonvicini. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Paul's Church with Msgr. Jay Clark as Celebrant. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours will be Saturday at St. Paul's Church in North Canton one hour prior to the mass from 9-10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made for masses in Gloria's member. Funeral procession will form at the church. The Rossi Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Olive Stevenson
Olive Alberta Stevenson, age 86, of Massillon, died Tuesday in Hanover House. She was a former Senior Regent of the Women of the Moose, Massillon Chapter 32, a member of I.O.F. and of Christ Lutheran Church, Massillon. Survived by daughter, Sandra K. (Gary) Sturm of Canton; sons, Loren F. (Ferne) Jr. of Massillon, Donald A. (Pauline) of Columbiana, William P. (Betty) of Massillon, Robert E. (Sandra) of Eatenton, GA; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Loren F. Stevenson, Sr., in 1984; daughter, Patricia Lue Ella Stevenson; grandson, Kenneth Stevenson. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. in Karlo-Feucht Funeral Home, 5000 Everhard Rd. NW with Pastor Dennis Engler officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Thursday (tonight) 6-9 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Christ Lutheran Church, 3545 Amherst Rd. NW, Massillon, OH 44646.

Tarquine P. Stutler
Traquine Paul Stutler, age 52, of East Canton, died Saturday in the home. Born September 16, 1948, in Canton, he was a U.S. Army veteran and a former mechanic. Preceded in death by his father, William Stutler. Survivors include his mother, Marie Stutler; five sisters, Carol Sloat of Canton, Monica Marks of Minerva, Marie Joann Graham of Alabama, Madeline Knepper of Canton and Brenda Ricowski of Beach City; four brothers, William Stutler, Jr. of Canton, Howard Stutler of Illinois and Jeff and Harry Stutler of Canton; three children, Marie, Marla and Paul, Jr.; one stepson, Jimmy. There will be no calling hours or funeral services. His cremains will be buried in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, OH.
