James C. Allen
KINGSVILLE – James C. Allen, 59, of Dibble Road, died unexpectedly Thursday, October 6, 2005, at his home.
He was born September 11, 1946, the son of Floyd J. and Darline (Richmond) Allen and had been a lifelong Ashtabula resident.
He enjoyed fishing, collecting eagles, and loved animals, especially his dog Chavo.
Survivors include two sons, Joseph and Eric Allen, both of Geneva–on-the-Lake; three sisters, Shirley Partridge of Ashtabula, Bobbie Andrejack of Kingsville, and Beckie Walsh of Chardon; several nephews and nieces; his mother, Darlene Allen of Ashtabula; and his former wife, Judith (Lakatos) Allen of Geneva-on-the-Lake.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Scot Lee Allen and his father.
Calling hours will be held from 6 to 8 PM today, Friday October 7, 2005 at the Ducro Funeral Services and Crematory, 4524 Elm Avenue, Ashtabula.
A graveside service will be held 11 AM on Saturday, October 8, 2005 at the family gravesite in Edgewood Cemetery. Rev. Vernon Palo, Pastor of Plymouth United Methodist Church, will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Priscilla J. Moore
KINGSVILLE - Priscilla Julia Moore, 87, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, January 23, 2012 at Ashtabula County Medical Center.
The daughter of James and Susanne J. (Nagy) Mika she was born on August 29, 1924 in Garfield Heights, Ohio.
Priscilla's love of her family was shown in many ways, form her warm smile, strong hugs, and her encouraging words. She will be missed for her strength and wisdom, faith and hope, and her genuine concern for those around her.
She is survived by her children; Michael (Sue) Drake, Sr. of Kingsville, Carol Joslin and Roy (Nancy) Drake all of Erie, PA; grandchildren, Edward and Thomas Truchanowicz, Cynthia Soller, Michael Drake, Jr., Steven Ward, Melisa Pastewka, Julie Kramer, Terri Joslin, Tara, Erica, and Matthew Drake; great grandchildren, Jennifer and Amy Soller, Katelyn, Kristen, and Sara Drake, Noel and Paige Ward, Missy, Andrew, and Kayla Pastewka, Halie Kramer, Nathan, Kara, and Jayden Smallingberger, Heather, Heidi, Alyssa, and Caitlyn Truchanowicz.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathleen Truchanowicz; her husband, George Moore; her sister, Eleanor Sillasen and her brothers, Joseph and James Mika; and her parents.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00AM on Friday, January 27, 2012 at St. Andrews Church, 3700 State Route 193, Kingsville, Ohio 44048, Fr. Charles Poore, presiding. Interment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, North Kingsville.
Calling hours will be observed from 4PM to 7PM on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at the Zaback-Ducro Funeral Home, 500 West Prospect Road, Ashtabula, Ohio. Also on Friday, January 27, 2012 from 10:00AM until time of service at St. Andrew's Church.

George Paul Nagle Sr.
KINGSVILLE - George Paul Nagle Sr., 78, died Monday, June 9, 2003, in the Ashtabula County Nursing Home in Kingsville.
Born March 16, 1926, in Linesville, PA, the son of Ray and Josephine (Rausch) Nagle.
George had worked at Lake City Malleable and Reactive Metals Incorporated, and he had also been a plumbing inspector for Ashtabula County. George had worked as an independent contractor with his son. He was a graduate of Linesville High School and a U.S. Army veteran. George enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and building.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia of Kingsville; son, George P. Nagle Jr. of North Kingsville; grandson, Stephen G. Rock of Ashtabula; and granddaughter, Jana Ave Nagle of North Kingsville.
George was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers Ray and Jean.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 13, at Potti Lakeside Funeral Home, 1329 Lake Ave., Ashtabula. Rev. Jason Sams will officiate. Calling hour is 10 a.m. until service time on Friday. Burial is in the Gageville Cemetery.
Melvin V. Lehto
NORTH KINGSVILLE Melvin V. Lehto, 84, of West Center Street died Monday, Oct. 9, 2000, at University Hospitals Health System Geauga Hospital in Chardon.
He was born July 22, 1916, in Eagleville, the son of Charles and Mary (Kujanpaa) Lehto and has been a lifelong area resident.
Mr. Lehto was a graduate of Jefferson High School. He was employed at Child's Motors and Nassief Pontiac until his retirement in 1981 when he opened and operated Mel's Garage.
He was an avid bowler and enjoyed working on cars, riding motorcycles and flying gliders.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy (Scott), whom he married Oct. 31, 1938; a son, Robert of Ashtabula; two daughters: Joyce Specht of Conneaut and Karen Boyce of Williston, Fla.; six grandchildren: Marcy, Becky, Lori, Kyle, Larry and Jennifer; 10 great-grandchildren; a brother, Marvin; and a sister, Marcella McClusky.
Funeral service is 2 p.m. Friday at Ross-Billman Funeral Home, 526 Prospect Road, Ashtabula, with the Rev. Elizabeth Eaton of Messiah Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Edgewood Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Lucille L. Eager
NORTH KINGSVILLE- Lucille L. Eager, 88, formerly of South Main Street, North Kingsville, died Sunday, June 10, 2001, at Carington Park Nursing Center, Ashtabula.
Service is 8 p.m. Thursday at Edgewood Alliance Church, 6209 Route 193, Kingsville. Burial will be 1 p.m. Friday at Shiffler's Cemetery in Jefferson Township, Williams County.
Calling hours will be held from 7 p.m. until the hour of service Thursday at the church.
Helen L. Winslow
NORTH KINGSVILLE - Helen Louise Winslow, 61, died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2001, in the Ashtabula County Nursing Home after a long illness.
She was born Sept. 16, 1939, in Soudertown, Pa., the daughter of Willis Ralph and Helen (Faulkner) Gehman.
She was raised in the Philadelphia area, and moved to northeast Ohio in 1978.
Mrs. Winslow was a registered nurse at the former NEO Hospital, Madison Township.
She was a former member of Central Congregational Church, Madison.
Survivors include a daughter, Karen Francies of Henderson, Nev., and a son, Robert Price of Madison.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside service is 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hillside Cemetery, Soudertown, Pa.
No calling hours will be observed.
