Donna Hayward
MADISON - Donna Hayward, 64, died Sunday, Sept. 15, 2002, at her residence.
She was born Nov. 6, 1937, in Kirtland. She was a nurses' aide at Lake Medical Center in Painesville, retiring in 1994 for health reasons.
Survivors include her husband, James (Casey) Hayward of Madison; sons Daniel Kessler of Madison, James Kessler of Brookville, Pa., and Keith Hockman of Fairport Harbor; daughters Elizabeth Greer of Mentor, Susan Boyce of Center Point, W.Va., and Patricia Fults of Espyville, Pa.; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers William Johnston of Painesville and Matt McManus of Wellmont; and sisters Beverly Wylie of Florida and Patricia Crum of London, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by brothers Robert McManus I, Robert McManus II, Mickey McManus and James McManus.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. today at the Potti Funeral Home, 2726 Hubbard Road, Madison, officiated by the Rev. William Alvey of Park United Methodist Church, Madison. Burial will be in Whitehaven Cemetery in Mayfield.
Following graveside services, the family will receive friends at the home of Pat and Jeane Groskopf, 38610 Wood St., Willoughby.
Virginia M. Skrap
MADISON - Virginia Mae Skrap, 84, formerly of Dorset, died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2002, at Madison Health Care.
She was born Jan. 4, 1918, in Conneaut, the daughter of Frank L. and Florence G. (Babcox) Fox.
Mrs. Skrap has been a lifelong resident of Ashtabula County before moving to Madison in 1987.
She was a 1936 graduate of Conneaut High School.
Mrs. Skrap served in the Women's Army Corps during World War II, from 1943 to 1944, obtaining the rank of corporal.
Survivors include one sister, Alice Wade of Riverside, Calif., among other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Skrap, in 1987; three brothers, Henry, James and George Fox; and her parents.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Ducro Funeral Service-Jefferson Home, 17 N. Market St., Jefferson, with the Rev. Stephen Wassie, pastor of St. Andrew's, Sheffield Township, officiating.
Burial will be at Dorset Cemetery.
Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Ducro Funeral Services-Jefferson Home, 17 N. Market St., Jefferson.
Laura Lynn Bohinc
MADISON, Ohio -- Laura Lynn Bohinc, 37, of Madison, Ohio died Saturday, August 16, 2003, at UHHS Memorial Hospital of Geneva.
Born on May 11, 1966, in Royal Oak Michigan to Richard and Susan (Herly) Evans. She moved to the Madison area in 1993 from Dallas Texas. She was married to John Bohinc on December 9, 1995 in Madison, Ohio.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church where she served as a Eucharistic Minister and was third grade PSR Teacher. Volunteered at Homer Nash Kimball Elementary School and was active in the PFC. She was also a Member of the Madison Garden Club. Formerly worked as a Travel Agent for AAA.
She is survived by her husband John Bohinc of Madison Ohio; 3 Sons: Tyler, Dillon, and Mitchell Bohinc of Madison, Ohio; her mother Susan (Richard) McDonald of Madison, Ohio; her father Richard (Joan) Evans of Santa Rosa, CA.; her sister Carrie (Paul) Fedele of Madison, Ohio; 2 brothers, Tom Evans of Mayfield Hts., Ohio and Brad (Alice) McDonald of Baltimore, MD.; 2 Step Brothers, Ron (Carmen) McDonald of Flint, Michigan and Scott McDonald of Charlevoix, Michigan; and a Step Sister, Stacy (Joseph) Havrelko of Clinton Twp., Michigan.
Friends may visit on Tuesday, August 19, 2003 from 2:00-4:00 PM & 7:00-9:00 PM at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St. Madison.
Burial will be at North Madison Cemetery.

Donna E. Collazo
MADISON - Donna E. Collazo, 51, died Sunday, April 15, 2001, in her home following a long battle with cancer.
She was born May 31, 1949, in Pittsburgh, Pa., the daughter of DeLancey "Bud" and Doris (Erickson) Estes.
She grew up in Ashtabula and lived in Geneva from 1975 to 1994. She worked as a foreman at Yoe's Nursery from 1985 to 1993.
On Oct. 22, 1983, she married Fray "Ito" J. Collazo.
Mrs. Collazo enjoyed bingo, reading, the outdoors, and her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband; daughters, Tracy L Caito of Tonawanda, N.Y. and Laurie J. Metcalf of Palmdale, Calif.; eight grandchildren; three sisters, Sharon Holly and Patricia Woissol, both of Ashtabula, and Michele Fallon of Geneva; and her step father, Glen Wilder of Ashtabula.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father; her brother Eugene; and grandson Ryan Kahler.
Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Zaback-Czup Funeral Home, 500 Prospect Road, Ashtabula. The Rev. Betsy A. Schenk of the Plymouth United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Memory Gardens in North Kingsville.
Calling hours will be tonight from 7 to 9 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Florence E. Depner
MADISON Florence E. "Flo" Depner, 86, died Tuesday, May 15, 2001, at Inn-Madison Health Center. She was a prior Chardon resident.
She was born May 28, 1914, in Altoona, Pa., the daughter of Bruce H. and Susan Wise.
Mrs. Depner retired from the Euclid School System in housekeeping and was also employed at Chase Brass in Euclid as an office worker.
She was a prior member of Montville Methodist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Michael B. Depner of Chardon and Robert J. Depner of Thompson; a daughter, Karen Caldwell of Cleveland; brothers, Robert Wise of Eastlake and Charles Wise of California; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Michael George Depner in 1974; and her sisters, Helen Myers, Agnes Hanna and Edna Bruck.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday at Potti Funeral Home, 2726 Hubbard Road, Madison, with the Rev. Leslie L. White of the First Church of Christ in Painesville officiating. Burial will be held in Montville Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Kenneth D. Cain
MADISON - Kenneth Dwain Cain, 67, of Madison, died Thursday, Oct. 10, 2002, in the Hospice of the Western Reserve, Cleveland.
He was born Sept. 25, 1935, in Tanner W.Va., the son of Columbus D. and Izen (Anderson) Cain.
Mr. Cain married Doris Ballard on March 12, 1955, in West Virginia.
He was an administrator at TRW Valve Division.
Mr. Cain enjoyed golf, reading, baseball, football and coin collecting.
Survivors include his wife, Doris of Madison; two sons, Stan Cain of Perry, and Jeffrey Cain of Eastlake; four grandchildren, Kenny, Ashley, Jeffrey Jr., and Tamara; a brother, Franklin Cain of Parkersburg, W.Va.; a sister, Ruth Adams of Deltona, Fla.; a half sister, Lola Worthington of Parkersburg; and a half brother, Audrey Cain of Parkersburg.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison, with the Rev. Stephen Fisher, of Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Perry Cemetery, Perry.
Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mary J. Barmess
MADISON - Mary J. Barmess, 93, died Saturday, Oct. 12, 2002, at Sacred Heart Care Home.
She was born in Davis, W.Va., Sept. 5, 1909, the daughter of Francis and Agnes (Korosec) Hitti.
Mrs. Barmess was a homemaker, and lived in Cleveland before moving to Madison in 1964. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Madison and also belonged to the American Fraternal Union.
Survivors are three sons, Joseph G. Barmess Jr., of Pickerington, John F. Barmess, of Geneva, and Jerry M. Barmess, of Perry; 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph George Barmess Sr. in 1984; her parents; a stepfather, Jacob Pozar; a sister, Agnes Juranko; and a brother James Pozar.
Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Church, 2846 Hubbard Rd., Madison.
Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison.
