Treva M. Rabbitts
MADISON - Treva Mae Rabbitts, 83, died Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2003, at Inn-Madison Health Center in Madison.
She was born July 1, 1919, in Mentor, the daughter of Thelma (Chaffe) and Matthew Robinson and was a lifelong Lake County resident.
She worked for the former Painesville Telegraph and News-Herald.
She married Alfred Rabbitts on Aug. 22, 1968.
Mrs. Rabbitts enjoyed cooking, quilting and gardening.
Survivors include three daughters, Phyllis Hill of Painesville, Ann Marie Rabbitts of Madison, and Dianne Prunty of Kirtland; two sons, Lann Rabbitts of Perry, and Lyle Rabbitts of Orwell; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a brother, Wilber Robinson.
Service is 11 a.m. Saturday at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison. James Lane, pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Perry, will officiate. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Geneva.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Edward Schiberl
MADISON - Edward Schiberl, 81, of Madison, died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2002, at Ray Ann Nursing Home in Geneva.
He was born July 31, 1920, in Ruthford, Pa.
Mr. Schiberl was retired from TRW in Euclid where he was an inspector. He had his private pilot's license and was a member of A.O.P.A., and worked part time at the Geauga Air Service in Chardon.
Mr. Schiberl served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the Philippines as a medic.
He enjoyed photography and taking pictures of the covered bridges in North East Ohio and drag racing.
Survivors include his sons, Michael Schiberl and Mark Schiberl, both of Madison; a daughter, Cynthia Schoval of Euclid; two sisters, Betty Kovach and Ellen Burlingame, both of Willoughby; and grandchildren, Rich Jr., Kim-Marie and Edward Schoval, Michael Todd, Matthew Edward and Megan Elizabeth Schiberl; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Potti Funeral Home, 2726 Hubbard Road., Madison.
Burial will be in Madison Memorial Cemetery.
Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
George F. Woodworth
MADISON - George F. Woodworth, 63, of Madison, died Wednesday, March 28, 2001, at his home.
He was born Oct. 6, 1937, in Ashtabula, the son of Cyril and Hazel (Ford) Woodworth.
Mr. Woodworth graduated from Edgewood High School in Ashtabula and was graduated from Purdue University with a degree in agriculture and a master's degree in business.
He traveled across the Midwest doing promotional shows for International Harvester, and was in sales with IBM, Federal Mogal and the Carlisle-Allen Co. Later, he was head of security and store maintenance at Carlisle-Allen stores in Painesville and Geneva. He also worked as maintenance foreman at True Temper, Saybrook Township, and Gear Co. of America. He retired in January 1992 for health reasons.
Mr. Woodworth also was self-employed with plumbing, snowplowing and house-watch businesses. He helped establish his son's business by working as a truck driver for Affordable Roll-off. He was also employed by International Harvester, traveling the Midwest doing equipment promotional shows.
Mr. Woodworth was a Sergeant of the Specials for the Madison Police Department for four years when Specials worked for a dollar a year. He was also a member of the Madison Small Game Association. He was a member of the Geneva Free and Accepted Masons.
He married Mary Ann Lastition on April 25, 1970.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Stephen of Madison, Michael of Tunnel Hill, Ga., and Gregory, U.S. Navy, Bremerton Naval Base, Wash.; 11 grandchildren, Paula, Stephen, Beth, Shawn, Christina, Jennifer, Heather, Stephanie, Ashley, Jessica and Gregory; his stepmother, Mary Ellen Ingham of Ashtabula; and two sisters, Carol Richards of Ashtabula, and Vida Magnusen of Ellenton, Fla.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Kimberly A. Cunningham, in 1998.
A service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison. The Rev. John Germaine of the Chapel United Methodist Church and the Rev. Luigi Miola of the Immaculate Conception Church will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Madison.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Behm Family Funeral Homes, 26 River St., Madison, where a Masonic service will be held at 8:30 p.m..

John K. Lewis
MADISON - John K. Lewis, 43, died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2000, at his home.
He was born April 8, 1957, in Painesville, the son of Kenneth F. and Rose Marie (McGovern) Lewis.
He was self-employed and also worked at Kalcor Coatings in Willoughby.
Survivors include his mother, Rose Marie Silvis of Madison; two step-children: Heather Sigel of Harpersfield and Travis Yocum of Willoughby; three grandchildren: Devon, Remy and Hank Sigel; five sisters: Anna Lamb of Thompson, Rose LeBaron of Roaming Shores, Polly McTigue of Walnut Grove, Minn., Wanda Silvis of Geneva and Debbie Silvis of Madison; two brothers: John Silvis of Madison and Richard Silvis of Geneva; and his partner, Doll Yocum of Madison.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Lewis, in 1959; and step-father, John Silvis, in 1995.
Service is 11 a.m. Dec. 4 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison. Dan Arborgast of Christian Bible Church in Perry will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Madison.

Johanna Kuraczyk
MADISON - Johanna Kuraczyk, 93, of Madison died Monday, May 21, 2001 at Lakeland Living Opportunities.
Born May 24, 1907 in Cuyohaga County, she was the daughter of Ignatius and Francis (Cyonanski) Kuraczyk.
She had been a resident of Madison for the past 33 years. She enjoyed sewing, children and being with friends.
Survivors include two nieces, Tina Peala and Bonnie Pett.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Sophie Stacholoski and Francis Johnson.
Memorial service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Lakeland Living Opportunities, 3142 Countyline Road, Geneva.
Stella V. Bee
MADISON - Stella V. Bee, 84, died Monday, Feb. 5, 2001, at Rae-Ann Geneva.
She was born Aug. 27, 1916, in Larimer, Pa., the daughter of Stella (Neal) and Mark McMillen. She married Barney Bee in 1944 in Cleveland.
Mrs. Bee worked as a press operator at Ohio Rubber for 25 years, retiring in 1979.
She served in the U.S. Women's Army Auxiliary Corps in World War II, and was a member of the Willoughby American Legion. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards, and bingo.
Survivors include two daughters, Betty R. Miller of Akron and Shirley Hynd of Madison; 11 grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, in 1964; a son, Mark; a sister, Geneva Beck; and a brother, Neal McMillen.
Service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison. The Rev. Ronald Peterson will officiate. Burial will be in Madison Memorial Cemetery, Madison.
