Ruth M. Draa
KINSMAN - Ruth M. Draa, 79, died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2003, at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren.
She was born July 18, 1923, in East Liverpool, the daughter of James H. Sr. and Ruth E. (Duncan) Dickey. Formerly of Salem, she moved to Kinsman in 1945.
She married Kenneth L. Draa on April 14, 1945.
In her leisure time she enjoyed nature walks and gardening.
Survivors include a son, John D. Draa of Kinsman; five brothers, James Dickey of Akron, George Dickey of Poland, Edward Dickey of Minerva, Thomas Dickey of Salem and Frank Dickey of Malbern; a sister, Mary Jane Mook of Andover; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, on June 16, 1996; a son, Keith L. Draa; two brothers, John and William Dickey; and a sister, Margaret Dickey.
Burial of cremated remains will be at Kinsman Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
Baumgardner Funeral Home, Kinsman, is handling arrangements.
Paul L. Stevens
KINSMAN - Paul L. Stevens, 70, died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2001, at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's Horizon Hospital, Greenville, Pa.
He was born Nov. 21, 1930, in Wayne Township, the son of William E. and Frances C. (Barnum) Stevens.
A 1951 Vernon School graduate, Mr. Stevens was a lifelong area resident.
Mr. Stevens was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during the Korean War.
He worked as a working foreman for the Ohio Edison for 39 years, retiring in 1991.
He was a member of Vernon United Methodist Church; a 46 -year member of Harry Lees Post 508 American Legion, a life member of the Kinsman Volunteer Fire Department; and a past board member of the Kinsman Cemetery Association.
He enjoyed mowing lawns, playing cards and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy E.; two sons, Donald P. of Clovis, Calif., and Brian E. of Kinsman; three brothers, Floyd I., and Clyde A. of Kinsman, and Earl of Transfer, Pa.; a sister Elsie Jean Quirk of Jefferson; two grandsons Matthew P. and Michael E. Stevens; and two granddaughters, Cassandra M. and Mary E. Stevens.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Robert R. and William C.
Service is 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main St., Kinsman., with the Rev. Mark R. Conklin officiating. Burial will be in Kinsman Cemetery.
Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Marion "Peggy" Boyle Rozman Yunkman
KINSMAN - Marion "Peggy" Boyle Rozman Yunkman, 81, of Vernon Township, died Saturday, Sept. 23, 2000, at St. Joseph Eastland Hospital.
She was born Dec. 22, 1918, in Braceville, the daughter of Orlando and Pearl Mae (Robinson) Boyle. She moved to the area from Colebrook in 1980.
She worked 19 years as an inspector at Kennametal in Orwell, retiring in 1978.
She was a graduate of Deming High School in New Lyme, and attended one year at the Cincinnati Business School.
She was a member of the New Lyme Christian Fellowship Church and the 700 Club. She enjoyed writing, music, poetry, growing flowers, gardening and playing the Hawaiian guitar.
She married Edward Robert Yunkman Jr., on May 14, 1977.
Survivors include a son, Barry Rozman of Ashtabula; daughters Nancy Profitt, Peggy Morse and Linda Yunkman, all of Ohio; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Steve Rozman; her second husband, Edward Yunkman Jr., on March 15, 1998; a daughter, Peggy Rozman, in infancy; a grandson, Timothy Rozman; a brother and three sisters.
Service is 1 p.m. Wednesday at Crown Hill Burial Park Chapel, 3966 Warren-Sharon Road, Vienna. Entombment will be at Crown Hill Mausoleum.
Calling hours are 11 a.m. Wednesday until the time of service at the chapel.
The Selby-Cole Funeral Home of Vienna is in charge of arrangements.
Robert W. Marshall
KINSMAN - Robert W. Marshall, 81, of Ridge Road, Kinsman, died Sunday, July 22, 2001, at UPMC Horizon Hospital, Greenville, Pa.
He was born Feb. 29, 1920, in Hubbard, the son of Frank and Madeline (Conti) Marshall.
Mr. Marshall moved to Kinsman in 1950 from Hubbard. He was a mill worker for the General American Transportation Corp., in Masury for 41 years, retiring in 1983. Since his retirement he worked for the Kinsman Do-It Center.
Mr. Marshall was a World War II veteran serving in the United States Navy.
He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign War Post 8860, Masury and the Harry Lees Post 506 American Legion, Kinsman.
Mr. Marshall enjoyed visiting people watching auto and horse racing.
Survivors include his wife, Edna (Zipay) whom he married July 5, 1979; two daughters, Kathleen Sielschott, Frankie Morse both of Kinsman; step-daughter, Karen Page of Pittsburgh, Pa; three step-sons, James Huscroft, Michael Swartz both of Kinsman, Daniel Huscroft of Sharpsville, Pa; three brothers, Mark Marshall of Muncie, Ind., Frank Marshall of Hubbard, Dick Marshall of Zephyrhills, Fla.; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Virginia (Shaffer) whom he married May 9, 1947, she died Feb. 22, 1973, eight brothers, Nemo, Jess, Jack, Alex, Joe, Michael, Phillip and Charles Marshall and three sisters, Minnie Perrotta, Lucy Capella and Mary McGill.
Services will be Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at The Kinsman Presbyterian Church, 6383 Church St., Kinsman, with the Rev. Steven W. Trimble officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kinsman Volunteer Fire Department Ambulance Fund, P.O. Box 307, Kinsman.
George P. Clark
KINSMAN - George P. Clark, 56, died Saturday, Oct. 5, 2002, at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren.
He was born May 1, 1946, in Youngstown, the son of Lawrence M. and Vernie (King) Clark.
Formerly of Long Beach, Calif., Mr. Clark lived in Kinsman for the past four years. He was a sheet metal mechanic for McDonald-Douglas Corp. in California for 10 years. He enjoyed woodworking.
He also had served the United States in three branches of the military - Marines, Navy and Army.
Survivors include his wife, Merrie Lou Clark, whom he married Oct. 13, 1979; four children; four sisters; a brother; and four grandchildren.
Mr. Clark will be cremated and no services will take place. Baumgardner Funeral Home, Kinsman, is handling the arrangements.
DAVIS G. TRIBBY
KINSMAN - Davis G. Tribby, 83, of Thomas Road, died Thursday, April 17, 2003.
A funeral mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, at St. Patrick's Church, 6397 State Route 87, Kinsman.
Calling hours are 4 p.m. to 7 p.m Monday, at the Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main Street, Kinsman.
Daniel E. Bush
KINSMAN - Daniel E. Bush, 75, of Route 5, died Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2002, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 11, 1927, in Kinsman, to Clyde T. and Hattie (Thurber) Bush. He was a lifetime Kinsman resident.
Mr. Bush drove a school bus for the Badger School District while operating Bush Lumber for eight years. He also drove a truck for several years. Mr. Bush retired from Kraft Foods in Farmdale in 1989 after 15 years of service.
He was an avid animal lover and sharpened chains as a hobby.
Survivors include a son, Douglas E. Bush of Kinsman, and care giver Margaret Holder, also of Kinsman.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Carl and Thomas Bush; and a sister, Bessie Wall.
Funeral is noon Friday at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main St., Kinsman. Burial will follow in Kinsman Cemetery.
Calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, and 11 a.m. until the time of the service Friday, at the funeral home.

CHARLES J. ROSCOE
GUSTAVUS, OH - Charles J. Roscoe, age 90, from Gustavus, Ohio, died Saturday, October 18, 2003, at his home.
He was born on March 14, 1913, to Alex and Judith Roscoe.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2003, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 6397 State Rt. 87, Kinsman, Ohio, at 10:00 AM, with Rev. Gregory F. Fedor officiating. Burial will follow in Gustavus Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Tuesday, October 21, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM, and from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at Baumgardner Funeral Home, 8569 Main Street, Kinsman, OH.
