Private family services for Timothy J. O'Malley, 80, of Painesville, will be held at a later date.
Mr. O'Malley died Feb. 25, 2005, at Mentor Way Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Mentor. He was born April 30, 1924, in Cleveland, he had lived in Thousand Oaks, Calif., until 12 years ago, when he moved to Painesville.
He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of World War II. He graduated from Holy Name High School.
Mr. O'Malley retired as a meat cutter for Ralph's Grocery Stores in California.
Survivors are his wife, Gloria (Dan) Rood of Painesville; sons, Timothy (Evelyn) O'Malley and Danny O'Malley, both of California; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and brother, Edward O'Malley of Cleveland.
His wife, Helen (Trkach); son, Christopher O'Malley; and sister, Kathleen Kapra, are deceased.
Funeral Mass for Patricia M. Johnson, age 79, of Ashtabula, will be 6 p.m. Tuesday March 1, 2005 at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 8560 Mentor Ave., in Mentor.
Mrs. Johnson died Feb. 25, 2005, at Ashtabula County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kingsville. She was born Nov. 12, 1925, in Cleveland, she had lived in Mentor before moving to Ashtabula.
She loved art and was a member of the Lake County Art Association Art Club. She was also a member of Art Essence Gallery in Painesville.
Mrs. Johnson worked as a preschool teacher for 15 years at Church of Nazarene in Painesville.
Survivors are her husband, Paul T.; daughters, Paulette (Wayne) Knazek of Mayfield, Patrice Deamons of Mentor and Pam Moulallem of Arizona; grandchildren, Theresa and Christopher Knazek, Matthew, Stephanie and Joseph Traz, Kyle Moulallem, and Matthew and David Neimi; and great-grandchildren, Brendon Traz and Tristin Peyatt.
Her parents, Vern and Mary Gould; and sisters, Bernice and Therese Gould, are deceased.
Friends may call 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Brunner Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor.
Inurnment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

A private family funeral service will be held for Duncan McCance, age 72, of Chardon for the past 2 years formerly of Euclid.
Mr. McCance died Wednesday February 23, 2005 at University Hospitals in Cleveland. He was born March 7, 1932 in Paisley, Scotland.
Mr. McCance was an accountant with East Ohio Gas. He was also a member of the Cleveland Kiltie Band, Red Hackle Pipe Band and was the hockey Director in Euclid for 20 years.
Survivors include his wife Margaret of 50 years, sons Scott McCance of Bainbridge and Gordon (Connie) McCance of Atlanta and daughter Marge (Rob) Leber of Leroy Twp. Grandchildren Jeff, Erin, Kevin, Claire, Caroline and Samantha.
Preceded in death by his parents Hugh and Helen McCance.

Funeral mass for Raymond V. Sebastian, age 68, of Mentor will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at St. Bede the Venerable Catholic Church, 9114 Lakeshore Blvd., Mentor.
Mr. Sebastian died peacefully Friday, March 4, 2005 at his residence with his family at his side. He was born August 28, 1936 in Lucernemines, Pa, he lived in Cleveland before moving to Mentor 17 years ago.
He was president of his graduating class at Laura Lamar High School in Pa in 1954. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, a Lifetime Member of AmVets #109 in Mentor on the Lake and of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 2300. His wife and family were most important in his life. He also enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, gardening and his frequent trips to Las Vegas.
Mr. Sebastian worked for General Motors for 22 years, 18 years in security and 4 years as a lineman, retiring in 1999.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Leslie; children: Michael (Barbara) Sebastian of Chardon, Richard (Cynthia) Sebastian of Tampa, Florida, Laurel (John) Parker of Mentor and Leslie (Kevin) Blum of Gates Mills; grandchildren: Hali, Richard II, Brittany and Rebecca Sebastian; Sean, Caitlin Parker and Matthew and Daniel Blum and brother Ronald (Veronica) Sebastian of Sagamore Hills.
His parents, Steve and Sue Sebastian are deceased.

Mrs. Dreher died Wednesday March 2, 2005 at Sunrise of Willoughby Assisted Living. She was born September 18, 1921 Dayton, Oh., she had lived in Mentor before moving to Painesville Twp.
Edythe was a homemaker and a Secretary at General Electric. She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, Mentor, volunteer for the Lake Hospital System.
Survivors include her daughters Jeannie (Byron) Toth of Mentor and Mary “Beaver” Dreher of South Euclid; sons Lou (Donna) Dreher of Mentor and Dennis (Pam) Dreher of Flagstaff, AZ.; grandchildren Kim, Lisa, Karl, Albert, Chrissy, Kevin, Megan, Mike & Lauren; great-grandchildren Hunter & Jerome “JD”.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles O. Dreher and 3 sisters.

Memorial service for John McKay Schaefer Jr., 72, of Mentor, a tavern owner, will be 4 p.m. Saturday January 22, 2005 at Brunner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor.
Mr. Schaefer died Jan. 2, 2005, in Euclid from complications of a stroke that he suffered on Aug. 20, 2004. He was born Jan. 22, 1932, in Cleveland, he was the son of the late Lilla Moore Schaefer, a prominent Lake County realtor, and John McKay Schaefer Sr., a civil engineer.
John attended schools in Concord Township, North Madison and Mentor, graduating from Mentor High School a year early. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving from 1949 to 1950.
Mr. Schaefer was the personable and colorful proprietor of several Lake County taverns over the years. He was also a skilled machinist, building contractor, salesman and entrepreneur.
Survivors are his children, Irene Joline of Long Branch, N.J., Karen Johnson and Leslie Klyn, both of Concord Township and John McKay Schaefer III of Mentor; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Ann Baker of Tenafly, N.J.; and brother, Robert Schaefer of Waldorf, Md.
Friends may call from 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
