William Charles ''Chuck'' Hanlon

William Charles ''Chuck'' Hanlon, 56, Deersville, died Thursday, June 22, 2006 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. Chuck was born April 18, 1950 a son of John and Phyllis Price Hanlon of Deersville, Ohio.
Chuck was a truck driver, a graduate of Lakeland High School, active participant in Deersville Memorial Day Services, a lifelong resident of Deersville, a member of Deersville United Methodist Church and a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during the VietNam Era.
He is survived by his 2 daughters: Cori Hanlon of Deersville and Miranda Hanlon of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; his former wife, Janet Shuss Hanlon of Deersville; 3 grandchildren: Sheena and Brandon of Deersville and Justice of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; 2 sisters: Pam Wallace and her husband Kevin of Deersville and Debbie Hedtke and her husband Frank of Sacremento, California; companion, Patty Myer of the home; Richard Price of Florida and Carolyn Price Cope Bethel of Florida, and serveral nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours are Sunday, June 25, 5-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz where funeral service will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Richard Rothrock officiating. Burial will follow at Patterson Cemetery, Deersville, Ohio with military graveside honors.

Julio Q. Poillucci

Julio Q. Poillucci, 79, of Hopedale, died Saturday at his home. He was born July 2, 1926 in Hopedale, a son of the late Frank and Aurora Agnitti Poillucci.
He was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church, and was a retired Coal Miner from Y. & O. Coal Company. He was a member of Unionport Lodge 333 F. & A.M.; Harrison Chapter 191 RAM; Cadiz Eagles, Aerie 2162; and the Hopedale American Legion. He was a monument salesman for Stevenson Memorials of New Philadelphia, and at one time sold and repaired televisions and appliances.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Rusty Poillucci; two brothers, Joe and Jim Poillucci; and by two sisters, Jean McMannis and Jilda Poillucci.
Surviving are his wife Elizabeth I. ''Liz'' Poillucci; two sons, Jay Poillucci (Patti) and Ray Poillucci (Karen), all of Cadiz; a daughter, Kay Tipton (Jim) of Hopedale; ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and a sister, Joan Modolo of San Francisco.
Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Rodney Bowers officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Hopedale. Memorial contributions may be made to Valley Hospice or to Bethel United Methodist Church.
Garland Wilson O'Bradovich

Garland L. Wilson O'Bradovich, 68, of Scio, formerly of Cadiz, died Thursday, October 12, 2006 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born June 7, 1938 in Jewett, Ohio, a daughter of the late Gerald A. and Ruth H. Carmen Wilson.
She was a member of Scott United Methodist Church, Cadiz, and was a former Teller at BancOhio and National City Banks in Cadiz and New Philadelphia. She was a retired Nursing Assistant at the Carriage Inn of Cadiz and an avid bowler.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Gerald (Snuff) and James E. Wilson; and two sisters, Janet Horn and Gloria Busby.
Surviving are two daughters, Christina (Tina) M. Shoemaker and her husband, Chris of Scio and Michelle D. Brown of Bellaire; seven grandchildren, Steven and Stefanie Blinco of Shadyside, Harce, IV and Stacie Brown of Bellaire, Christal, Christin and Christie Shoemaker of Scio; two brothers, Thomas Wilson of Jewett and Bernard Wilson of Rock Hill, SC; four sisters, Louise Myers of Cadiz, Mrs. Paul (Irejeanne) Brown of Gnadenhutten, Lorna Myers of Jewett and Sheila Florian (Gene and Cindy) of Galloway.

Bernadine Conrad, 85, Cadiz, died Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at Harrison Community Hospital, Cadiz, Ohio. She was born February 16, 1921 in Holloway, Ohio a daughter of the late Elliot and Nellie Latham Todd.
She was a Homemaker and a protestant by faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond C. Conrad on January 26, 2006; her parents; 2 brothers: Stanley and Willard Todd; and a sister, Vera Jeffers.
She is survived by 2 sons: Charles Conrad and his wife Bonnie of New Rumley and Norman Conrad and his wife Kathy of Scio; 2 daughters: Donna Bartrug and her husband Gary of Adena and Judith Hayes and her husband Patrick of Coco, Florida; 11 grandchildren; 1 step granddaughter; 22 great grandchildren; 1 step great grandson; and 4 great great grandchildren;

Marvin L. Wheeler

Marvin L. Wheeler, 53, Cadiz, died Thursday, October 5, 2006 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was born November 30, 1952 in Wheeling, West Virginia a son of Luther Wheeler of Cadiz and the late Letitia Ann Brooks Wheeler.
He was a member of St. James AME Church, Cadiz, the Manager of Clearview Townhomes in Cadiz and an employee of the Cadiz Group Home. He was a 14 year Army veteran having served during the VietNam Era.
He was preceded in death in addtion to his mother, by an infant granddaughter, Asia Wheeler.
Surviving in addtion to his father is his wife, Connie Christian Wheeler of Cadiz; 2 sons: Aaron Mason of Georgia and Dana Mason of the U.S. Army; 2 daughters: Eda Ann Wheeler and Toni Wheeler both of Georgia; a stepdaughter, Bianka Cable of Cadiz; 2 grandchildren; a brother, Martin Wheeler of Akron; 3 sisters: Cynthia Jones and Constance Jones both of Cadiz, and Cherry Bradley of Virginia; nephews and nieces: Preston Jones of Cadiz, Mindy Jones of the U.S. Army, and Erica Bradley of Virginia.
Calling hours are Monday, October 9, 2006 from 12 noon until time of service at 2:00 p.m. at St. James AME Church, Cadiz, with Rev. Charles Simpson officiating. Floyd Edward Felitsky

Floyd Edward Felitsky, 70, Dellroy, Ohio died Wednesday, October 4, 2006 in Union Hospital, Dover, Ohio. He was born July 10, 1936 in Fairpoint, Ohio a son of the late Francis Michael Felitsky and Emma Davis Felitsky Lemley.
He was a member of the Cadiz Church of God and attended the Dellroy Church of the Nazarene.
He was a 35 year retiree from R&F Coal Company, worked at the Flushing Dairy, a school bus driver, and served in the Air Force for 10 years. He also liked to bowl and work on his computer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Mary Jane Delaney Felitsky on December 25, 1999; 2 brothers: Frank and James Felitsky; 3 sisters: Winnifred Cook, Regine Cunningham, and Elizabeth Cuiksa.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Martin (Terri) Williams of Dellroy; 2 grandchildren: Michael Paul and Tiffany Rose Williams both of Dellroy; his dog Gizzy; a twin brother Frank Edmond Felitsky of Topeka, Kansas and a sister Delores Jablonski of St. Clairsville, Ohio.

Ellis S. Fulton

Ellis S. Fulton, 89, Cadiz, died Monday, October 2, 2006 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, following a seven month battle with cancer. He was born July 29, 1917 in Harrison County a son of the late John K. and Lula Cope Fulton.
Ellis was a former self employed truck driver hauling coal and was a retired coal miner having worked at Cravat and Boich Mining. Ellis was an Army Veteran having served during World War II. Ellis was a member of the Minksville Church of Christ.
Ellis was prededed in death in additon to his parents, by a sister Velna Fulton Orosz; a daughter, Virginia Gibson; and a grandson Joshua K. Fulton.
Surviving are his wife Wilma Gilmore Fulton; a son Ellis K. Fulton and his wife Donna of Cadiz; two stepsons: Kenneth Baker and his wife Linda of Cadiz and Kevin Baker and his wife Leisa of Hopedale; a stepdaughter Karen Reichenbach and her husband Sam of Cadiz; Grandchildren: Stephanie Snyder and her husband Tom, Dusty Fulton, Missy Stewart and her husband Steve, Michelle Franis and her husband David, Sheila Pruneski, Kevin (Chubbs) Baker, and Kenneth (Bubba) Baker; and six great grandchildren.
