Funeral services for Lorene (Scheuering) Cobb, 69, of Mentor, will be 10:30 a.m. Friday January 30, 2004 at Brunner Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 8466 Mentor Ave., in Mentor.
Mrs. Cobb died Jan. 27, 2004, at LakeEast Hospital in Painesville. She was born Nov. 17, 19 34, in Kleen Koal, W. Va.
She enjoyed bowling and was an avid reader. Her children and grandchildren were her life.
Mrs. Cobb owned and operated P & L Trucking of Mentor for 10 years. She also worked as an assembler at G.E. Nela Park.
Survivors are her husband 52 years, Paul Sr.; daughter, Terri Marie (Terry) Cramer of Mentor; sons, H. Donald (Marsha) of Mentor, George Ronald (Suzie) of Mentor, Paul Edward Jr. of Mentor, and Robert Clarence of Alexandria, Va.; grandchildren, Elizabeth Lorie, Lorie Lynn Cramer, Donna Ann, Donald David, Ronald Paul, and William David; great-granddaughter, Alexis Brianne; sister, Violet Schaefer of Randleman, N.C.; and brother, George Scheuering of Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Her son, William David Cobb; parents, Charles and Pearl Scheuering; and brothers, Herbert and Herman Mitchell, are deceased.
Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Mentor Cemetery.

Memorial service for Peter Charles Pascoe, age 86, of Concord will be held 7:00 p.m. Friday December 5, 2003 at St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church, 5885 Hopkins Rd., Mentor.
Mr. Pascoedied Monday, December 01, 2003 at Lake Hospital Systems in Painesville. He was born July 13, 1917 in Cliffmine, Pennsylvania, he had lived in Port Richey, Fla. before moving to Concord 9 years ago.
Mr. Pascoe was a floor manager at Taylors Department Store. He was a Mason at the Sutherland Lodge in Palm Harbor, Florida where he held the position of Tyler; active member St. Paul Presbyterian Church in Mentor.
A U.S. Navy Veteran. Mr. Pascoe was active in his church and community when he lived in Florida, he was an avid golfer.
Survivors include his daughter Cheryl Pascoe of Streetsboro, Ohio; step-son Craig (Laura) English of Concord; step-daughters Janet (Billy) Silver of Murphy, North Carolina and Kathleen English of Northfield; step-son-in-law Albert Coleman; grandchildren Lisa, Rita, Viki, David, Daniel, Ken, Janette, Cheryl; sister Geraldine Young of Kenova, West Virginia; brother Dale (Mary Lou) Pascoe of Knoxville, Tennessee; uncle to many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Edith; second wife Shirley; step-daughter Patsy Coleman; sister Frances; brother John Pascoe.
Family will receive friends 6-7:00 p.m. Friday at the church.
Interment Montour Cemetery, McDonald, Pennsylvania.

Gazella R. Seng, 90, of Mentor and formerly of Florida and Lorain. Mrs. Seng died Tuesday August 23, 2011 at Emeritus at Mentor with her family at her side. She was born July 27, 1921 in Lorain, Ohio.
Gazella was a homemaker and was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her children, Tom (Mary) Seng of Pataskala, Kathy (Ed) Hager of Mentor; grandchildren, Abby Seng and Alexander Barnett; brother, Steve Fush of Lorain. Gazella was preceded in death by her husband, Harold, daughter, Doreen, sisters, Rose Cornsweet, Katherine Paul, Ann Ploskunak, Regina Garcia, Mary Sukalac and a brother, Brother John Paul.
Interment will take place at Florida National Cemetery.

Funeral service for Mary E. “Peg” Ponti, age 89, of Dallas, Texas will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday December 4, 2003 at Brunner Funeral Home & Cremation Service 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor.
Mrs. Ponti died Friday, November 28, 2003 at Richardson Regional Medical Center in Richardson, Texas. She was born December 21, 1913 in St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada, she had lived in Mentor before moving to Dallas, Texas three years ago.
Mrs. Ponti was a medical assistant in Mentor. She enjoyed her flower and vegetable gardens, she especially loved her grandchildren and her dog, Alice.
Survivors include her sons Robert (Linda) Ponti of Dallas, Texas and Richard (Ruth) Ponti of Indianapolis, Indiana; grandchildren Tara (Russell) Sinco, Jennifer (Danny) Ashby, Rick (Anne) Ponti, Sue (Dan) Nagy, Rob Ponti, and Chris Ponti; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters Pauline Burrier of Mentor and Janet Clark of Columbus; brother David Perry of Orlando, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph; brother John Perry; daughter-in-law Carol Ponti.

Mrs. Andrijauskas died Tuesday, November 25, 2003 at Salida Woods Assisted Living in Mentor. She was born July 15, 1915 in Chicago, Illinois, she had lived in Cleveland before moving to Mentor 3 ˝ years ago.
Mrs. Andrijauskas was a homemaker.
Survivors include her son Leonard Mintz of San Diego, California; grandchildren Lisa Mintz of San Diego, California and Eric Mintz of California; niece Jeanne Parkinson Maloney of Painesville.
She was preceded in death by 1st husband Jack Mintz and 2nd husband Alex Andrijauskas; parents Frank and Magde Enchius and step-father Mike Salcius.

Mrs. Bixel-Lowe died Saturday November 29, 2003 at Madison Healthcare. She was born March 7, 1911 in Willoughby she had lived in Mentor before moving to Madison 3 ˝ years ago.
Mrs. Bixel was a secretary for former congressman Bill Stanton in the 11th district.
Survivors include her son Robert (Barbara) Bixel of San Diego, Ca.; daughter Elaine (Ken) Brockway of Madison; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren.
Her parents, husband, son, daughter, and 2 sisters preceded her in death.
Family will receive friends 12:30-1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral mass for Elizabeth Bezzeg Ilardi, age 83, of Painesville Twp., will be held 9:30 a.m. Thursday December 4, 2003 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 242 N. State St. Painesville.
Mrs. Ilardi died December 1, 2003 at Lake Hospital System in Painesville. She was born February 25, 1920 Fairport, Oh., she had lived in Fairport before moving to Painesville 43 years ago.
Mrs. Ilardi was a retired weaver from Industrial Rayon Inc. in Painesville where she worked for many years. She was member of St. Mary Church , Painesville, Graduate of Harding High School in Fairport.
Survivors include her daughter; Marie (Rick) Christian of Madison; 2 Grandsons; Michael Reinhart of Harwood Hghts, Ill. and Jason Reinhart of Painesville Twp.; 2 Brothers Bob Bezzeg of Mentor and Joe (Marcella) Bezzeg of Madison.
She was preceded in death husband; Sam Ilardi; son Samuel Joseph Ilardi; brother Bernard Bezzeg; parents Michael and Elizabeth Bezzeg.
